As many of you know, Judge Carter has issued an order
to grant the motion to dismiss. Clearly it is not the end of the
road. We will continue. I need some time to study this order and
provide full answer point by point. I will not give a full analysis of Judge
Carter’s orders at the moment. Today I was inundated with phone calls
from different media outlets. Interviews were given to different affiliates of FOX
radio, CBS, WND, LA Times, LA Daily Journal, City report; I don’t remember
radio, CBS, WND, LA Times, LA Daily Journal, City report; I don’t remember
all of them. One interview I remembered. It was with Jessica Rosenthal from
FOX radio. She asked me, when will I give up? I asked her
in turn: “Jessica, when do you give up on the Constitution of this country?

When do you give up on your constitutional rights for redress of grievances,
for your right not to be defrauded by the government, not be treated as a slave?”
While I will not address the legal aspects of the order today, I will address
a couple of issues relating to me personally, as I can see a concerted effort to
assassinate my character similar to what was done to Sarah Palin, when she joined McCain, when within a day McCain-Palin ticket was 12 points ahead of Obama.
What did Chicago combine do? They assassinated her character. So I have to address some of those issues, because it appears that the media has named me a leader of this movement. I am the only attorney, who brought legal actions from plaintiffs with real standing. I brought actions from active duty military and state representatives. My opposition sees me as a threat. What was done? Some puppets were used to defame me, slander me, and write garbage letters to judge Carter.
First of all I need to point that I never did anything unethical and never
told anyone to do anything unethical. I was horrified to see that Judge
Carter has mentioned in his order some complete garbage that was in some
letters that he received. Those letters were a complete defamation of character, I had no opportunity to address those allegations, those were not part of the record, and it is extremely prejudicial for a judge to include this complete garbage in his order. If anything, this is definitely something that can and should be addressed on appeal. I hoped that this judge had more integrity of character, I guess I was

fresh out of Perkins Coie, law firm, that represented Obama, in some 100 cases?
There is another issue. There is a vicious circle that you see in a regime. There is no unbiased media. So far
no one in our media had integrity of character to report on multiple social security numbers of Obama, even though it is a criminal offense, and with 39 social security numbers a person should be criminally prosecuted and should be serving a lengthy prison term. When media reports nothing, the public and the judges are misinformed. The judges are afraid to make decisions, that they think, will upset the public, and in turn, their timid and lopsided decisions influence the media.
Citizens seem to have no voice; they have no standing to bring any legal actions in face of any fraud. They only have standing to pay taxes and pay for the judges, clerks, congress and senate who never address any issues. They should have no concerns about an inhabitant of the White house sporting 39 social security numbers, some are the social security numbers of the deceased. How long will it take for those citizens to
revolt? Washington Post has written that 8 out of 10 Americans know about this issue. According to AOL-it’s 85%. This number is growing. How long will those people be silent? 4.5 million marched on Washington DC on September the 12th. How many will March next time around, when so many lose their jobs (half a million jobs every month officially) and probably double that number unofficially. When they lose their homes at a rate higher than the rate during great depression; when they become numb from hatred against this fraudulent usurper in the White House, corrupt politicians, and corrupt judges. Who will stop them? A few snooty remarks on MSM and on the faithful to regime lap dog blogs like Politijab, Salon or Politico? When people lose their voice, when they are livid from the arrogance shown by the ruling elite, they simply revolt.

