You’d think the Obama administration is busy enough controlling the banks, insurance companies and automakers, but thanks to whistleblowers at the Department of the Interior, we now learn they’re planning to increase their control over energy-rich land in the West.

A secret administration memo has surfaced revealing plans for the federal government to seize more than 10 million acres from Montana to New Mexico, halting job- creating activities like ranching, forestry, mining and energy development. Worse, this land grab would dry up tax revenue that’s essential for funding schools, firehouses and community centers.

President Obama could enact the plans in this memo with just the stroke of a pen, without any input from the communities affected by it.

At a time when our national unemployment rate is 9.7 percent, it is unbelievable anyone would be looking to stop job-creating energy enterprises, yet that’s exactly what’s happening.

The document lists 14 properties that, according to the document, “might be good candidates” for Mr. Obama to nab through presidential proclamation. Apparently, Washington bureaucrats believe it’s more important to preserve grass and rocks for birdwatchers and backpackers than to keep these local economies thriving.

Administration officials claim the document is merely the product of a brainstorming session, but anyone who reads this memo can see that it is a wish list for the environmentalist left. It discusses, in detail, what kinds of animal populations would benefit from limiting human activity in those areas.

The 21-page document, marked “Internal Draft-NOT FOR RELEASE,” names 14 different lands Mr. Obama could completely close for development by unilaterally designating them as “monuments” under the 1906 Antiquities Act.

It says all kinds of animals would be better off by doing so, like the coyotes, badgers, grouse, chickens and lizards. But giving the chickens more room to roost is no reason for the government to override states’ rights.

Rep. Robert Bishop, Utah Republican, made the memo public because he didn’t want another unilateral land grab by the White House, like what happened under former Presidents Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter.

Using the Antiquities Act, President Carter locked up more land than any other president had before him, taking more than 50 million acres in Alaska despite strong opposition from the state.

President Clinton used the authority 22 times to prohibit hunting, recreational vehicles, mining, forestry and even grazing in 5.9 million acres scattered around the country. The law allowed him to single-handedly create 19 new national monuments and expand three others without consulting anyone.

One of the monuments President Clinton created was the Grande Staircase-Escalante in Utah, where 135,000 acres of land were leased for oil and gas and about 65,000 barrels of oil were produced each year from five active wells. But, President Clinton put an end to developing those resources.

President Obama could do the same in other energy-rich places unless Congress takes action. At least 13.5 million acres are already on his Department of Interior’s real estate shopping list.

This includes a 58,000-acre area in New Mexico. The memo said this should be done so the lesser prairie chicken and the sand dune lizard will be better protected. Are these animals going extinct? No. The bureaucrats wrote that the land should be locked up to “avoid the necessity of listing either of these species as threatened or endangered.”

In Nevada, the Obama administration might make another monument in the Heart of the Great Basin because it, supposedly, is a “center of climate change scientific research.”

In Colorado, the government is considering designating the Vermillion Basin as a monument because it is “currently under the threat of oil and gas development.”

Americans should be wary of any plans a president has to seize land from the states without their consent. Any new plans to take away states’ freedom to use land as they see fit must be stopped.

That’s why I sponsored an amendment to block Mr. Obama from declaring any of the 14 lands listed in the memo as “monuments.” Unfortunately, the Senate, led by Democrats, rejected it on Thursday evening by a vote of 58-38.

It was particularly disappointing that the Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, of Nevada, voted against the amendment. The government owns more than 80 percent of the land in Nevada and the unemployment rate there is 12.8 percent. Surely it would help job prospects if more land were open for business.

This is a nationwide problem. The government currently owns 650 million acres, or 29 percent of the nation’s total land.

Federal bureaucrats shouldn’t be wasting time thinking up ways to acquire more, especially in the middle of a recession. Taking the nation’s resources offline will stifle job creation and dry up tax revenues.

If anything, the government should be selling land off, not locking more up. By voting against my amendment, the Democrats tacitly endorsed Mr. Obama’s secret plan to close off millions more acres to commerce.

If enacted, the plan would mean fewer jobs for Americans.

