Plan to Restore of The United States of America 2012
Forward: Our country as we grew up in and know is on the brink of becoming exactly what most of us have fought against since the beginning of World War I. We have watched as our rights have been eroded and been told it is better for us to be secure and give up some of our freedoms. While this was happening, our elected officials began to take advantage of our trust and to little by little build more and more power into their elected official position.
Another entire movement has seen our willingness to trade our freedom for security and has systematically influenced our elected officials until we no longer have any influence over those elected officials. This movement has been working on convincing many that the founding documents are no longer valid and were written for a different people at a different time.
Some have been led to believe this is true, and then came the tea party movement. When this happened, most of us were angry at where our government seemed to be going and it was definitely going to increase our taxes with the new direction we seemed to be turning in. Then we got together and started looking for where and how this had happened. We did this by looking are our founding documents, the Constitution, The Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence and we found there to be no flaws in any of these documents. The more we looked we found that our public officials and elected officials have been gradually moving away from the principals these documents were based in. We found that in many cases that some activists groups have for years been trying to get the attention of the people of our country to warn them of what was happening.
The problem we have and all tea party groups have all had is that our demands have no consequences other than we will fight the government in the polls. In the meantime, the government ignores everything and proceeds to block our efforts and increase their support to continue to override our objections and nullify our efforts to correct their overreach by using the election process, and I believe we must have a plan B based on the Declaration of Independence:
“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.” It further states “ Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” Such has been the patient sufferance of the people; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.”
When the Declaration was written it was the King of Great Britain, now it is the sitting President of the United States and the congress. The ability to ignore the people has spread to almost the entire sitting congress and the entire Obama Administration. In the 2010 elections we elected some better representatives and senators to begin to fix the problem, but as we dig into the problems that we have with our federal government and our local and state governments, we find that there is much our elected officials either do not understand, are not willing to oppose, or are outright supporting the expansion of government and are attempting to discard the Constitution and assume an elite position over the people.
Our failure to put forth any plans to effectively force the governments to govern according to the constitution have encouraged them to step up their efforts and to place the people in a subservient position to the government and instill a oligarchy with either the UN as the ruling authority or as Obama being the supreme leader. Our local and state elected leaders are not standing up and asserting the states sovereignty and holding the federal government back. The federal government is using every branch of the federal government to redefine what is legal or illegal and eliminate more and more of our liberties they are supposed to protect. Some states are beginning to stand up but are being ignored or even opposed by the groups within each local or state, financed by the federal government or other outright radical socialist/communist groups that most of us veterans fought to keep out of our government. With all that being said, we must have a plan B that will force the federal government and local governments to perform the function of governing according to the original constitution. The plan must be plausible and we will need to unite all conservative groups to be prepared to support action to execute the plan. May 27 is Memorial Day and I think we need to be ready to initiate the plan by then. We need to have a copy in the hands of our local and state governments and our representatives and senators hands and a copy sent to the Obama administration so they will understand we will no longer accept business as usual and their violating our rights. The Demand for a return to a Constitutional Republic must be met in its entirety or Plan B will be put into effect. Plan B will require our states to assert their sovereignty to make it a peaceful transition back to a Constitutional Republic. Then we must correct our educational facilities to teach history as it was and not to diminish what our founders put in place that has made our country the greatest that has ever been and guarantee those rights given to us by our creator. Equal opportunity, not social justice.
We chose to keep all of our founding documents and our country, and instead, to reject those that ignore our great constitution and to isolate them into those current geographic areas that the local or state governing bodies elect to continue to pursue larger, more controlling and socialist governments and expel those areas to become the Socialist States of North America and all current elected officials that chose to remain part of that governing body shall be replaced with initially new appointed Senators and then re-election of the representatives for our remaining United States. Further, our restored United States if America will retain our military, our treasury, and our currency.
The primary geographical area known as Washington DC will become the center for the governing body for the Socialist States of North America and as such the boundary lines of Washington DC will define the geographic borders for the Socialist States of North America. Any other states that elect to be part of the Socialist States of North America by their governing bodies shall also be defined by their current geographic borders. Should the people in any of those states elect to replace their governing bodies and restore their state to the United States of America, negotiations with the new governing body can be requested with the United States of America and can be restored as a state.
