This morning on Washington Journal Susan had Elizabeth Warren on her show, as her guest. Elizabeth is the Chairman the Congressional Oversight Panel on Tarp. If Americans want to see their tax dollars being spent properly they can look no further than Elizabeth Warren. For those of you that are interested you will be able to go to the C-Span web site tomorrow and view this mornings program,. I suggest you do that .

Now about the Obama speech this morning in Oslo. I wrote earlier that Obama would start a move to the right after the first of the year,. Well he started early than expected. This morning , he gave America and Americans credit for their efforts in world peace over the decades. Instead of apologizing for America he gave America praises. Was he being genuine, or was he starting the move back to the right to begin the fraud on the 2010 election? Or did someone else write his speech and he hadn’t had a chance to read it? I suspect the later. 

America, lets take advantage of Obama’s move to the right. Lets organize and prepare to take our country back in 2010. Lets not let Obama , mislead America again, like he did during the 08 presidential campaign. He will do everything he can over the next 10 months to deceive the American electorate. 

The next 10 months will give America and Americans an opportunity to take our country back,. We must seize this opportunity, by electing as many third-party Conservative Candidates as possible,. We must make certain that they are Conservative,.. We can not go into the last 2 years of a obama administration with the Republicrats in Charge. 

So regardless of where you are,. If you’re a Conservative Independent, or Libertarian. Get your feet wet. Step up and sign up. There are thousands of you out there that are Conservative Retirees, many of you are veterans. You have served your country once,. Lets do it again. Join me, I am running for Governor of Arizona. Commit to 2 to 4 years of Citizenry Government. Do it for your country, your kids and your grand kids. We must end the career politician. 

We need thousands of Citizens that will have the courage. To slash budgets, secure our borders, ports and International Terminals Seaports and Airports. 

We must create tax policy that drives investment and entrepreneurialism. We must end the social policies of entitlements and freebies. We need policy makers that support , using our natural and renewable resources. 

One of my competitors and a great American  in the Arizona Governors race has jumped on the Sucking Sound band wagon. I have said that if elected I will sign a bill that eliminates property taxes on primary residences. Whooooosh! I can already hear that Sucking Sound. My competition has suggested that we remove all income taxes from Arizonans over the age of 65. I would also sign that bill , but lets take it to the next logical step,. Lets follow the Texas, and Nevada lead and eliminate income taxes altogether. Is that a tornado I hear?  

We are seeing a mass exodus of wealth leaving Arizona . Why? Open Borders, crime, home Invasions, drug cartels killing one another in otherwise quite neighbor hoods. Then there are all these social programs funded by taxpayer dollars and when they run out of those dollars, the state borrows money to keep them running,.. Now who in their right mind would move to a state with those policies, and who would want to stay there. 

If your going to attract business and jobs,. Better think it thru. The current administration wants to bribe business’s to come here with tax benefits, but then wants to tell them , how much they must pay employees, and mandate that they cover 80 % of the health costs of all full-time employees,.. 

As a former employer, there isn’t anything about that, that flips my trigger. Sunshine or not. 

Obama in my mind is giving America an opportunity to recreate and jumpstart our country. He has shown us all his true agenda. So, we must as States exert our Constitutional powers. We must remove the stolen power of the people by those inside the beltway. We must redesign the way America works. We must redesign our Commerce, Industries, tax policy, military, currency, and our entire Governmental structure. Washington DC. as we all know is a failure. Free market principles will only work if the government gets out-of-the-way , . That means Federal, State , County , City and Local. Every level of Government that we exist under today , is driven by Federal Mandates, political activist Federal miss-guided judges, and corrupt politicians at every level of Government. County Commissioners have been bought off with trips to Washington, and expensive lunches on K Street. When we redesign the afore mentions bodies,. Mandatory Term limits must be a part of the system. (I will sign the bill). The policy of retirement plans and pensions , and life time of health care, must not be a benefit of public service. I will set the example. If elected I pledge to serve one 4 year term.  I will get it done in 4 years, then its back to baiting fish hooks for the grand kids.

