Obama Birth Cert, has court Date,,Get Ready America

Turns out this Judge did a 180, drank the obama koolaid,.  Kiss your country goodby!
Get Ready America, the Marines have landed,.. We all knew that somewhere we would find a Judge, Ex Military , in this case a Marine, that would stand up to the failure or plan of the FBI to allow a non citizen to occupy the White House, my house, your house, your kids house and your grand kids house,.. Soetoro, is a fraud, and he in my view has committed treason, and should be hung, in Philidelphia , in front of Independence Hall.  But wait if he is not a citizen,can he be tried for treason.  Maybe he is just an enemy of the state and should be deported.  But I want all the money we’ve wasted on this illegal alien back.  This trial , will happen, we must protect this Great American Judge.  We are finally going to right America’s worst mistake in its history.  Every minute that Soetoro has been in the White House must be undone.  The action by this California court, must force the FBI and the Pentagon to immediatly sieze the White House, remove the entire White House Staff,. And determine, who , under the Constitution should be sworn in immediatly. The men and women in Uniform around the world and at home, must have a legitimate Commander In Chief.  We need to make sure that everyone of the weasles in Washington, that have a vote on Government Health Control,  are aware of this pending court case,.. They can not vote on any legislation until this matter is resolved,. If they do they will become a co conspriator in the Soetoro fraud.  Ignorance will be no excuse.  We are a Nation of Laws, not of men.  The Vacation is about over!!!!

Subject: HUGE NEWS! Fed. Judge Carter sets Trial Date for Obama’s Eligibility!!!
The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010, just 4 1/2 months from now!
I and many other concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing today in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief.  About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other records that he has hidden from the public.
Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama’s request for dismissal today, instead setting a hearing date for Oct. 5, since Obama’s attorneys had just filed the motion on Friday.  He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed.  Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that.  I guess Obama would prefer a “kangaroo court”!  Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama’s motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one).
The judge, who is a former U.S. Marine, repeated several times that this is a very serious case which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war.  He basically said Obama must prove his eligibility to the court!  He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!
The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times.  Obama’s attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and very nervous.
Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution!!!   The truth about Barack Obama’s eligibility will be known fairly soon – Judge Carter practically guaranteed it!

A California judge today tentatively scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010, for a case that challenges Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president based on questions over his qualifications under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution.

If the case actually goes to arguments before U.S. District Judge David Carter, it will be the first time the merits of the dispute have been argued in open court, according to one of the attorneys working on the issue.

In a highly anticipated hearing today before Carter, several motions were heard, including a resolution to long-standing questions about whether attorney Orly Taitz properly served notice on the defendants, which she had.

Van Jones is gone, 32 more Czars to go!

Inch by Inch everything is a cinch. America, you owe several great Americans a major vote of thanks to,  Glen Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage, Sean Hannity, Rusty Humphries,Michelle Malkin, and hundreds of Great Americans. They along with hundreds of bloggers getting Van Jones’s communist, marxist philosophy out there, took him down. 
 
So just 32 more to go, We do not need CZARS in the American form of Government, I know bush had one and several others have had them, That dont make it right, We have had a number of Socialist Presidents, Going forward, Americans are going to have to pay attention to who they are voting for,  When you are warned that a Candidate for President was not born here,  we must pay attention. When you are warned that a Candidate for President worked for Communist organizations such as AKORN, you must pay attention.  When you are warned that a Candidate for President has been preached to by a man that hates America, you must pay attention.
 
We have 32 more Socialist Czars to get rid of Starting with John Podesta.
 
Soetore AKA obama, is loosing ground every day, This morning on Meet the Press and Chris Wallace, The talking heads all avoided the real issue with the Soetoro AKA obama administration.  And that is that he is not an American born Citizen, He is an African born Citizen, If he wants to be president of a country, move to your country of origin and run.
 
In the months ahead the eligibility issue will continue to grow in the public sector, The socialist media even fox will stay clear, but the country, the anger of the actual owners of this country will continue to escalate. 
 
Ive said it before, Soetoro aka obama, polls will drop to 35% by Christmas, Professional Pollsters are predicting 15%, by Christmas, His Government health care, add to that his plans for a Civilian Security Force, Are two issues that are going to end his political career, and return the country to Conservative Values.
 
No segment of the economy in real terms is recovering, Unemployment numbers are staying at wildly high numbers, Because no one has any confidence in this president that ran as a moderate and is governing as a Marxist.
 
