Democrats say no, AZ gov stabs her own legislature&state in the back

Last night, in the government run health care committee hearing. The republicans offered up a bill, that would require the president, congress and all government employees, including post office, fricking forest service, sign on to the same program that is being shoved down the American peoples throats.
 
In Short the communist democrats would have no part of it.  It makes blood shoot out of my ears. Watching this Dam fool bunch of overpaid clowns in Washington is almost, enough to make one go out in to the forest and blow ones brains out.  Watching this joke is democrats covering their own interest.
The democrats claim that this amendment to force the president, congress, and all federal employees to sign on to the same program and Americans is not Germane to the committee, Its is just insane some of these crazy objections to sanity that the democrats come up with.   
Is there anyone that knows of a way to melt a glacier and send the water to the District of Columbia and flood it with, say 100 feet of water. And please do it in the middle of the night, the democrats like to do things in the middle of the night.
 
Watching this committee, makes it even more clear, of the damage that the RNC has done by allowing mccain to win the nomination in 08.  We have lost our country because of this idiot, that promoted amnesty and mccain finegold. The Republicans in this committee have their hands tied behind their back, because of the 08 election results. The only fix that is out there is to elect as many Conservative Libertarians as we can in 2010.
 
Can someone please explain to me why we send our tax money to this “Charlie Fox” administration and government.
 
I also learned last night from a good friend in the Az legislature that this dental assistant Governor, is going to back fill, with the sales tax revenue, assuming the voters approve of it. Rather than apply it to the deficit.  Where, please God, tell us where do these idiots come from?  The legislature has made great strides in cuts in government spending, just to have it all undermined by backfiling lousy government spending this is Napolitano all over again. Which just kicks that problem that the state has now down the road,  The fools we put in these top jobs is just mind shattering. 
 
Maybe we should just, relax and go out to the fricking garden and have a Bud Lite.

1. withheld personal financial information that she was required to disclose by the Senate Judiciary Committee as well as by the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. Appendix), which imposed on her the duty to file an annual financial disclosure report, so that her failure to disclose began years before she was nominated, just as were nominated for high office Tim Geithner, Tom Daschle, and Nancy Killefer, subsequently exposed as tax-evaders;

(In brief, she earned $3,773,824 since 1988 + received $381,775 in loans = $4,155,599 + her 1976-1987 earnings, yet disclosed assets worth only $543,903, thus leaving unaccounted for in her answers to the Committee $3,611,696 – taxes and the cost of her reportedly modest living.) Click for pdf

Try to talk to the senators’ chief counsel for judiciary matters, who is the staff member that deals with the matter in question. You may ask for his or her name and fax number so that you may fax them your statement or mine.

You should also leave a terse, well-rehearsed voice mail that goes to the poi! nt. For the sake of professionalism, leave your phone number, but do not even dream that they will call you back. Anyway, every call does make an impression by letting the senator know how the public feels about the issue.

Likewise, do not even consider mailing anything given that up to three weeks may go by from the moment your correspondence is delivered to the Senate mail security facility to the time it actually reaches your addressee.

If the receptionist tells you that you should call your senator instead of the one you are calling, you can tell him or her that you are not approaching that senator to ask for a passport, schedule a visit to Washington, or request a recommendation to the military academy.

Rather, the senator is acting on an issue that literally affects every person in the country. Hence, you are exercising your First Amendment right to petition a member of government to act in your and the public’s interest.

Then you can ask, when a big company with a deep pocket ready to disburse a campaign contribution approaches the senator to lobby him on an issue, is it your response that it should go away and approach its state senator?

I encourage you to contact also local and national media as well as bloggers to share with them the summarizing numbered paragraphs above and their links to the evidence files.

Make the senators and the media aware that by pursuing that evidence so as to protect the integrity and impartiality of our judiciary, they can become the BobWoodward/CarlBernstein of our generation or the modern Senator Sam Ervin, who chaired the Watergate Committee and made famous two questions that he doggedly asked of witnesses and other deponents, which can be updated thus:

What did the senators know about Judge Sotomayor’s withholding from them information about her financial affairs and the DeLano case, and when did they know it?

 During the past year, I have been bouncing an idea off of friends, family, and this web site.  Only one person has reared  up in opposition to the idea. That person is a friend, but so buried in the RNC, that they cant see the possibilities thru all the mucky muck he has absorbed over the past 55 years,
The few times I have mentioned this on the web, I have received dozens of emails in favor so we decided to go for it.   And here is how.
I just thank God and Al Gore for the Internet. The Internet was the vehicle that this fella in the WH used to lie his way into the WH.  Well lets turn the tables, not just on him but on the RNC and their Sister organization the DNC.  The idea is to get 10 -20 million Americans to call their county elections office and De register, Thats right,De register. By doing that we will take the predictability of our votes away from the two parties, the pollsters, and campaign managers and their staffs.  Having looked at running for office myself and studying the tools they use, We can totally upset the applecart. In fact we can dramatically affect the outcome of state and fed elections, by forcing the frauds out of office. It will also tell the candidates that Americans are not going to be taken for granted. We will then be in control  of our destiny. We still have some freedoms left. Lets use this one effectively while we still can.  And the best part is you can do it all online.  Now , what we are going to ask of you is to sign the de registration petition at:

I know many of you are thinking , No lets fix the party , well hows that been working for you so far.  They all tell you what they want you to hear during the campaign, then the go to Washington or your state capital and raise taxes,create more debt, and you sit and watch american idol, thinking you did your part,.. Well, its time to pull our heads out of the clouds, get down to earth and return this country to the basics,follow the Constitution, reduce the size of government,reduce taxes, stop foreign aid and intitlment programs that are nothing more than bribes for votes. And we wind up with a bloated,goverment, state and federal.
 