Al Gore’s scheduled December 16th speech with the auspicious title “Climate Conclusion” has been canceled amid the scandal of Climategate.  About 3,000 Danes had tickets for  the Berlinske Media event that was announced in August.  Al Gore has been the poster child for Global Warming, but has been under scrutiny from scientists who argue against the findings of humans’ involvement in our climate.  This was highlighted in the documentary The Great Global Warming Swindle.  A British court had ruled that there were 9 factual errors in An Inconvenient Truth, yet it still won an Academy Award in 2007, along with the Nobel Prize shared with the IPCC. Again in November, mistakes were found in Al Gore’s new book begin with the cover. While some are trying to explain away the cancellation, it seems pretty obvious that there is too much skepticism to show up in a large public forum like this.  Mr. Gore had to deal with some hard questions at a book signing this past week, and had the readers escorted away rather than discuss Climategate.  See that video at the bottom of this post. Go to the link at the top of page for all the  “gorey details”  Pun intended. Unfortunately this appears like a direct attack, but this is all about getting the truth out.  Update: More support for skeptics came on December 4th when the earliest snow on record fell on Houston, beating the previous record of December 10th, last year and 1944.  It was also the first time snow was measured there two years in a row.  Snow also fell for the ealiest date on and around New Orleans.

The conference on Global Climate is still scheduled to include 100 world leaders, but has come under attack for fraud and deceit.  On Tuesday, Australia’s Senate voted against their Carbon Trading bill, a measure that Prime Minister Kevin Rudd

Last week, Penn State’s Michael Mann was placed under investigation after being implicated for his ‘trick’ in changing old data to make current temperatures look warmer.  Unfortunately the old original data was erased, a serious blow to the scientific process.  CEI intends to sue NASA Goddard for Climate Change fraud based on ‘Freedom of Information’.  On Tuesday, The University of East Anglia’s Phil Jones was forced to step down as director of the world renown Climate Research Unit due to an investigation of his involvement in the fraud. 

Rasumssen Reports released today from ClimateDepot.com shows the distrust more Americans have on this issue:

“Fifty-nine percent (59%) of Americans say it’s at least somewhat likely that some scientists have falsified research data to support their own theories and beliefs about global warming. Thirty-five percent (35%) say it’s Very Likely. Just 26% say it’s not very or not at all likely that some scientists falsified data. This skepticism does not appear to be the result of the recent disclosure of e-mails confirming such data falsification as part of the so-called “Climategate” scandal. Just 20% of Americans say they’ve followed news reports about those e-mails Very Closely, while another 29% have followed them Somewhat Closely.”

This past year, The Skeptics Handbook was released by Australia’s own Joanne Nova as a way to simplify the debate with four main points.

1. The Greenhouse signature is missing.
2. The strongest evidence was the ice cores, but newer, more detailed data turned the theory inside out.
3. Temperature is not rising.
4. Carbon Dioxide is already doing almost all of the warming it can do.

 We can not blame obama for this mess , this goes way back beyond obama, he just happens to be following orders. Can there be any other reason for his not being properly vetted to be our president.

If we have the time, after the 2010 elections , and if we elect a majority of Conservative Governors,.. We will have to either take up the plan that I have produced or we will lose our National Identity and will find our selves using a new form of currency.

Consider this , if we accept the plan that the World bank and the IMF have in store for us. It is likely that One our dollars , currently valued at about 8 cents. We will be forced to swap 12.5 U.S. dollars for One , Amero, Euro or what ever they call it. This will over night drive America into a Civil War, or chaos to such an extent that you will not dare venture out of your home. Is this why all these plastic coffins are being buried around the country? And if you think like Glenn does, that these FEMA camps are some bodies wild idea , think again.

The question I have is ,”What will be backing the Amero, or Euro”?? We know that China recently bought 10 thousand tons of gold , India has been buying gold, like there is no tomorrow.

So what has Europe been buying ? What has America been buying? Debt,. they both have been buying debt. In other words they have given a new meaning to the phrase “ a ponzi scheme”. “Monetizing  Debt.”