Lincoln Day Dinner 　 Myself with many others were honored to attend the Cobre Valley Republican Club, Lincoln day dinner. This was held in Globe Arizona on February 27th, 2010. There were very good guest speakers with Sheriff Paul Babeu of Pinal County, and Tom Jenney of Arizona for Prosperity. The key note speaker was Arizona State Treasurer Mr. Dean Martin, whom also is a Candidate for Governor. Mr. Martin was just about through with his speech, and he started talking on the subject how he, saved the State of Arizona millions upon millions by not reporting the revenue collected to then Governor Janet Napolitano back in 2007. Mr. Martin said that he informed his staff to withhold deposit so that the governor would not know how much money came into the treasury. Thus stopping her from spending it! Now needless to say many of us in the room, seemed to be taken aback by this self proclaimed confession on how Mr. Martin overreached his authority as state treasurer. Now I am the first person to be out their to protest all of the things that our former Governor Napolitano did which in turn created many of the problems that we face as a state today. However, we are a republic, where we follow the rule of law, and to remove someone such as Ms. Napolitano’s reckless spending and growing the state government, we the people have elections to remove our leaders whom abuse our system of government. This is very worrisome, since if Mr. Martin did this on his own accord, what else has he done as treasurer while in office? The gravity of this situation cannot be overstated. A entrenched ruling career politician such as Mr. Martin by these over the line decisions fuels false optimism, while the state hurtles closer to the abyss. I am the only Candidate who has bluntly spoke the truth to the Arizona people. Silence in the face of evil is itself evil and Not to speak is to speak, or Not to act is to act. As your Governor when elected, I’ll order a complete audit on our department of treasury to determine of any other over reached decisions such as the one Mr. Martin made with regards to not reporting state revenue to the governor and legislator. If we are ready to violate the Constitution such as Mr. Martin did, and the people submit to these unauthorized acts, we will deserve the chains that would forge on us all without the rule of law.

All of these issues we face have solutions.  The problem as I see it we try to make the solutions to complicated.  We allow lawyers, union leaders, bureaucrats in to the room and the next thing you know you have this pile of paper, stacking of regulations, designed to do nothing more than justify a bunch of do nothing government employees.

Lets take this issue of health care for example. Rather than let the socialist progressives take control of 1/6th of our economy. What if we just put more money in the pockets of Americans so they can afford to buy their own insurance or develop HSA’s ‘. One key point here is however these HSA’s, should have oversight by the states not the federal government.

We have an easy answer too much of the cost of Health Care and Health Insurance questions and it is this.  We put an end to the IRS and the 1040.  We move to the fair tax, across the board, point of sale, 12% tax on consumer goods.  That is city, county, state, and federal combined. 12% percent point of sale,  Period . Then we size our government city, county, state and federal to that income. Period.  We totally flip the system.  During this campaign for Governor, this is a proposal that I am trying to drive home.

Too make my point.  Imagine you walk into this very large Super Center. Independent business’s everywhere you look.  Booths of small business’s making things and selling them. Vendors of all sizes and shapes selling their goods and services.  Then over in the corner, there is a very small booth. The banner over the booth says, Government.  That’s what we have got to get back to. This example is for you folks from Harvard and Yale.

We spend 350 to 400 billion every year in America on tax filing preparation costs. And then there are the billions of dollars that are lost due to tax cheats like Timothy Gietner, and Charlie Rangel.  Lets not forget the billions of dollars that float through the under ground economy, such as illegal aliens sending cash out of the country via western union,.. Fifteen to Sixteen Billion every year are the estimates.

The idea here is we could fund our own health care costs if the Internal Revenue Service became a part of our history. No federal government involvement whatsoever. Everyone would be paying taxes, no exceptions.

Most States have Insurance Commissioners. They should be charged first to go to work, earn their keep, and keep insurance companies on their toes.  Federal government has no business being involved in health care.  Medicare and Medicaid are bankrupting this state.  We should be able to buy across state lines, and if you want to sue someone, you had better be prepared to pay up if you lose.