What else would Putin do?
The paragraph at the bottom of this post, demonstrates the catastrophic effects of the last so called election. The American voting youth, unions, welfare recipients, groups supporting illegal immigration. All standing around looking for a handout from Obama. Are directly responsible for what is coming, unless we dramatically change the weasles in Washington, DC and real soon. Any thinking American over the age of 50 , had to know that Vladamir Putin would sooner than later, make try reestablish in Cuba.
Ask your self folks, what would you do? If I were Putin I would be doing the exact same thing. He knows, as we all do that obama is an empty suit. obama more than likely has ordered our Navy to stay clear of all shipping lanes to Cuba so that Putin can do what ever he wants . Obama has left the court for the locker room. No offense, no defense. It is amazing the steps this fraud in the White House is taking to ruin America.
Those idiots in the House of Representatives that recently went to Cuba. Came home and were in awe of Fidel. Went on about how smart and genuine he was. What will be their attitudes when Russian bombers are flying over their district.
America , we are in serious trouble. Your debt is up to your eyeballs. Your government is completly corrupt. Your currency is being driven in the tank more and more everyday. Actual unemployment is over 20%, Unemployment for those under 25 is 52%. Forclosures are on the rise. The media is scared to mention whats happening with commercial property. We grow no food here anymore, Our commercial feed lots are nothing but mutating virus factories . The government starves produce farmers of water for a minnow. A governor in California wants to fingerprint Americans buying ammo. Our military is deployed all over the world , leaving America defensless. Does anyone believe that is a accident.
Let me give you a scenario. Vladimir Putin , could launch a bomber,.never leave Cuban airspace and fire a nucleur rocket or rockets from that aircraft. What is the American military prepared to do ? Does this fool in the white house care or is it possible that that is the plan. While we are all lathered up over health care, and crap and tax. Our enemies both foreign and domestic are sneaking up the back stairs. Like Glenn says ” Im just saying” .
We need a plan. We need to be prepared. We all want to be wrong. But what if we are right?
The question is this. How long will it take Vladamir Putin to strike the shores of America, once he can fuel his bombers on Cuban runways. How long will it take the Pentagon to realize that obama is undermining U.S. Military strength by following the bush war agenda to continue. Leaving our ports and borders open to who or what ever. While everyone is gaga over free health care, the Russians are moving in to give you all some real health care. Why is obama not concerned about the cost of health care. Because by the time he has finished destroying this country. And we are under some other authority like Russia or China. Obama will be resting quietly on a 100,000 acres in Kenya, drinking a beer with the local cops and professors.
My question is simple: Will the Pentagon, FBI, CIA, NSA , the American people wake up before its to late? My view is that the Governors of all states are going to have to step up and de nationalize their Guard units. And work together to secure the ports and borders,. And let foreign countries manage their own affairs. This fella obama, undoubtedly is undermining American Soverigty and security. His failure in foreign policy , or Anti American foreign policy is obvious. His trial date is Jan 26th,. Maybe this nonsense will be over soon.

I had a Dream
One week ago, this Wednesday night I had a dream. Im not one to talk about my dreams but this one , will not leave my head.
I dreamt that I had died, and I knew it. I found myself in my dream in a large very large hall. There were these giant granite pillars around the room, separated by large white painted panels, or slabs. I was standing at the end of this very long table. Seated around the table were these men of all ages. I don’t remember counting them, but somehow I knew that there were 56 men at the table.
I remember them asking me questions. Questions like. What happened? How did it happen? Why did it happen? Who was responsible. Most of the questions came from three or four of the men. I soon realized who I was facing, although I did not physically recognize any of them it was obvious who these men were. I could tell they were extremely angry.
Finally after all the rapid fire questions, A tall man, stately stood up and asked me. ” What did you do to stop it?” I knew right away who he was,.. He was the Father of America. He was George Washington. There I was standing at the opposite end of the table from George Washington. I remember telling them what I had been doing, what I had recently done to find a vehicle to try to make people listen and to right the ship of state. That before I died I was waiting on the state of Arizona, so I could start the effort. ” He asked me why people refused to listen?” I just shook my head.
Suddenly I realize that there was someone standing behind and to the left of me. I noticed that some of the men at the table would from time to time glance in that direction. I turned and looked over my left shoulder and there stood a man, medium build, clothed in a white robe. He was staring at me,. I knew instantly who he was. He raised his right hand as if to recognize me.
When I turned my head back towards the table the chairs were all empty. And I was standing there alone. I woke up in a sweat,.. woke my wife and told her about the dream.
Well , I didnt die, Im still here,and after this past weekend,and meeting the next Governor of California,. Im more determined than ever to do everything I can to be the next Governor of Arizona. I just receive the email from the Arizona Secretary of State Ive been waiting on. I am as of this minute offically a candidate for the office of Governor in the State of Arizona. The next time I face those 56 men, maybe they will be smiling. And to the fella standing behind and to my left. I got the message.

