What do ya say we close our borders!!!!!

What do you think folks should we close our borders now ,  wouldnt it be something if the so called World Health Organization , demanded that the Obama administration close the southern border. Mexican Swine Flu Virus has already spread around the world,.. The following was sent to me today by a friend,. Its great info , so check it out.   Im gonna say it again,, stay home, keep your kids out of school , and if your sick , for God sake dont go to work.   And do everything you can to boost your immune system.  Buy some of those little hand sanitizers ,and when you pay for something, if you get cash back , use the sanitizer,..  Money is filthy.   If you pay with a credit card ,  make the cashier use the stick to hit the OK on the card scanner. ,   Shopping carts are also filty, and by all means if your gonna be in a public place, wear a mask,..not just for your saftey sake but to send a message to bush,obama,and nappy, that we want these borders, closed 10 years ago.

By Richard Perry declaring a disaster in Texas, the Janet (no other than) Napolitano has raised the threat level to level five. Her announcement, that it was too late to close down the border this past week, the first death for America happened on her watch.
 
In Switzerland, a courier transporting the deadly swine flu (variation) in vials on dry ice, (on a train no less) ran from the train, stopped at a station, when the container he was carrying exploded?? Authorities claim the dry ice caused the vials to explode and that nobody was hurt. Is that a first for dry ice and vials? (See link below)
 
How bad is this Swine Flu, oops….sorry, that is now politically incorrect…..can’t offend the pigs, or is it the birds, or that frozen dead guy they found a month ago imbedded in ice with a plague that seems to resemble this latest laboratory marvel. Well known talk show hosts and their guests, strongly believe the flu virus, a cocktail of unlikely connected sources, is a bio weapon developed for many reasons…..
 
We also have to wonder why Viviane Allan with the World Health Organization (WHO) is trying to tell media that reported deaths in Mexico are completely inaccurate, much less than reported.
 
Why is this flu virus originating in Mexico when all other flu viruses have started in Asia during October and November? “Why” is the question that is being obscured with hype never seen before, except for threats of terrorism that brought us 9/11 with a package of laws, a.k.a. the “Patriot Act” that was suspiciously written in detail within weeks after 9/11. What’s next? Forced inoculations at your local Wal*Mart?
 
Stay tuned…it’s gonna be a tough one for all, mentally and physically. Tell your loved ones you love them forever, take your vitamin C & D, wash your hands, and YOU decide if you should allow this government to save you from the sky that seems to be falling at free fall speed. By the way…Baxter won the contract to develop (in a hurry) a flu vaccine for everyone. Note…Baxter was the company that sent vaccine to Europe recently, tainted with (combined) H3N2 and H5N1 avian flu…”by mistake.”

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in California has ruled that the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms is “deeply rooted in this nation’s history and tradition” and long has been regarded as the “true palladium of liberty,” so it therefore must be applied against state and local government weapon restrictions as well as federal gun limits.
 
The ruling came in a decade-old dispute over a private operation’s request to hold a gun show at a county fairground, even though the county prohibited gun possession at its facilities.
 
The new ruling from the usually liberal 9th Circuit said Alameda County in California was allowed to ban guns at its facilities, but in general the 2nd Amendment provision for Americans to keep and bear arms applies not to just federal gun limits but local rules as well.
 
“This could be big, folks,” wrote Kurt Hofmann at the St. Louis Gun Rights Examiner.
 
“In Nordyke v. King … we may very well be seeing the beginning of the end of that very unsatisfactory set of circumstances, wherein state and local governments need not so much as pay lip service to the 2nd Amendment,” he continued. “In the 9th Circuit, in fact, that end has indeed arrived.
 
“This development is very significant, because the 9th is the largest, and thus one of the most important, federal circuit courts. It is also considered the most ‘liberal,’ and thus perhaps the most resistant to protecting the right to keep and bear arms,” he continued.
 
Hofmann cited a concurring opinion by Judge Ronald M. Gould, who wrote that nothing less than the security of the nation – a defense against both external and internal threats – rests on the provision.
 