Lets face it folks, all great Empires crumble under the weight of greed and corruption , we just happen to be alive when its going to happen to America. “Unless”. Unless we go on offense. And that can only happen at the states. The existing Governors, must either lead follow or get out of the way. If they are unable , unwilling, or to stupid to recognize what is happening to our country then it will be up to the citizens of the states to demand that they step down.

Here in Arizona its clear that this Governor has no idea what is happening around her. And she certainly has no intention of leading a revolution of states to save our Republic. Ask your self this question. How many governors of other states do you think she has called , to discuss, the issues facing our country. Noone would listed to her anyway given the fiscal mismanagement of Arizonas budget and financial affairs,.. In fairness to her, she inheirited a mess, but the fact remains, she has not shown anyone that she has the will to shut down Arizonans bloated government.

Ask your self this question. Does she have any idea as to why Arizona is broke, how it got that way, and if the federal government had anything to do with it. And if your in any other state and you are reading this , ask that same question about your Governor. That is of course unless your Montana or Nebraska, in which case you are debt free.

Therefore the process will start all over again. I have had several people from Europe email me telling me , “Do not let this happen to America”.

Millions of Americans Im convinced smell this coming down the road. And millions have woke up . But they have no plan. They want to be on offense, but do not know where to begin.

Personally , I doubt that we will make it to the 2010 elections before they put this in place. They simply cant risk a revolution at the ballot box. There is one issue though that may slow them down. There is a bi-partisan group that wants the FED to under go a audit before they confirm or give this fella Bernanke another four years to do what he has been doing . Three Senators have put holds on his confirmation. Bunning, Demint and Sanders, of all things a socialist.

So lets keep our fingers crossed that there are enough good folks in Washington that can slow down this plan to destroy our currency and our Republic.

What is this new currency and how does it work?

On January 1, 1999, 12 European Union countries chose to form an economic and monetary union (EMU) and started using the euro. The 12 countries locked their exchange rates to the euro. On January 21, 2002, euro notes and coins became available. The 12 countries share a single interest rate, set by the European Central Bank (ECB), and a single foreign exchange rate policy. From that date, the ECB was responsible for the monetary policy of these ‘euro zone’ countries. Which countries joined the euro zone on January 1, 1999? Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. Since then, Greece and Slovenia have joined the Eurozone. In addition, Andorra, Montenegro, San Marino and the Vatican (the Holy See) have subsequently adopted the new currency. All other EU members are scheduled to adopt the euro over the next decade, with the exception of Great Britain, Denmark, and Sweden, as they have not agreed to switch. All of the EU members that still use their own currencies – do accept the euro. Euro conversion rates here What is the new money called? The new currency is called the euro. A euro will be made up of 100 cents. 5, 10, 20 50, 100, 200 and 500 notes are available, as well as 1 and 2 euro coins, and 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 cents coins. What happened on January 1, 2002? On January 1, 2002, euro notes and coins became legal tender anywhere in the participating countries, regardless of the country of origin. They now circulate alongside national notes and coins. Old national notes and coins were removed from circulation by January 31, 2002. This varied some, country to country, but by July 2002, only euros will be in circulation and they will be the official currency. The period from January-July is sometimes referred to as the “dual circulation” period, and it ends soon. Can I use the euro in the UK? While the UK is outside EMU, the euro will be like any other foreign currency. Businesses can decide to accept the euro if they wish. The same is true for Denmark and Sweden