Western states have allowed the federal government to create another problem. Because much of the land, that could be producing tax revenue. Is tied up in federal jurisdiction. Which prevents the citizens from generating free enterprise. Utah is in the process of addressing that issue as we speak. If I’m elected here in Arizona, we will begin the process of reclaiming our state land, immediately and take steps to create revenue from those lands and the natural resources that they incorporate.  Over the years states have gotten lazy, depended on federal dollars to operate on (bribes) if you will. We will turn off the spicket coming and going.

We need to flip the system.  We must cut 55-65% of state spending costs across the board. We must eliminate dozens of agencies and costs. Looking through the state budget report is like reading Alice in Wonderland.

Look at what Gov Christi is facing in New Jersey.  Massive state debt, (like Arizona) massive legacy costs, (like Arizona). Massive Union labor costs government and teachers health care and pensions  again, just like Arizona.

The cold hard truth is we are broke, and we can no longer afford these taxpayer funded entitlements. Why should working class Americans pay for these mega pensions and long- term health care for government employees?  They shouldn’t and it has to stop. And double dipping must end.

Having grown up on a livestock farm in Kansas. I watched the decline in family farms do to the government, special interest groups that wanted to destroy rural family farming. They encouraged the mega factory farms through, lobbyist, legislation, farm subsidies, and intimidation. Senator Charles Grassley was and is right at the top as a co- conspirator in destroying rural ag.   This book is long overdue. If you’re a parent or grandparent and you are wondering were all these super bug diseases are coming from, this book will lay it all out for you.

I have been addressing rural agriculture issues at my solo campaign events. We must flip our agriculture industry up side down.  We must create incentives for rising generations to stay on the family farm.

Instead of one hired hand driving a 240 hp 4- wheel drive, 20- bottom plow tractor.  We need 4 sons or daughters driving a 60 hp 4-wheel drive, 5- bottom plow tractor. We need our live stock, feeder steers, hogs at butcher weight, fryers, going to a local processor for local consumption.  I was at an event in Willcox, Arizona a week ago, talking to a beef producer. He told me that the weasels in the forest service were talking about cutting his pasture allotment 83%.  He also told me that over the years he had a rancher in Oklahoma that would come out and buy his yearling calves. Take them back to Oklahoma and finish them out. Why? . Because they were born in the mountains, they were hearty, healthy and because of that he had no vet bill. No drugs, or antibiotics needed to pump into these calves to bring them up to slaughter weight.

Folks these are issues that we must tackle as a state. Your next Governor must understand these issues and get involved with our ag producers.  Arizona needs everyone working and producing. The Federal Government and the U.S Department of Agriculture is getting in the way.  Its time to send them packing.

Arizona State Treasure wants to Consolidate State Debt.

If  Arizona’s state debt, wasn’t so serious, this plan by Dean Martin would be laughable. Here is a state, that over the last decade has been asleep at the switch. The Legislature, the governors office, the state Supreme Court and finally the State Treasure.

Last month the State (Ariz) sold three taxpayer owned buildings to investors, for cash to buy time. Those were my buildings , did anyone ask me??  All he did was acquire a HELOC, or a Home equity loan.   Did it solve the problem, no. It just kicked the can down the road.  Now he wants to Consolidate Debt and extend the payments out over an extended period like 30 years. My question is has this State Treasure been awake over the past 10 years?  It looks to me like he is trying to follow some Washington fiscal policy model.   Lets just let the kids pay for it 30 years from now. Can you just imagine what the state debt would be by then? Does anyone in their right mind think for a minute that policy makers, 5.10 ,15, or 20 years from now are going to be able to deal with this debt? Of course not, do you not recognize what is happening to the American economy?  The bottom line rather than deal with the problem, lets move it beyond my term or my administration and let someone else deal with it.  These people make my hair hurt.

Then we have our current Governor come out and say , that she opposes the plan, because it does nothing for Arizona families, public safety, or classroom education. I think my brain is on fire.