“The right to bear arms is a bulwark against external invasion. We should not be overconfident that oceans on our east and west coasts alone can preserve security,” Gould wrote. “We recently saw in the case of the terrorist attack on Mumbai that terrorists may enter a country covertly by ocean routes, landing in small craft and then assembling to wreak havoc. That we have a lawfully armed populace adds a measure of security for all of us and makes it less likely that a band of terrorists could make headway in an attack on any community before more professional forces arrived. Second, the right to bear arms is a protection against the possibility that even our own government could degenerate into tyranny, and though this may seem unlikely, this possibility should be guarded against with individual diligence.”
 
The court opinion this week said, “We therefore conclude that the right to keep and bear arms is ‘deeply rooted in this nation’s history and tradition.’
 
“Colonial revolutionaries, the Founders, and a host of commentators and lawmakers living during the first one hundred years of the Republic all insisted on the fundamental nature of the right. It has long been regarded as the ‘true palladium of liberty.’ Colonists relied on it to assert and to win their independence, and the victorious Union sought to prevent a recalcitrant South from abridging it less than a century later,” the court continued.
 
“The crucial role this deeply rooted right has played in our birth and history compels us to recognize that it is indeed fundamental, that it is necessary to the Anglo-American conception of ordered liberty that we have inherited. We are therefore persuaded that the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment incorporates the Second Amendment and applies it against the states and local governments,” the opinion said.
 
The court previously had ruled exactly the opposite way, but it said the U.S. Supreme Court’s Heller decision, which confirmed that the 2nd Amendment right is personal as well as collective, prompted the reversal.
 
At Poligazette, a commentator noted it is a major victory for the pro-gun position.
 
And another Gun Rights Examiner writer, David Codrea, said, “This is big – especially coming from the 9th Circuit, notorious for its hostility to gun rights. Look for an appeal. And then look to see if the Supreme Court agrees to hear it.”
 
Technically the county cannot appeal, since its policy to restrict guns on county property was upheld. But the plaintiffs, Russell and Sallie Nordyke, could appeal on behalf of their gun show operation.
 
The 2nd Amendment states: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
 
“This necessary ‘right of the people’ existed before the Second Amendment as ‘one of the fundamental rights of Englishmen,’” the ruling said. “Heller identified several reasons why the militia was considered ‘necessary to the security of a free state.’ First, ‘it is useful in repelling invasions and suppressing insurrections. Second, it renders large standing armies unnecessary . . . . Third, when the able-bodied men of a nation are trained in arms and organized, they are better able to resist tyranny.”
 
The decision appears to run counter to the general direction sought by the administration of President Obama three months into his tenure.
He’s already advocated for a treaty that would require a federal license for hunters to reload their ammunition, has expressed a desire to ban “assault” weapons, has seen a plan to require handgun owners to submit to mental health evaluations and sparked a rush on ammunition purchases with his history of anti-gun positions.

Mexican Swine Flu, who’d a thunk it?

This past week, Obama had a timely visit.  Prompted by political foolishness in Washington. First, let me say this, I am totally infavor of a Truth Commission to investigate the Bush Administration, but not for the reasons of all the noise being made regarding our interrogation methods used to extract information necessary to prevent attacks on American Soil.  Those Americans involved in that work, were angles compared to the treatment Danny Pearl received.
A truth commission should be put in place to investigate the conspiracy, that was obvious between the bush administration, the former Attorney General, Roberto Gonzalez,the U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton, and the mexican president, Vincenti Fox and current mexican president Calderon.  As to the fraudulent prosecution of Ramos and Compean. 
 