Third Parties are on a roll , theres no stopping her now!!
Is this Election cycle the end of R and D? Im not talking about Research and Development,. Im refering to the Buzzard known as the Repbulican and Democrat B I R D. Over the past month I have been out talking to the folks,. This could be it folks.
Yesterday I was invited to the Annual Meeting of The Constitutional Party. Being there surrounded by like minded Americans ” sent a chill up my leg“ . sorry folks just couldnt resist. And thanks Cris Mattews were ever you are.
One of the speakers there was the next Governor of California Chelene Nightingale. www.nightingaleforgovernor.com . I got to know Chelene years ago , thru my involvement with the MinuteMan organization. I finally got to met her in person yesterday. What a dynamic woman. Her head is on straight, and her feet are firmly planted on solid footing. She is a true Constitutional Conservative. She is delightful, personable and has a firm grip on the issues facing California. If she wants my endorsement she has it in Aces. If you folks in California want to hitch your wagon to a star, here she is. She is genuine and a breath of fresh air. I could not be more proud of her.
For many years now I have considered California a lost cause. Have taken some heat for my criticism of California and its fiscal and public policies, going so far as to say its to late for California. Well what a difference one person can make,. Even some of her competition on the R side are mimiking her speeches and proposals. Simply because, their past, is clouded with Globalyst retoric or the world is FLAT nonsense. And they have no thoughts of their own.
Its time in America to think out side of the box,.. Multi millionairs do not belong in public office. They simply by their own nature ,do not and can not represent the fiscal Conservatism that states must adhere to going forward. And I dare say they are only looking to further feather their own nest with power and your tax dollars.
Yesterday was one of the highlights of my political career . I got to meet and listen to many great American Patriots.
My former State Senator Karen Johnson gave a compelling speech coupled and tuned to a fasinating and also compelling powerpoint presentation. Jerome Corsi, From World Net Daily .com ,and Joel Skousen. It is fun and encouraging to know that support for the Constitution and Conservatism are snowballing around the country and indeed the world , in spite of the marxist in New York and the District of Columbia. A message to all you college and university professors teaching socialism and marxism. YOU missed the best generation. And we are gonna beat ya at your own game.

Barack Hussein Obama is not happy! When his taxpayer paid U. S. Department of Justice (“DOJ”) attorneys walked into court on October 5, 2009, expecting United States Federal District Court Judge David Carter to immediately dismiss the birth certificate case, he did not get his way! Their legal arguments were hollow and unconvincing. and after hearing hours of argument, Judge Carter “took the matter under submission.” He has still not issued a ruling, 18 days later!
According to the DOJ Attorneys: The President is above the Law and the Courts!
The DOJ attorneys told the Judge that no Court in the United States had the right to rule on whether Barack Hussein Obama was eligible to serve as President of the United States! In their view, he could only be impeached and/or disqualified from the Office of President under the 25th Amendment to the U. S. Constitution.
THIS IS NOT TRUE! As USJF pointed out to the Court, both in our pleadings and in our oral presentation at the hearing, both the impeachment statutes, and the 25th Amendment require a sitting President. However, if Mr. Obama is not eligible to serve as President, he could not be, and never was, a sitting President, so those options for removal could not apply. Therefore the courts would have jurisdiction.