Look , here we have a state , that built a government based on a false economy. Yes they should have recognized the problem 10 years ago, shied away from an expansion of government. There were economist out there, all over the place warning everyone that we were growing on top of a flawed economic model. (Example, David Walker, former head of OMB).  The problem we have as I see it is that those in charge are afraid to drop the axe.  The truth is we are either going to deal with it now. Or later.

I will bet a Big Mac and fries, that those investors that bought these , taxpayer owned buildings , will go to their grave with these loans on their balance sheets. What if the state fails to make these loan payments?  Will the Sheriff be told by a court, to seize the property and remove the occupants.  The building are boarded up , the homeless move in , set up meth labs, . I mean have you driven around the Capital lately in Phoenix. It would be only natural for the locals to take advantage of the big nice buildings just down the street.

I might be jesting a bit here,. But here is the point. This is the type of government that you wind up with when you elect these over educated idiots with no life experience in the real world. The practical application of hard work, success and failures.

Since I announced that I was going to run for Governor here in Arizona. Our fiscal situation has been exposed by the Treasure’s office , I suspect to provide him with some cover. This latest diversionary tactic, called Consolidation is no different than, individuals getting into to trouble with credit card, auto, home loans and having some banker or credit analyst telling you, We can bundle those loans spread the term and everything will be fine. Doesn’t work that way. I call it stacking.  Look at where we are as a nation,. Look at all these mortgages that had ARM’s attached somewhere in the docs.  Here’s a question , would this loan be tied to prime, or would it be fixed.  Fixed at the current rate, only a idiot lender would sign that deal. So here we go. ???????

Finally , for all of you that want states rights , and you want to enforce the 10th Amendment. Until you eliminate all state debt, you will not be a sovereign state. Until you remove your ties to all federal mandates. You will not be a sovereign state. Until you stop accepting federal bailout money. You will not be a sovereign state.(( The Definition of Sovereign= Independent of all others))  This fact is why I and one other candidate for Governor here in Arizona scream and holler about Article 9 Sec 5  of the Arizona State Constitution. The founders of  Arizona recognized the fact that unless they limited the borrowing of the state legislature, they would lose their sovereignty for ever.  Which is why they put a $350,000.00 limit, on what the state could borrow.  Here’s a fact,.  Every member of the Arizona legislature current and previous, including the State Treasure, and Governors that have supported this fiscal mess, has violated their oath of office.  So are you going to re elect these people?

Unemployment numbers came out yesterday, 436 thousand last month.  If you think for a minute that this state or any state in this country is going to simply grow out of current debt levels you smoking  wacky weed.   There are only two states in the nation that are debt free.  Arizona state ,county and city government and regulatory agencies will continue to prevent growth, unless they are reigned in. And I know that you folks around the country are dealing with these issues in your respective states.

What we have planned for Arizona if Im elected , will dramatically help families and home owners,  will bring billions of dollars of capital into the state, and will drive entrepreneurial activity, and will overnight slash state expenditures.   What has really been rewarding lately has been talking to other candidates around the country that have the same views and some of the same plans.

What we are facing is going to be hard. A lot of people are going to have their lives turned upside down.  But if we don’t do this now, when? If its not us that do this, who?  My Grand kids , I don’t think that is a option.

Maybe a call to Dave Ramsey would be in order.  Just saying.

How can liberalism be compared to a mental disease when people knowingly choose to become a liberal?

Michael Savage, a popular syndicated radio talk show host, claims that “liberalism is a mental disease.” With all due respect to Mr. Savage I think he is wrong. After all, people knowingly choose to become liberals. They are not born a liberal. I am sure newborn babies do not look around the hospital maternity ward and feel there is a need to share their mother’s breast milk with his or her fellow “baby comrades.”

I am not a mental health expert, but I do not think people choose to become mentally ill. The illness occurs because of chemical imbalances in the brain or from some kind of traumatic experience in ones life. I think most people suffering from a mental disease would try to stop the illness if possible but do not have a choice in the matter.

How can liberalism be compared to a mental disease when people knowingly choose to become a liberal and do not knowingly choose to become mentally ill? My theory is that people choose to become liberals because it is the easy way out. Why work when others can provide for you?