We are looking at numbers only, when you fill out the petition, your email address will not be forwarded to any outside party and will remain only in our data base for tally purposes.  Now , having said that, we will be using the tally numbers , to promote the idea,by informing other sites and news outlets, such as Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, and Lou Dobbs.  In your comment section please use that to address, paticular issues that you are concerned about.  We are also going to tally, numbers related to specific issues.
 
Thanks for getting involved.  This will drive the leadership in  the DNC and RNC up the wall.  And take away their power over the platforms and candidates.  It is also our plan that if this takes off, we will be able to share these numbers with Conservative groups in states around the country.

(OKLA)  DELEGATION QUESTIONS JUSTICE DEPARTMENT’S THREAT TO CUT

FEDERAL FUNDING

 

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Members of the Oklahoma Congressional Delegation today sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder seeking justification and clarification for a letter the Department of Justice (DOJ) sent to Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson threatening Oklahoma with a loss of federal funding if the state passed a constitutional amendment making English the official language of the state.

The original DOJ letter, characterized by delegation members as dubiously timed at the peak of legislative debate, advises the state that “implementation of this [English-only] amendment may conflict with Oklahoma’s obligations to protect the civil rights of limited English proficient (LEP) persons.”

Dated April 14, 2009 from Acting Assistant Attorney General Loretta King, the DOJ letter states, “As you know, recipients of federal financial assistance must comply with various civil rights statutes, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964…which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin.” The letter continues, “State agencies and other entities in Oklahoma that receive federal financial assistance thus would be precluded by federal law from abiding by an English-only requirement where it conflicts with their obligations under Title VI.”

The Oklahoma Congressional Delegation’s letter to Holder points out that several other states have passed similar legislation and asks if they too have been “accused by the Department of Justice to be in violation with Title VI, or formally threatened with funding termination.” The delegation letter asks for an explanation for what prompted the DOJ to write the state of Oklahoma on this issue and seeks explanation for what funds would be eliminated should Oklahomans pass the English only amendment.

U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe stated, “This nation’s cultural diversity is one that contributes to the greatness of our country. I support the state’s effort to pass a constitutional amendment making English the official language of the state because it ultimately facilitates better communication across the many lines of diversity within our state. The state legislature has overwhelmingly passed this amendment, and now it is up to the voters of Oklahoma to decide if they wish to accept it. It is entirely unacceptable for the federal government to try to strong arm the state by threatening to remove federal funding. I look forward to hearing the Justice Department’s explanation for such behavior.”

Senator Tom Coburn, M.D. said, “Secretary Holder owes the residents of Oklahoma an explanation as to why this thinly veiled threat was issued to Oklahoma on a state matter. The last thing Oklahoma needs is a bureaucrat in Washington dictating more of what we can and cannot do. Officials at the Department of Justice should focus on more pressing matters under their jurisdiction before issuing statements about a state issue that has yet to become law.”

Rep. Dan Boren said, “The state of Oklahoma deserves a clear explanation of why it seems the Department of Justice has singled out the state and threatened funding retribution over a State Legislature initiative that has been approved in other states already. I join my colleagues in urging the Department to give us a full account of their actions on this issue.”‪‪

Rep. John Sullivan said, “It is inappropriate for the United States Department of Justice to interfere in what is ultimately a state matter. In 2010, voters in Oklahoma will decide if the state constitution will be amended to make English the official language of the state and I proudly stand with the rest of the state delegation in supporting Oklahoma’s right to decide this issue.”

Rep. Frank Lucas added, “Our country benefits from the diversity of our people,” stated Lucas. “However, throughout our history, it has been our common language that binds us as one nation. In order for new immigrants to our country to be successful and realize the American Dream, they must be able to speak the English language. Punishing the state of Oklahoma for encouraging that is unnecessary.”

Rep. Mary Fallin said, “This incident should send shock waves through every state in the union. The letter from DOJ is an affront to Oklahoma’s tenth amendment rights under the Constitution. We should be allowed to pursue this policy without facing preemptive manipulation from the federal government.”

While living in Indonesia, she was home schooled by her mother and then attended Jakarta International School and returned to Hawaii and attended the private Punahou School in Honolulu, Hawaii, graduating in 1988.
Besides being the First Sister Maya has a HawaiiaCertification of Live Birth despite be born in Jakarta Indonesia . Supposedly this certificate was used by the Daily Kos to forge an Obama version.
Anyone find it odd that Maya, undisputedly born in Indonesia , would have the same type of document as Barack Obama to forge?

There is no doubt, that the Senate is fundementaly screwed up.
Lindsey Graham , the mccain suck up,RINO, Mel Martinez,Susan Collins,Richard Lugar,and Snow,. Really should just face it and change their party affiliation to Democrat.  Sotomayor is with any question a Racist. She was appointed by a Racist, and undoubtedly will be confirmed by a bunch of spineless, traitors to the Constitution. 
 
But in a way this is a good thing,.. It will help put fire in the bellies of legal Americans,black,white,brown,yellow,green and red.
 
The hatred for this fella in the WH is climbing higher everyday.  A friend of mine inside the Beltway told me today , that the only way we are going to save America, is to shut down the District of Columbia. He’s Right!!  Which is what I have been advocating for years. States are slowly figuring it out,. They like Texas, Tenn, and Montana, realize that if they are going to remain soverign states, they are going to have to act. 
America, you must take advantage of the August recess, you must let these bubble heads know that “your mad as hell and your not going to take it anymore”.