Monday, October 5, 2009, at 8:30 a.m., in California, was a critical milestone for our entire legal and public relations effort to force Barack Obama to produce his birth certificate, as well as other documents, to prove whether he is eligible to serve as President of the United States. And with your support USJF was able to be there to argue the case.
This case has an excellent chance to survive the Department of Justice motion to dismiss, and it has proven to be the best chance for America to have a hearing on the merits on this critical Constitutional issue.
What happened that day in Court? It’s very simple-the DOJ attorneys brought up every argument that they could to try to persuade the Court to dismiss this case
USJF provided sound legal arguments against all of the DOJ legal theories, and we were the only ones to do so; otherwise the whole case could have been over right then and there! The USJF oral arguments at the hearing may well be the difference between this case surviving or being dismissed.
The Judge raised issues critical to our case:
1. Did U.S. Senators question the eligibility of Mr. Obama? (Only USJF was able to tell the Court that Senators Coburn and Shelby and a number of House of Representative members had done so.)
2. Were objections made by Members of Congress when the vote of the Electoral College was certified? (Only USJF was able to tell the Court that NO, then Vice-President Cheney had not performed his required duty of asking for objections, so there could have been none raised.)
DOJ attorneys also argued that only Congress, and/or the Electoral College, could decide on the eligibility of Mr. Obama. Fortunately, the USJF legal team, and only the USJF legal team, filed pleadings pointing out that the DOJ legal arguments in this regard WERE WRONG! And, I was there to argue against those false claims.
People at the hearing and those who have found out what happened there since have been contacting USJF, thanking us for standing up for the truth!
But the fight is not over yet! We expect a ruling from the Court any day now. If we defeat the dismissal motion, then we’re immediately filing pleadings (“discovery”) seeking Mr. Obama’s birth certificate, his college records, and much, much more. AND, we’ll be seeking to depose Mr. Obama ASAP!
And if the Court grants the motion to dismiss, we’ll be immediately filing an appeal of the decision!
But we can only do this if we have your financial support!
Judge Carter has set a trial date of January 26, 2010 in this case. To keep that date, we need to defeat the DOJ dismissal motion, and then, IMMEDIATELY, move right into the discovery phase discussed above. BUT THAT WILL BE VERY EXPENSIVE, AS WE WILL NEED TO:
- Retain attorneys in Washington, D. C., to take the Obama deposition.
- Retain attorneys in Hawaii to take the deposition of those in control of the Obama birth records and school records.
- Take the deposition of Occidental, College officials to obtain Obama school records
- Retain attorneys in Massachusetts to take the deposition of Harvard Law School officials to obtain Obama school records there.
- Pay the cost of the court reporters for all of these depositions. Plus,
- Pay the cost of serving the subpoenas on the various witnesses.

- Question the issue of the passport files of Mr. Obama! We’re going after the records of how he traveled abroad without a United States Passport in the 1980′s, as he admits doing.
- Question the issue of his alleged adoption by his step-father in Indonesia! We’ll be seeking records about that also!
- Resolve questions about his Selective Service files! We’ll be seeking records concerning that also!
But, first, we have to get past the DOJ dismissal motion!
The DOJ’s motion to dismiss also claims that our clients have no “standing,” and that the matter is “political.“
But, if we as citizens of the United States have no “standing” to verify the citizenship of the man occupying the White House, who does? If our Federal Courts have no jurisdiction to hear this case, who does? It’s not a “political” question, it’s a CONSTITUTIONAL question!
Last November, people said we were crazy to pursue this issue. Now, we’ve been shown to be right in our pursuit of the truth. It’s not just the original birth certificate that they’re refusing to release. Barack Obama’s legal team has spent, according to published reports, over $1.4 million dollars so far to STOP anyone from seeing ANY of his actual identification documents, and many other documents.
WHAT is Barack Obama trying to hide? WHAT is he afraid of? WHY doesn’t he just release these documents to prove whether he is a natural-born citizen and therefore qualified serve as President — especially his actual birth certificate?
When Barack Obama officially entered the office of President, he became, in essence, apparently, a “pretender to the throne.” According to the Constitution, only a “natural born citizen” can occupy the presidency.
Even though he was sworn in on January 20, 2009, Barack Obama is NOT legally the President of the United States, unless he can prove that he is a “natural born citizen.”
What’s more, every action taken by him while he occupies the White House may be invalid. If he cannot legally be President, every law passed by Congress will be null and void because the Constitution clearly requires that all laws be signed by the President… and, without a legally elected and sworn in President in office, that becomes an impossibility.
This Constitutional crisis must be ended! And it must be ended NOW!

Well folks now you have it, . The true Barry Soetoro, aka, Barak Obama is a fraud. Fraud ,really, thats right, you see he took and oath, to the Constitution.. I would suggest that lying to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court would have some penalty tied to it. Maybe this is a question for my favorite former Solicitor General , Ted Olsen. Well thats great , then he’s not really the president is he. Lets see court case Jan 26th, Judge exMarine, no health care, no cap and trade,., What will the Norwegiens do him,.. The reasuring fact here is this ,.. When things fall apart, its apparent now that the FBI will stand with the American citizens, not the marxist in Washington DC.
I can tell you first hand from knowing members in the bureau, that the men and women i n the field , who work for the FBI are stand up Americans. Things have changed a lot since WACO.