Swine Flu.  Eighty-one mexicans have died from Swine Flu, 20 cases are in the U. S as of this writing, Now, Is there a possibility that someone will recognize that maybe its time to seal our southern border. This Virus came across the border!
Is this the pandemic that many of us have feared and forcasted for the last 8.5 years? 
If you have never been to Mexico, and in the rural areas, you have no appreciation for the environmental conditions of their agricultural, livestock and the conditions that they live with. Living with a pig, cant be real healthy. I have been and it is simply put filthy.  Those illegals that come across our borders, come from poor rural areas and  have never had a physical exam. We have no idea, what diseases are coming across our borders everyday, everyhour seven days per week.  Come on Obama Wake ,think outside of the beltway!!!!
Maybe this will be the catalyst that will rally Americans, if enough Americans get sick and die, maybe, just maybe, they will demand that our borders be sealed. If this virus gets into the Universities and College Campus’s it will spread like crazy,.  Ironic  since that group of folks want the borders open.  And once it hits the socialist in French Canada, they will raise holy hell.  In watching the Washington beuaracrats this Sunday morning, its obvious that they are going to dance around the obvious issue, Border Security.
Napolitano , speaking this morning, it is obvious that she is in denial. Either ignorance, stupidity, plagues this woman, in her attempt to placate her relationship with LaRAZA in her attempt to insure future illegal voters. She said there would be inspections at the border. Heres the question, are they going to put the National Guard on the Border to prevent, infected illegals from entering the country???? Is anyone down there handing out face masks, to the Border Patrol and Minutemen.
 
Suggestion : Stay home.
Do not let your children attend a public school.  We will never be told the truth, , but there is no doubt that this Swine Flu virus, came thru the border. For example, illegals coming thru the desert run out of water, they wind up drinking water from cattle ponds that are all over the desert , in somecases they fill their bottles with that same water, and drink in while moving north.  We find bottles laying on trails and in layups with dirty brown water. This problem was inevitable.  Another reason, that I want Bush,Fox,Calderon investigated.     
 
This week Obama had a timely visitor.  The King of Jordan, King Abdullah.  Two issues that were timely, and I believe Abdullah was sent here to put some solid advice into the ears of Obama. First we saw Obama flip flop on the prosecution of the Bush Administration Lawyers on Friday. Its with little doubt that King Abdullah does not want that box opened.  I suspect that the good King, told our King that, it would endanger Jordan and expose issues that would damage Jordan in the region. 
Its no secret that the leadership in Jordan and the Bush family have had close ties for decades,
Secondly, I suspect that King Abdullah , was testing Obama’s passion regarding the up and coming  Israeli, Iranian conflict.
Has Obama abandoned Isreal?  The Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu will not allow Iran to develop a nucleur weapon.
The Jordanian King, ultimately will have no choice but to support the Isreali position. Jordan and Egypt and Iraq, must get involved with the Iranian Nucleur Issue. It is in their backyard. While Obama is talking to Armadimajhad, the Isreali, Jordanian, Egyptian jets will be in the air.   Fiction maybe.

Senate Backs Bill To Deport Illegal Immigrant Inmates

Oklahoma City – A bill that could result in swift deportation of illegal aliens currently in state prisons has passed in the state Senate.

House Bill 2245 passed with a vote of 43 to 0 in the Senate Thursday morning. The bill would create the “Oklahoma Criminal Illegal Alien Rapid Repatriation Act of 2009″.

The act would allow the Oklahoma Department of Corrections to immediately send inmates who are in the country illegally to Immigration and Customs Enforcement for deportation.

The bill applies only to criminals who are in prison for non-violent crimes who have served at least half of their sentence.

“The people of Oklahoma should not have to pay the tab for the federal government’s failures,” said the bill’s author, Randy Terrill after its unanimous passage in the House last month. “The Criminal Illegal Alien Rapid Repatriation Act will shift the financial burden of imprisoning these inmates to the federal government and save the state more than $3 million.”

Terrill says there are currently more than five hundred illegal immigrants in state prisons and that nearly 70-percent of them are eligible for the proposed deportation program.

The state currently pays about 20-thousand dollars per year to house each inmate.

House Bill 2245 now returns to the House for final consideration.

Washington, DC – UK’s Lord Christopher Monckton, a former science advisor to Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, claimed House Democrats have refused to allow him to appear alongside former Vice President Al Gore at a high profile global warming hearing on Friday April 24, 2009 at 10am in Washington. Monckton told Climate Depot that the Democrats rescinded his scheduled joint appearance at the House Energy and Commerce hearing on Friday. Monckton said he was informed that he would not be allowed to testify alongside Gore when his plane landed from England Thursday afternoon.

