Every person you named above took an oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. Every one of them should be held accountable for their action or lack of action under the charge of High Treason! Even the Republicans are refusing to uphold their constitutional duty. My representative and senators, Sullivan, Inhofe and Coburn, in Oklahoma refuse to do so and answer my letters. We are witnessing the death of our Constitution. Our elected representatives do not represent their constituents anymore. They have exempted themselves from the very laws they pass that we citizens are required to follow. We have an illegally elected POTUS and a treasonous government. Unless "We the people" start writing, calling and requiring our government to legally do their job, OUR once great country will fall. We are near the bottom of the cesspool now. Hopefully Judge Michael Malihi of Georgia will do what is right and lawful with usurper soetoro and this will invigorate citizens to demand the charges of High Treason upon soetoro and the government to cleanse OUR country of the traitors to US and to The United States of America!

Barry Soetoro took the oath of office to a office he was ineligible to hold using a fictitious name , while using a fraudulent Social Security number. The acceptance of these actions by those responsible for preventing them , including every member of the house and senate, the federal election commission, the leadership of the RNC and DNC, the Supreme Court, every state's Governor, Lt Gov, AG, state house and senate members , are all complicit in the crime of Treason.

This is so very simple that we shouldn't even have to be going through this now. Has "he" been certified to have met all the eligibility requirements to appear on the Georgia (or any other state) ballot? I am forced to use the pronoun "he", because as of yet, I have not seen any official, un-forged document showing "his" true legal name. As far as we know, it has to be Barry Soetoro.

For those still supporting the idea of our having troops in numerous countries in the middle east; I realize that Ron Paul has caught some amount of flack for saying we may be creating problems for ourselves in the world. What I cannot understand is why those who get upset by that concept cannot see the sense in it. I really think that if the Chinese were to invade our country to throw out our tyrant and start building bases in our country, going door to door looking for our guns, kicking in the doors of our homes, bombing our cities and towns, and killing women and children here that ever able bodied man would be picking up guns to fight back and push them out of our country. I guess that if you wouldn't then you can't possibly understand the concept. But I can tell you that if any country sent troops into this country I would be armed and fighting to kick their butts out. You can call those people rebels, freedom fighters, or you can call them terrorists...but just remember that one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. I know that if I were in their shoes, I would be fighting back and would resent foreign troops in my country. That has to mean that our being there is making us enemies and that should be clear to anyone who will quit listening to the media long enough to stop and think about it .

I am sorry to have to say it as I am an old timer and I have always hated the drug pushers and the criminal gangs involved with the drugs, but I too bought into the war on drugs for a long time. I suppose many/most of us conservatives did. It was really a hard pill to swallow to realize the war on drugs is a hoax perpetrated on us. We should have learned a lesson from Prohibition, but it seems we did not. It did not work. All it did was enrich the criminals and increase the violent crime and the result was it had to be repealed. This war on drugs is the same mistake. It has enriched the criminals, increased the violent crime, filled our prisons, sacrificed our freedoms, created overbearing infringement on our rights and privacy, and created a huge additional bureaucracy around the whole business. Why hasn't it been repealed? What is worse is that the federal government is the biggest drug dealer of all, so there will never be any end to this. We got fooled once again and it has not made the drug problem any better...indeed....after spending billions upon billions, it has gotten worse.

BUT, I will tell you a worse thing the war on drugs did, just as Prohibition did, it set a dangerous precedent. It set the precedent that the federal government can now tell you what you as a free man or woman can ingest, eat, or drink. I grew up in a country where what you did with your own body was your own damned business and no government had any business sticking their nose into what you chose to do with yourself or in your own home. Allowing precedents to be set like that is a very dangerous thing to start accepting. Now they are starting to tell us what we can eat or drink and what is good for us and what isn't. I am sorry to say, we were tricked into allowing what is now coming at us by not first considering the constitutionality of such decisions. You see for people to take drugs was never a crime years ago. We did not need a war on drugs to create new laws. Laws already existed for cases where someone was injured or a crime was committed. So many people allowed this just because they did not approve of someone else using drugs or because they were afraid a drug user might commit a crime to get the money to buy them.

I have never used drugs in my life and never approved of the stuff, but I don't see it as my business to tell another man what he can do or can't do with his life because it isn't my business what he does. If he robs someone there is a law against that and he will be prosecuted for breaking it. If he injures someone, there is a law against that and he will be prosecuted for it. The solution was then, and is now, in educating our youth and stopping the problem through education. But my research led me to find that the biggest source of the problem and what really got it started was the biggest dealer of them all and the same ones who came up with the war on drugs.

We have been lied to, deceived, played for fools, and used. They have created these excuses to destroy our freedoms, our rule of law, and our nation....all of which make me very mad. But there is an old saying...fool me once shame on you....fool me twice....shame on me! I have had it with the lies and deceit and I, for one, want my country back before it is completely destroyed.

We used to live under the common law. That is what our Constitution and our Bill of Rights were based upon. We had due process and we had substantive law. Now we have a bunch make believe laws operating under "color of law." Which is make believe fiction. Under the common law there is no crime unless there is a cause of action. There is no cause of action unless you have an injured party; a victim. Without a victim, or injured party, there is NO CRIME. What we have done is filled the prisons of America with people convicted of victimless crimes which are non-crimes. That is why america, the land of the free, now has more people per thousand in prison than ANY country in the world...even China! Go figure. SO, we are NOT the land of the free. Now it remains to be seen whether or not we are the home of the brave.

Two years ago I read Ron Paul's books, including Revolution. At the time I did not agree with his stance on the military. In the two years that have elapsed since then I have done two solid years of research and my own personal research has led me to understand that Ron is absolutely correct about our military and our interferences in other countries. I suspect his position in the congress gave him some insight most of us in the general public are never aware of barring extensive research because the media has misled us very extensively. Our military is being used by these one world controller want to be tyrants as their muscle. There is no country in the world that would dare attack the U.S. and there is NO need for us to be borrowing money from other countries in order to support bases in over 130 different countries. We do not need boots on the ground in all these countries. If one of them should dare to attack the U.S. we could bring so much firepower to bear that we could blow them into the dark ages remotely from our subs, carriers, and with UMV's. The only reason for boots on the ground is to invade them and we do not need to be empire building or invading. The benefits of those actions go to others not the U.S. or our people, but it is being done at our expense. Israel is more than capable of defending herself and so much so that I doubt very seriously Iran would dare attack her. We have got to stop being led around by the nose by the media and the manipulators trying to convince us we need to be in a constant state of war. It is bankrupting our nation and we are fighting fights that are not our fights and none of our business. It is not our place to control the affairs of other nations. Perhaps if we spent more time minding our own affairs we would have far fewer problems on our own shores. We would damn sure have more money to work with and less debt. The money currently being spent on the military is far in excess of what we need to defend our country.