There is no doubt , today that Arizona , is broke. The borrowing of 700 million dollars by the State was irresponsible and will down the road prove to be a long term, tragedy. The failure of the current administration to see the only sound solution to its fiscal issues is a disgrace.
Arizona and this administration, and the preceding administration are going to give the next administration serious issues to deal with.
Immediate and drastic actions are needed now , right now.
First , all schools K thru 12, need to be closed to a three day classroom week. Or better yet, close them for a year.  Maybe they would spend more time, teaching reading ,writing and arithmetic, and less time on how to bow and give praise to obama. I was in Casa Grand the other day , collecting signatures, a fella was telling me that the school system there spent 18 million dollars on a football stadium. ” Is it just me , or does that seem a bit, can i say stupid?
 The education system in Arizona has been destroyed by the open borders policy of the previous administration. And apparently this one also.  If I heard the State Treasure today correctly that the bulk of the 700 million went to schools. That has to be one of the dumbest moves a state could possible do with borrowed money. Schools have no ability to payback borrowed money,. And given the anti business policies of Arizona , there is no way new business growth will move into the state, bringing more tax revenue to the state. Even setting the Unions aside,.. NO WAY.
The only way , the state of Arizona is ever going to be able to repay this 1. 9 billion dollar debt will either be thru tax increases, which will drive capital out of the state, or revenue increases via sales taxes. There is one excellent way to boost sales tax revenue. But that’s my secret for now.  The problem is that the residents of Arizona are rapidly running out of jobs, and cash or discretionary cash to spend on consumer goods. That problem is only going to get worse going forward.
As most of you now know I am running for Governor in 2010. I have been putting out there, at events and while collecting signatures. This, there are five must do moves, that I see would generate more revenue to the state, and not increase or add additional taxes to our taxpayers. They will not happen under this administration. This Governor wants another term, so she will continue to either tax or borrow her way to Nov 2010. Anyone see the connection between what is happening here at the state level and what’s happening in Washington?
Another issue here is this,. I have heard that the State Treasure is bragging that the ratings agencies still are rating Arizona with a Triple A rating, that’s a lot of hooey! Jobs are flying out the window. Families are moving from the state, due to the illegal alien problem, lack of jobs, and state fiscal mismanagement.   The ratings agencies have been a joke for many years,. In fact they are to a large degree responsible in my view for the situation we are in not at just the state level but also the Federal level,. ie: Lehman, Merrill Lynch, Citi, and others. They have no credibility what so ever.
So to sit there and say , “Well the ratings agency , have us at a Triple A rating , is simply laughable”.
If you look at the State Treasures financial report, we have been investing taxpayer dollars in Mortgage Backed Securities, DUH!!!
and Money Markets give me a break. If there is all this money there, go get it and pay down the debt. 
If we have the money to invest in worthless mortgage backed securities , and money market accounts, we are taxing the citizens of Arizona to much. It is also obvious that the Treasures office has been for some time involved in “Trades” , . I can tell you flat out , If I become
Governor , the Treasures office will not be gambling with taxpayer dollars. We will take in tax receipts , spend a percentage of those receipts, and use the rest to pay down the debt, and build a rainy day account. You can not borrow your way to prosperity , unless those funds are used to produce goods that can be sold at a profit. Period
So while you folks in Arizona that receive this , if you want to continue risking your tax dollars on trades, . I’m not your guy.
This state (government) needs a financial spanking,. To put it more bluntly it needs a asswhoppin. Phoenix is out of control. Just like the beltway.  The governor of Montana was on C Span yesterday morning talking about how the Arizona Governor wants to sell the Capital building and lease it back -.good God almighty. Incidentally Montana has a 1.5 billion , that’s with a “B” Dollar surpluses.
Here’s what really needs to happen down there, they need to send everyone home for 6 months, including the Governor, and tell them don’t call us we’ll call you. Your broke, bankrupt, what is it about that that you don’t understand,.. You have brought in so many idiot policies from California, and now you look around trying to find some one else to blame. Here’s just a simple example of how screwed up things are.  Two years ago they decided to levy a $50.00 septic tank tax. And told the Title companies to collect it.   Look in the mirror down there, your the problem. That recent article in the Republic, that said , ” This is the way forward for Arizona” , . I can tell you as a x business man, that proposal was insidious. No one in there right mind is going to have a state tell you that you are going to pay 1.25 times the average in the state. And that you are going to provide 80 percent of health care costs for full time employees. You cant be serious. Sounds like obamanomics to me.  ” This is the type of nonsense that politicians put out there when they think they know how to spur economic growth. HOGWASH!!!