Soetoro AKA obama is planing on speaking to students, Now not only parents are refusing to allow their kids to listen to this fella, Even school administrations are speaking out against his socialist words. 
 
By the end of the first quarter in 2010. If as expected obama’s polls are down to 10-15%, The democrats in Congress will start the process of asking for obama’s resignation, unless the FBI steps up and does its job.  The mid term 2010 elections will see every democrat and Rino Republican and Bernie Sanders the Socialist from Vermont. Will be replaced with Conservative Libertarians and Republicans.
 
The only thing that will save Soetoro AKA obama, is if he can produce an original birth certificate proving that he was born in America. He cant do that because he was born in Kenya.
 
Inch by Inch everything is a cinch.

Ok , enough is enough, Its now time for every law enforcement agency , fed, state and county , step up and demand that this fraud in the White House either step down until this matter is resolved in a Court ,. Or he be physically removed from the Peoples House, placed under arrest and held under suspision treason, pending trial.  Joe Biden should immediately assume all powers as Commander In Chief until the matter is resolved.  Its is now a matter for the FBI, the Pentagon, and the Congressional Sargent of Arms,.. The leadership on both sides of the isle, and all the above have taken an oath to Serve and Defend the Constitution from its enemies both foreign and domestic. The American people regardless of political or religious persuasion must stand up and demand, that Taxpayer Funded Agencies, Charged with the Security of United States of America and its Government , honor their sworn duty to same.  This is a National Security condition RED.

Lucas Smith Affidavit now filed with the US District Court – Obama Kenyan BC

As of today, September 4, 2009, this Affidavit has been filed with the United States District Court in Southern California ~ represented by Orly Taitz.

This is a legal affidavit that declares Lucas Smith to be of sound mind and judgement. Lucas can go to jail if he lied on this affidavit.

The document (Certified COPY of Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate) you see here, once it is validated by the court, is pretty much the proverbial “smoking gun.”

Obama , skip school day, parents wake up

Obama , has finally found an audience that will listen to his Government Health Reform plan.  No thats not right, there is no plan, there is just a lot of smooth telepromper blather.  Will he really use a teleprompter to talk to a bunch of grade school kids?  Will there be a test after obama gives his elementary speech., well no we dont want to do any thing to create competition in the school. 
I cant wait to hear the questions after the speech, You know like, “When can we have recess?” .
Or “I have two daddies, will they both be covered?”.
If there was ever a day for parents to keep their kids home from school, its when this phony empty suit comes to your school !!
 
Bottom line, is this, this empty suit in the White House is completely inept. He is a fraud, When your convictions go against the history and traditions of your country, your like an “Idiot Out Wondering Around”. 
I cant help but wonder how IOWA feels about their going for obama now!!
 
On the Economy,  its just more bad news,.. 6.9 million unemployed since this started in the bush administration,… Roughly a half a million per month since Barry took over.  The only sector of the economy growing is the federal government, Naturally these Communist CZARs need staffers.  Heres the real question , how many of those unemployed are back in mexico drawing unemployement checks????????
 
There are so many solutions, standing out there right in the noses of these idiots, But no, lets press on with our agenda to destroy capital, lets keep the interest rates low so more unqualified home buyers can buy homes and start this phony market all over again.
 
Lets be sure, and continue to create uncertainty in the market, This morning the FEDERAL HOUSING ADMINISTRATION is in danger of falling below its financial reserve requirements, Guess what, they are setting us up for another taxpayer bailout.   Well DUH!!!!  How could this agency possible expect anything else considering the stupid underwriting policies that its had for decades,… Over the years especially in the last three years they have been taking on more and more loan guarantees, Of, high risk, low or no equity, loans, How could you possibly expect any other result
Example, in 2006 they guaranteed 2.7 % of all loans, now they are up to 23%. And the Economy because of a fraudulent based housing economy is in the tank, and now the tank is sinking.
 