 

 

“The House Democrats don’t want Gore humiliated, so they slammed the door of the Capitol in my face,” Monckton told Climate Depot in an exclusive interview. “They are cowards.”

 

According to Monckton, Rep. Joe Barton (R-Texas), Ranking Member on the Energy & Commerce Committee, had invited him to go head to head with Gore and testify at the hearing on Capitol Hill Friday. But Monckton now says that when his airplane from London landed in the U.S. on Thursday, he was informed that the former Vice-President had “chickened out” and there would be no joint appearance. Gore is scheduled to testify on Friday to the Subcommittee on Energy and the Environment’s fourth day of hearings on the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009. The hearing will be held in 2123 Rayburn House Office Building.

 

 

According to Monckton, House Democrats told the Republican committee staff earlier this week that they would be putting forward an unnamed ‘celebrity’ as their star witness Friday at a multi-panel climate hearing examining the House global warming bill. The “celebrity” witness turned out to be Gore. Monckton said the GOP replied they would respond to the Democrats’ “celebrity” with an unnamed “celebrity” of their own. But Monckton claims that when the Democrats were told who the GOP witness would be, they refused to allow him to testify alongside Gore.

 

 

“The Democrats have a lot to learn about the right of free speech under the US Constitution. Congress Henry Waxman’s (D-CA) refusal to expose Al Gore’s sci-fi comedy-horror testimony to proper, independent scrutiny by the House minority reeks of naked fear,” Monckton said from the airport Thursday evening.

 

 

“Waxman knows there has been no ‘global warming’ for at least a decade. Waxman knows there has been seven and a half years’ global cooling. Waxman knows that, in the words of the UK High Court judge who condemned Gore’s mawkish movie as materially, seriously, serially inaccurate, ‘the Armageddon scenario that he depicts is not based on any scientific view,’” Monckton explained. Monckton has previously testified before the House Committee in March.

The Christian Revolution Begins NOW!!

 Last night we were watching Dave Ramsey’s Townhall in Edmond Oklahoma, at Life Church, on the Number one Cable News Network FOX . I have recently become a fan of Ramsey’s because of his direct,honest,straightup approach to economic problems that face the country and most of all the citizens of our country. While I was listening to him, he got my juices flowing and I came up with an idea. I write a lot about economics and my frustration with government, but today Im going off in a different direction, well sort of.

Here goes. Dave’s message is all about hope, Ok here is my Hope! I believe what we need in America is a Revolution! But this time lets call it what it needs to be The Christian Revolution of 2009!!! So here is the idea, lets get every Christian Church across the Nation , regardless of the name on the stone in front of the Church to rally . And lets as Christians, decide that we are “”Mad as Hell and were not gonna take it anymore”".

One night on a Red Eye from LAX to Detroit back in the mid 70′s. I saw Reverend Robert Schuller in line to get on the airplane, being a regular viewer of Hour of Power, I decided I was going to sit next to him on the flight. This was in the seventies and there was no seat assignments. During the four hour flight, we talked about issues, and life experiences and at one point he said to me ” Make a Star out of a Scar” ,. I have never forgot those words and have tried to apply those words whenever I had a life or business challenge. Well, folks we have a challenges of Biblical proportions.

So, lets do this, lets let the The Christian Revolution begin: We cannot allow, this fella that has wiggled his way to the White House, not to mention he had no competition. To destroy our Nation. Over the next few weeks you and I are going to create a list. That list will have two columns , Those that can stay and those that must go . Those that must go , and are up for reelection in 2010 , lets get every Christian in America to get on board. Every Church in the Nation will need one or two members in that Church to organized their congregation to get out the message that those on the list that must go , are indeed voted out of office. And those that meet the test must stay.