Every problem we here in America face to day can be traced directly back to Government,.. Either , Federal , State, or County.  We keep electing the same weasels over and over again, expecting different results.  The one element that is going to prove to be good about this economy . Is that when this thing busts, those that caused all this will be thrown out or removed from office.  Whether they were hired or elected. 

Running for Governor has been very rewarding. And here is why. Thru this blog, I receive hundreds of responses from around the country and once in a while from an American living abroad. So I know I’m not alone in my positions. But when your standing face to face with a fellow American,. And you see the anger, the frustration,. It motivates me, and keeps driving me. Even after I get home and find out that obama has come up with a new way to screw over the country , or the state has made some policy statement that makes no sense.  There has to be a turning point,. A point at which we collapse under our own weight and we start all over again.
Much like the recent developments in Climate Gate, and the emails, they have discovered, exposing the fraud of gore and a couple a dozen so called scientist. 
The same thing will happen here with the economy,.. We now know how these crooks on Wall Street have been making billions of dollars, using Fiat paper money.  Its going to fall apart and soon. The issue of monetizing our debt, is or should be criminal, and all those involved should be given, housing next to Bernie Madoff. It would appear that Bernie is secretly advising Geitner,Obama,and Bernanke.

Photo Ticket Cameras to Track Drivers Nationwide Vendors plan to add spy technology to existing red light camera and speed camera installations. Private companies in the US are hoping to use red light cameras and speed cameras as the basis for a nationwide surveillance network similar to one that will be active next year in the UK. Redflex and American Traffic Solutions (ATS), the top two photo enforcement providers in the US, are quietly shopping new motorist tracking options to prospective state and local government clients. Redflex explained the company’s latest developments in an August 7 meeting with Homestead, Florida officials. “We are moving into areas such as homeland security on a national level and on a local level,” Redflex regional director Cherif Elsadek said. “Optical character recognition is our next roll out which will be coming out in a few months — probably about five months or so.” The technology would be integrated with the Australian company’s existing red light camera and speed camera systems. It allows officials to keep full video records of passing motorists and their passengers, limited only by available hard drive space and the types of cameras installed. To gain public acceptance, the surveillance program is being initially sold as an aid for police looking to solve Amber Alert cases and locate stolen cars. “Imagine if you had 1500 or 2000 cameras out there that could look out for the partial plate or full plate number across the 21 states where we do business today,” Elsadek said. “This is the next step for our technology.” ATS likewise is promoting motorist tracking technologies. In a recent proposal to operate 200 speed cameras for the Arizona state police, the company explained that its ticketing cameras could be integrated into a national vehicle tracking database. This would allow a police officer to simply enter a license plate number into a laptop computer and receive an email as soon as a speed camera anywhere in the state recognized that plate. Such programs would be fully consistent with existing law on searches and seizures. In the 2003 case Washington v. William Bradley Jackson, the Washington State Supreme Court ruled that police could not use a physical GPS tracking device to monitor a suspect’s movements without first obtaining a warrant. No warrant would be needed or restrictions applied to license plate tracking systems which do not require any physical contact. Instead, individual police officers could monitor the movements of suspected criminals or even their wives and neighbors at any time. In the past, police databases have been used to intimidate innocent motorists. An Edmonton, Canada police sergeant, for example, found himself outraged after he read columnist Kerry Diotte criticize his city’s photo radar operation in the Edmonton Sun newspaper. The sergeant looked up Diotte’s personal information, and, without the assistance of electronic scanners, ordered his subordinates to “be on the lookout” for Diotte’s BMW. Eventually a team of officers followed Diotte to a local bar where they hoped to trap the journalist and accuse him of driving under the influence of alcohol. Diotte took a cab home and the officers’ plan was exposed after tapes of radio traffic were leaked to the press. Police later cleared themselves of any serious wrong-doing following an extensive investigation. In the UK, officials are planning to dramatically expand the use of average speed cameras that track cars over distances as great as six miles. Records on all vehicle movements taken from a nationwide network of cameras will be stored for five years in a central government Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) server, allowing police to keep tabs on criminals and political opponents. Work on the data center in north London began in 2005 and officials expect real-time, nationwide tracking capability to be available by January.