Regardless of the choice to belong to the United States of America or to be part of the Socialist States of America, the original borders of the United States will be considered as protected borders of the United States of America and will be defended as such. The Socialist States of North America shall not be permitted to join other countries or to bring in military aid from foreign countries.
To complete the restoration, the following steps will be taken beginning mm/dd/2012.
Step 1:
We need to start by notifying our congress senators and representative of our intended actions and that they are no longer part of our government. We should keep the constitution, bill of rights and declaration of independence as our governing documents, but we must repeal the 16th, and 17th amendments and add what most people are referring to as the 28th amendment. See Attachment 1 they are being dismissed due to their egregious actions forcing the country to incur enormous unlawful debt thru tremendous wasteful spending practices and the ir failure to properly investigate and impeach Barack Hussein Obama from the office of the President. Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid are to arrested and held for trial for the high crime of fraudulently certifying the nomination of Barack H. Obama as
presidential candidate of the Democrat Party. A second offense for issuance of 2 separate certifications of the candidacy of the Democratic nominee.
Step 2:
We will take possession of the Capitol building, Hart, Russell Dirksen and Raeburn Buildings and maintain possession during our entire period of control. No Congressman will be allowed to reenter except as noted below.to remove any document whatsoever. An administrative aid will be allowed to enter and pack up only the personal belongings of the legislator and their staff and we will ship back to your district home office. Under no circumstances will the legislator be allowed to remove, mar or damage any government property on the work office premises. All property stored or temporarily placed in the legislators private residence must be returned to the government capitol building.
Step 3:
We will assign representatives of the restore movement to the head office of the various department headquarters to take physical control of the agency main offices. All department and assistant department heads are summarily dismissed from employment with the US Government. Severance packages will be worked out with GAO and OMB. Third deputy in charge of the agency will take temporary control of the agency. He or she will be required to only perform the essential actions of the agency to allow it to collect information, supervise employees to do their appointed duties and to make no , NO (capitalized for emphasis) payments of grants or gratuities of any kind to any person place of entity. They can pay the everyday bills of the agency such as office supplies, utility bills and payroll and nothing more until they receive further instruction from the heads of the new government. Adherance to any and all Executive Orders is hereby suspended until formation of the new government structure.
Step 4:
We will notify the Pentagon, FBI and Secret Service of our peaceful intentions to take control of the government by couriered notices and that they have nothing to worry about that a non-violent coup’etat will be taking place and that we are intending to abolish the current government and institute a new government rooted in the constitution and its Amendments and Bill of Rights. The President will be notified that he can step down now and resign and leave the White House while leaving Mr. Biden in charge until the November elections. He is officially notified that he has not proven that he is eligible to hold the office and is hereby impeached by the restoration forces and people of the United States.
Step 5:
We will notify all state Governors to have their local residents select new Representatives and Senators other than those enumerated here, to elect new representatives and have the states appoint new senators immediately as well as a new president and all other elected officials. We ask that they issue instructions to their people to remain calm, rational and to assist all law enforcement personnel to maintain civility and order. The people should come together as all Americans have in the past to be patriotic and give careful consideration to the candidates we seek to go to Washington and do the job that needs to be done. They are to be cautioned to keep their eye on the interests of the people and not let their egos and lobbyists get the better of them. No past legislator will be allowed to come back to Washington to serve in the government. A strict compliance with the constitution, abide by good moral tenets and behavior, and obey all natural laws of God and his Creation. They must swear not to make any laws not in basic approval of its majority of constituents. All new laws will be published on the internet before taking a vote on them to get a sense of the peoples opinion and not the media’s. the mainstream media will not be allowed to drive the system any longer.
Step 6:
A new tax system and tax collection agency will need to be established to provide funding for the military, building our new capital and transitioning the existing entitlements to our new republic. Entitlements are defined for our new republic as continuing the Social Security for those currently already in the system that have contributed to the system. Those not in the system will be transitioned to a private system. Medicare and Medicaid will be abolished and those receiving these will be transitioned to a private health care system if they so choose.
Step 7:
Currency – we will need to shut down any mint facilities immediately. We need to keep the current currency. This needs to be handled by our new treasury, which will be established under the new congress.
These are the main areas we will need to address immediately, but that should not be an insurmountable problem. We will have to work hard with our state governments to make sure they understand and are ready to transition. We should not delay past May of this year to bring this all about.