 If we are a Christian Nation, Then it is our personal responsibility to Keep IT. Because there are elements from every direction that want this Nation to become an Islamic Nation. We cannot allow that to happen. So First we must develop a criteria requirement for those who should stay. And mine is really simple: Does your Congressman or woman, or Senator , follow the constitution? If they do not they must go. Do they support America as a Sovereign Nation? Do they vote for socialist agendas? Do they follow party lines or do they follow the constitution. Do they support amnesty? Do they take their oath on the Bible? Im going to create a list of those that must go. Either in 2010 or in 2012, and if there is a Senator out there, that must go we need to as Christians demand his recall and get rid of him. Its time for some tough love. I am going to create two lists that will be posted on the side of the web site, www.thearizonasentinel.com.

 I am going to start listing those that in your opinion and mine must go, for those of you around the country, Im looking to you for input regarding your Congressional members and Senate Members. We are also going to create a list of Governors , and Mayors across the country that must go.

Ronald Reagan, said, Government is not the solution to the problem, government is the problem. This country was built on Judea Christian Values. We cannot allow those that want to destroy 200 plus years of the best nation on the face of the earth. Remember, he is watching and waiting for us to stand up and fight for our country. If we lose it, it will be our own fault.

Dave Ramsey said it best last night, Middle America must and will save this country. The Work ethic of Americans and the morality of Americans can save this country. But we must stand up together as one Nation Under GOD, and get it done.

The Results of 100 years of Government Meddling

Well, new numbers are out on unemployment and housing.
First time claims were up last week by 27,000 raising the monthly average to 640 thousand unemployment claims. Raising the total 12month numbers to well over 6 million-first time filers. Add to that the 9 million that have either out lived their unemployment eligibility or just gave up.  We can readily see the improvement from Government meddling in the economy,market,and business growth.
Numbers for Real Estate are as reported this morning from the National Association of Realtors.  Existing home sales fell in March by 3% in March and the Feb numbers were up by 4.9% overall they  fell by 7.1% from a year ago in 2008.
Prices fell year over year 12% to an average of $175,000.00 prices fell in the West 11% in the North East down 18%.  That is year over year, Inventories now at record levels of 3.4 million units. Realtors across the country are reporting that half of all home sales are distressed properties, either foreclosed or short sales and repossessions. That number is up 45% year over year. Fifty-one percent of all sales are first time home buyers, Obviously smartly taking advantage of the price adjustment and lower interest rates. And the tax credit that the Obama administration has added to the tax code. Which you must remember is a taxpayer subsidy of first time home buyers, Someone has to pay for that credit.  There has been a reported price increase in home prices, WHY?  That is simple, the lower the interest rate the higher the cost of the home. Added to that the tax credit will artificially establish a pricing.  DUH.  Bottom line lower interest rates, reduces the mortgage tax deduction at the end of the year. And raises his base line cost of the home.  This policy benefits the Government not the buyer.  Wake up Americans do the math. Let me make one other point here. Lets say that you could get a mortgage at a ZERO percent mortgage rate. What effect would that have on the base line cost of the home. Obviously it would go up dramatically. Your monthly payment would be relatively the same as if you paid a 5-6% interest rate but bought the home at a substantially reduced rate or to put it another way, you would pay what the home was actually worth, not some over inflated number that a realtor or appraiser threw at you . And to the governments benifit, you will be paying a 21-28 percent rate of taxes on money that you would normally be deducting,… DUH!
 
Bottom line, your year end tax liability would go up because you have lost your mortgage interest deduction.  Its Elementary Watson.
 
Now lets look at the auto sector, General Motors announced yesterday that they would be closing most of their plants for the summer. ((( Pay attention to this one folks, My view is that this is a nice way of saying that we are going to be filing for bankruptcy June the first, and its not likely that these U.S. Plants will reopen anytime soon probably never.”")))  The tell tail will be if they close the GMC plants in Canada, if they do, I believe that that will tell the market that GM will move entirely to Mexico and China, resume manufacturing at some level, releaving the Corporation of UAW legacy costs going forward. That would be what I would do If I were Mr. Henderson.
The problem for American taxpayers is that the federal governments meddling in business, will have failed once again, and the billions of dollars given to GM over the past 12 months, will have simply gone up in smoke or into Union Pockets,.  Politicians sticking their nose where they have no experience(Obama,Bush,Paulson,Bernanke,Geitner,Frank,Dodd,Pelosi,Reid), you get the idea, is a terrible idea.
 