The only way to possibly turn this around is for the Federal Government or this idiot obama , to get out of the way, Let nature or the market solve the issue, The Fed should either leave town or, raise interest rates back up to where they belong, When Greenspan started lowering rates back in 1993 , we steadily headed for this economic disaster. Low Interest rates bring in speculators,  and poor quality loans, Which is why we have all these foreclosures and houses sitting around the country growing mold.  Bernanke will not raise interest rates because, lower interest rates, in their fool mind sends more money to the treasury, when exactly the opposite happens because we then have a stronger economy.  People have money to save and to use on downpayments.  ”Its elementary WATSON” 
 We have all heard now that countries around the world are developing Capitalist economies, Added to that they dont have the idiotic agencies drafting rules and regulation at state and federal level, that plague existing business’s, not to mention start ups.  I would not start up a business in this country today if my life depended on it.
I heard a State senator this past week saying how she just couldn’t bring her self to cut education, I could not help but feel sorry for her, I know she is working her heart out, But there are to many elected socialist in the way. Thats got to change in the next election cycle. 
 The problems with education will never be resolved until we remove the federal government from the picture, and shut down the teachers unions. Colleges and Universities must be self supporting, if they were, we would not have these Communist and Socialist teachers and professors, Why should my dollars support teachers that are undermining my country.  If parents and students want to learn about these failed systems, let the students and parents pay for it.  Not ME.  However in short order Its not really going to matter Senator whether you cut education or not, Because more and more business’s are leaving the country and your tax base is leaving town.  And while Im at it, every state in the union should kill this fool program that bush put in place called, no child left behind. The tax revenue is going to continue to decline until our economies bottom and flatten out, and when they flatten out, they will remain there at those levels for years. Even if we could move all of the obstacles out of the way. Like the Sierra Club and Center for Bio Diversity, and Nature Conservancy. We will be so far in debt that its going to  take decades to return to a decent balance sheet.
 
If we are going to subsidize any form of Secondary Education it should only be Trade or Vocational Schools,.. If you want to learn a agenda, phlosophy or culture, , pay for it yourself.
 
So what is the answer, there is only one, We as states must step up and sever our financial ties with the District of Columbia, Again its elementary,..Instead of sending 4 and getting 3 back, we stop sending the $4.00 and we do that until the federal government gets it act together, Until all states not just Arizona , have in excess of 5 billion dollars in reserves.  But in addition those reserves cannot be touched under any circumstance’s except for natural disaster funds such as in our case fire suppression.
 
Its time for radical changes in the ways our states relate to Washington, DC.  Washington DC was designed to manage affairs that the states allowed it to manage, Washington, DC has no business dictating to STATES, mandates or requirements of any kind, Its the other way around, 
 
Heres the question going forward, Will the people, elect, people with the guts to draft and create radical legislation in 2010, that will change the relationship between the federal government and the states. Or better yet do we collapse this federal government by with holding revenue, and move our Central government to say,Guthrie Oklahoma. or maybe Minot North Dakota,. After all, Al Gore says Washington, DC, is going to be under water if I dont stop driving my Dodge Defile.

Don Imus, Joins Fox Business, Sucks to be MSNBC

I knew it ,  I predicted this when MSNBC fired him,…. Thats right, Don Imus will be on Fox,.. Fantastic,.. I have been a fan of Don’s for as long as I can remember,.. A no nonsense Arizona , New Mexico cowboy.  Watch the already Fox polls that are going thru the roof , to explode when Don, turns on the Fox Microphone.
What Don has done for kids with terminal diseases cant be matched by anyone.  He and Dedrie are Great Americans,.. This is just a really good development.
 
Thru all the muck, Imus has stayed true to his principles,. Im excited , I hope that Fox will also simucast Imus on x-m or sirrus radio,.. Roger Ailes once again has pulled the rabbit out of the hat,. 
 
The really upside of this in my  mind is what it will do to the poll numbers for MSNBC , NBC, CBS, and CNN,.. It will in major numbers, drive those stations in the tank where they belong,.
 
obama has put the CEO of GE on the board of the New York FED ,.    this obama fella , is completely with out principles.    Folks if GE makes it , leave it on the shelf.

Yesterday’s Tea Party in Arizona

Yesterday, some great Americans put together a Tea Party in Overgaard Arizona, We had over 200 Americans there, Republicans, Democrats, and Libertarians.
 
We had several speakers, Current Senator Sylvia Allen, talked about the budget battle that the legislature is having with Governor Brewer, in short Brewer wants to raise taxes in a recession to fund a bloated government brought on by 6 years of a phony economy.
My words to the Governor” Wake up, its a new world out here.”
 
I spoke next, and announce my intentions to explore the idea of running for a State House seat in LD-5. The wife said I did a good, job, She may be biased, not sure.
 