Yesterday the CFO of Freddie Mac , hung himself in his basement. At first glance, that would seem sad, But Im thinking that this fella Kellerman, took Senator Grassleys advice, Recognized the trouble he was in, recognized that he woulda ,shoulda, coulda, and made the decision to bail out. This may seem cold hearted but here is how I come down on this.  Had he stayed around and faced the music, he would have cost the taxpayers millions of dollars in lawyer fees, Second what ever worth he had developed for his wife and daughter would have been wiped out, by defense lawyer costs, Once the wife and daughter get over the grief of losing a father and a husband, reality will set in.  Mr. Kellerman, you ultimately did the right thing for the country, and your family.
But heres the question. What did David Kellerman know, that we now may never know.  Because Obama, Geitner,Bernanke will move the troops in and seal the truth about Freddie Mac, . Freddie Mac and Fannie mae hold 56% percent of all U.S. Mortgage Paper, And there is little doubt that the majority of that paper is sub prime, simply put, They aint worth the paper their printed on.
We will never know the facts or the true status of Freddie Mac.
Until some whistle blower comes forward and spills the beans. We will be waiting!!!!
Lou Dobbs and a few others are saying that there will be no Depression. Well, I hope they are right, however, I disagree and here is why. Unemployment that is the true number is going to reach 18-21 percent. The Dow will see , 3000-3500 in the next 6-18 months.  Crude oil will drop to 30-35 dollars per barrel. And Real estate prices will continue to decline.  Unless, Government reverses its course.
First, The administration should shut up. And stop the anti American retoric. In fact stop all attempts at policy , domestic and foreign. Every cabinet member should go on a 12 month vacation. Obama should stick to playing with his puppy. As long as they show up on the boob tube, confidence, frustration, mistrust,anger,in fact hatred “you should read some of the emails I get”.
In fact the only way I see this country turning around is if the states, sever their relationship with the District of Columbia.  They must step up and take charge. And stop looking to the District of Columbia for salvation.  There is a reason the District of Columbia in not a State.  Government is sucking the life blood out of America.

Remember those Dirt Devils

The political winds this Wednesday remind me of those dirt devils that we as kids used to run and try to get in the middle of. Now though, the entire country is in the middle of the largest DIRT DEVIL in American History and folks from every sector of America are running from the core of this whirlwind.  There is so much going on that this old Okies brain is spinning out of control. But it is spinning in the right direction.
 
 Like Ive said many times, eventually, time will fix problems one way or the other.
 
First: Great News, A miacopa has been exposed. Senator Feinstein the holier than thou Senator from California, did I mention that she is a socialist democrat. Has in short been accused of bribing the FDIC, with legislation that moved 25 Billion dollars to the FDIC, resulting in a multi million dollar contract between her husbands real estate company and the FDIC. The question is at this writing is , which came first the 25 Billion or the  the contract with FDIC ,to sell foreclosed properties at higher commission rates than normal, up to 30% in some cases.   Now lets remember the two Republicans congressmen that went to jail during the bush administration for bribes and kick backs. What goes around comes around.  The Senate Ethics committee should be in session today, looking in to this development.
Now the really good news is this anti constitution senator, made the statement the other day that she was going to wait for the perfect time, day and hour, then she would go after the Second Amendment and our God Given right to carry and bear Arms.
 
Well, God must have been listening, because this woman has more problems, than we could have even prayed for. Plus the Ninth Circuit Court on Monday told her that the 2nd Amendment stands.  Feinstein is done. She should be forced to resign, and charges filed for fraud and conspiracy, plus the individuals or individual at FDIC that played a role in this fraud on the American People must be exposed and fired by Sheila Bair. And if she was involved she should go to jail.  Feinstein your finished!!!!! Go to Jail and no 200 passing go. Feinstein your tyranny on the American people is over.
 
Now we learn about Congresswoman Jane Harman in an alleged miacopa caught on a National Security Agency wire tap, with a suspect in a espionage case, and a member of the AIPAC (American Israeli Public Affairs Committee), attempting to lobby the bush administration AG to look the other way, in an espionage case against two Israeli lobbyist offering to use her influence to get criminal charges reduced, while asking the agent to lobby Senator Nancy Pelosi for a Chairmanship on the House Intel committee.  A key point her is this, Congresswoman Jane Harman and Nancy Pelosi have bumped heads before, Going back even before Pelosi became Speaker.  Their feud was made public again after Pelosi became speaker and refused to grant Harman the Chairman’s seat on the National Intelligence committee, This is a rehash of an ongoing issue between the two. Pelosi will of course will deny , But she Pelosi has no credibility.  The rife between the two was that Harman supported the Bush Wiretap after 911 and Pelosi did not.  Having watched Jane Harmon all these years, I have always found her support for America, stellar.  Certainly cannot say that about Pelosi. Pelosi is a traitor plain and simple.
 
Now for some really great news.  Cris Simcox, founder of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, is going to run for the United States Senate in 2010. He will be running against amnesty, open borders john mccain. Recently mccain has been blabbering about the border issue, but lets not fall for his sudden interest in the border security, America we cannot allow this amnesty politically correct politician to spend another 6 years in Washington.
 
So Im going to do something I rarely do, I am going to ask that everyone that loves this country to get behind the Simcox campaign. Now , and this is important, Cris will be running on the Republican ticket.  This blog now goes all over the world.  This is not a Repulbican or Democrat issue , this is a national security issue. In fact this issue is a major problem in Europe also. The first thing we must remember is what the Republican Party did two years ago, they underfunded, and stabbed two strong border security candidates in the back, And mccain was a part of that. So we cannot depend on the Republican party. Note: I have not discussed this with Cris Simcox.  So here is the challenge, to all freedom loving Americans.  Send your support to Cris. We cannot let this opportunity slip by.  Also, those of you in Europe that are fighting illegal alien issues in your states such as Spain and Italy,France. For those of you in Europe, email me at (arizonasentinel@aol.com) and I will explain, how a Senator Simcox can have a positive,effect on your problems.  I know this because I have spent time with film crews (2) down on the border, attempting to learn about the Minutemen Civil Defense Corp Organization.  You need to get on board also. With the Internet, you to can publically support the Simcox Campaign.  And finally every American and Arizonian needs to get involved, not only with your donations, but with your public support, If you have a blog web site, or send out emails like Im doing along with our blog, www.thearizonasentinel.com  attach the Simcox web site to your mail and tell your readers to get on board. 
 
We have a window of opportunity and it is the next 18 months. The obama administration and his congressional leadership are coming apart at the seams.  And here is just a sample list:
 
Geitner, Paulson, Bailout , taxpayer funds to GM AIG and others, gone. More on Geitner tomorrow.
Barbara Feinstein , Bribery, conflict of interest,miacopa what ever you want to call it, corruption.
Janet Napolitano, DHS fiasco, open borders, amnesty, 2nd amendment issues.  And lying to the American people. Janet your days in government are going to end soon.
 
Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, telling the Obama Administration and Eric Holder, that the 2nd Amendment means what it says and says what it means and basically, butt out.
 
33 States either are or have passed 10th ammendment legislation telling the Obama Administration and career beuaracrats to butt out.
Tea Parties all over America, telling the Obama Administration to knock off the spending. And everytime Obama leaves the country to speak he angers more and more Americans.
Kathleen Sebelius,, another non tax paying democrat cabinet nominee, its no wonder,Liberal Democrats like raising taxes, they dont pay them. Notice I said Liberal. 
 
America has woke up, we are mad as hell and we are not gonna take it anymore.