A young attorney, Brad Beauchamp, www.BeauchampForCongress.com from Globe, running for U.S. Congress, against Ann KirpatricK, spoke next and was super, He knows the issues and being an attorney he is used to being in front of folks, speaking is second nature to him, He is young so its obvious that he is looking to build a career in politics, I had several chances to talk to him, At one point I baited him, but he didnt take the bait, Im impressed,  I was honored that his campaign aid asked me for my endorsement, I told him I was going to have to wait until further down the road.  One thing is certain, Nancy would have her hands full with this fella.
 
Another Speaker was  Russell “Rusty ” Bowers. From Mesa, This fella has a boat load of legislative experience, He is a strong Conservative and also is on top of the issues. Great Speaker, one thing is certain, Nancy Pelisse wont be able to run rough shod over Russell Bowers.  His credentials alone will prevent that from happening.  Im sure Rusty will have a web site soon and as soon as we get it we will link it to our web site,
 
The last speaker was a young man from Phoenix Robert Graham, who will be running for Governor, Knew the issues, had a plan, understands budgets and budget discipline, I was impressed with this young man and could support him.  His web site is www.GrahamforArizona.com  
 
As for me, I have backed off of any interest in a Congressional seat, at the advise of friends in the political arena, I am looking a State House seat, And frankly that fits better because I am convinced that the only way we are going to turn this country around is to convince the District of Columbia that we are prepared to walk away from this tyrannical government and shut off the flow of money from the states to the U.S. Treasury.  The 10th Amendment, stands, The Citizens of each state are going to have to stand up and demand that their state legislatures apply some tough love to Washington, DC.  I believe I can be more affective working with the Conservatives in the Arizona legislature. For those of you that read my blog, you know the issues that have my blood pressure up.  So I wont, go into that now.
 
Now, by the end of next week we plan to have our paperwork filed with the state, Then we will be off and running, We will be creating a campaign web site, email address, and phone numbers.

Happy Wednesday Everyone: Today, Im am going to announce that we are Exploring the idea of running for elected office.  This idea has been in the works for over 20 years, But finally I am convinced that the American people are ready to turn our ship around and head up stream.  I am convinced that with the election of this fella in the WH, that the American people are finally afraid of their federal government, enough that they will fight to save it.
 
Up until yesterday the plan was to start looking at the idea of running for a Congressional Seat in Washington, However after several phone calls from friends here in Arizona and Oklahoma. I have decided to Explore the idea of running for an Arizona State Seat in the House,… 
And here are the reasons: First I know that for the first 2 terms as a House member in Washington, You are assigned to the most meaningless committees on the books, The Speaker in this cases Nancy will look at your Campaign, and if your a true conservative they will put you in a closet somewhere, turn off the lights and lock the door.  Until they know, that you can be bought, you are sent to the back of the bus,
 
So: My major issues, politically are, budgets,borders,national security, entitlements, state lands currently managed by the forest service, the 2nd amendment, property taxes, income taxes and all those idiotic taxes and fees that states require to establish a business, and under the last 3 administrations, STATES RIGHTS, We will never solve or settle any of the above issues until States step up and say to the Federal government , WE are DONE.  
 
I have written for years, about this problem of illegal aliens coming into our country. And the societal and fiscal destruction that it is doing to our country.  
 
The Federal Government and the politics of the Federal Government are gone.  The strong voices of Freedom, and Pursuit of Private Property are too few to overcome the Unions,Socialist,Marxist,and Fascist that plague the Belt Way. 
 
I hope to with all of your help , to play a roll,  in making Arizona a leader in the States Rights Revolution.  There are 39-43 states currently working on 10th Amendment issues.  So the iron is hot, and its time to stand up as states , declare our individual sovereignty. And either as a State or a Region of States, send the message back to Washington, that either they resume their original Constitutional Roll or we will eliminate them and form Regional State Confederations, and move on. 
 
In the next few weeks we will be scheduling, meet ups, town halls, and work shops, We are looking for team leaders in every community in LD-5.   We will be contacting like minded possible candidates to work towards one goal, To make certain that we elect solid Conservative Arizonans for the Republic to office in every precinct, every district, and at the state.
 
And here is my pledge should I decide to formally announce in September.   If it does not pass the test of the U.S. Constitution and the Constitution of Arizona, It is DOA.
I have taken the oath twice in my life, if I get the chance to take it one more time , I will never fail to live up to that oath.