The Chilling affect of the Obama Administration

Over the past several weeks, we have seen this administration  make several political,policy,mis steps.  And in fact, this president has on several occasions flip flopped on promises that he campaign on.  The most recent fopa, was the administration saying that they were not going to reopen NAFTA.
 
 There is a lot of angst amongst the talking heads as to why we are not seeing more interest in borrowing money for business, and industrial loans.  I believe the answer is simple.
 
This administration is doing one of two things. Either it is intentionally shooting the American economy in its foot, or it is simply because of in experience and incompetence and making accidental screw ups, resulting in the lack of confidence in this administration.
 
Recent comments by what’s her face at DHS, The President himself making false statements about the numbers of the weapons winding up in Mexico from the U.S.  Its not 90% its, 15%.  And all we have to do to stop all of that traffic is to seal the border.  DUH.  No one in this administration is being honest or candid with the American people.
 
This fella obama, is drinking a lot of yellow Kool Aid!.  As our so called Commander in Chief,,,(I just got a cramp in my hand) is doing exactly opposite of what we in the military are instructed to do when on foreign soil.
 
“Do not embarrass your country”   At every opportunity this fella Obama has shamed my country while on foreign soil.
I have no problem with him shaking the hand of the likes of Chavez or Noreiga.  However when he opens his mouth, he makes himself look like a coward and a fool in the eyes of the many friends of America in the Latin Americas and around the world. It puts the question in their mind. And it is simply this. Is America going to saddle up with dictators, and vacate the relationship with the rest of us? Can we trust this man? When he speaks is he telling the truth. 
 
So Mr. President, when you are wondering why there is no demand from Americans for the funny money you and bush put into the banks, Its simple, they dont trust you your administration  or any member of congress on either side of the isle. Therefore that means that the federal government from top to bottom is a failure. So who would invest in a country managed by a failed government? NOONE!!!
 
Now the for the good news,.  I almost flipped over backwards when I heard about this!!! The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals said yesterday that the 2nd Ammendment stands and that states can not create their own gun laws:
Judge Ron Gould said and I quote ” The right to bear arms is a bulwark against external invasion. That we have a lawfully armed populace adds a measure of security for all of us, and makes it lesss likely that a band of terrorist could make headway in an attack on any community”  The court went on to say that the 2nd Ammendment to the Constitution is a fundamental right. 
 
 
This is just a guess but , lets examine this recent court decision.
 
Is it possible, that Judge Gould and the members of the court , recognize the threat and indeed dangerous situation that California finds itself. There is no one in leadership positions ,with the kahunnas to fix the problem.  California is broken, it is a failed state, the current action hero governor, has failed to act responsibly to save his state. Therefore the Judge and the Court realize that at some time in the future their lives will be threatened by ,gangs, illegal alien invasion. Wait , that is already happening!!!!! The recent bailout money sent to California, was nothing more than throwing money done a sink hole. Within the next six months their deficit will reach 8 billion dollars,.  I believe Arnold should go to Mexico City for his next source of funding. And stop bothering the rest of the country with his failed government policies.  Note: Arizona are you listening??? 
Added to all the financial problems in Mexifornia is the lack of water.
There are millions of illegal aliens and gang members in California.
Lets just pick a number,. lets say that there are 10 million illegals in California using 20 gallons of water everyday. My math says that there are 200 million gallons of water being used by people that should not be there.  Personally Im for giving California to Mexico.
That may be the only way we will ever elect a true Conservative to the White House.  The state is currently undergoing a drought and farmers, the life blood of America are not planting 100s of thousands of acres into food production.  Nature will solve the over population in California,. If you have too many people sucking up the natural resources of a state or country, eventually , you will reach critical mass. The mayor of Las Angeles , fella your an idiot. You and Arney must drink from the same trough.
The Judge and the Ninth Circuit court recognize this, too late, but it is what it is.
California has 11.5 million unemployed , does anyone see the connections here besides me?
 
MY hats off to the Ninth Circuit Court for finally pulling their head out from under the tent.  Here’s my question, how many of the Justices are packing??