In plain words: Liberals are lazy, not necessarily mentally ill.

Lazy politicians in the Democrat Party choose liberalism because it is an easy way to get votes. They prey on other lazy people around the country who choose to take free government handouts instead of working. Liberal politicians promise poor people in this country every thing under the sun in order to get votes, even though they rarely fulfill their promises.

Liberals in general are lazy. They do not try to answer world problems in a logical way but prefer to take the easy, emotional, way out.  Their only answer to most problems these days is to get rid of President Bush. Ask them to come up with a plan to solve a problem like international terrorism and their eyes suddenly glaze into a John Kerry like blank stare.

“Duh, I don’t know, but we got to get rid of Bush.”

Everyone in America has a choice to choose his or her own path in life. Some choose the wrong path and become liberals. But choosing to become a lazy liberal is not necessarily a sign of having a mental illness.  Although lately I think there might be some merit to Mr. Savage’s theory.

Look at the way liberals have acted in the recent aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

The day Hurricane Katrina came ashore in Louisiana; the New York Times published an op-ed piece by Robert Kennedy blaming the hurricane on global warming. Only a mentally ill person would write and believe such nonsense. But what more would you expect from a Kennedy.

The New York Times later published an editorial blaming President Bush for Hurricane Katrina by claiming that “Complacency will no longer suffice, especially if experts are right in warning that global warming may increase the intensity of future hurricanes.”

“But since this administration won’t acknowledge that global warming exists, the chances of leadership seem minimal.” Again, only a mentally ill person would write and believe such nonsense. I am sure the entire staff at the New York Times believes global warming is destroying the earth. I also think they believe little green men from Neptune have a secret office in the Pentagon.

Liberals in the mainstream media and liberal blogs around the country later charged that President Bush delayed the Federal Government’s response to aid victims of Hurricane Katrina because the victims were poor minorities.

In a recent interview, Al Sharpton said that, “I feel that, if it was in another area, with another economic strata and racial make-up, that President Bush would have run out of Crawford a lot quicker and FEMA would have found its way in a lot sooner.”

Only a mentally ill person would believe that George W. Bush, a devoutly religious man, who swore an oath to protect the citizens of the United States, regardless of race, color or creed, would actually sit back and let the people of New Orleans perish because of skin color.

I think Al Sharpton is one of the most insane liberals in the Democrat Party. His false claim has done more to insight racial bigotry in this country than any Ku Klux Klan member has ever done in the past.

Instead of working with local, state and federal government officials to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina, Sharpton chose to play the race card, blaming the slow government response on the color of the New Orleans victim’s skin. How did this help anything? How many people were killed because of his insane misjudgment?

Do all liberals suffer from mental illness? No. Not all of them. But I do think liberal politicians are lazy, incompetent and should not be running this country.

Is Al Sharpton really insane to have acted the way he did after Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans? I think so. But to be on the safe side maybe a psychologist should have a talk with him.

Arizona Sheriff Arpaio to Unleash 800 Deputies on Undocumented Immigrants New America Media, News Report, Text and Photos: Valeria Fernández , Posted: Feb 15, 2010 PHOENIX — Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio announced last week that he would train 881 of his own deputies to arrest undocumented migrants in the course of their normal duties. The announcement by the Maricopa County sheriff has come under fire from some legal scholars who argue he would be acting beyond the scope of the law and immigrant advocates who say this would further weaken the immigrant community’s tenuous relationship with law enforcement officials. Arpaio’s controversial immigration sweeps of Latino neighborhoods led to claims of racial profiling. In October, the federal Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revoked an agreement, known as 287(g), that allowed 160 of his officers to act as immigration agents. Now, Arpaio says he can do this under his own authority. He has enlisted the help of Kris W. Kobach, a University of Missouri law professor, who was an advisor to former attorney general John Ashcroft during the Bush administration. Kobach, who works as an attorney for the Immigration Reform Law Institute, was paid an undisclosed amount of money to oversee the two-hour training. Kobach argues that local police have “inherent authority” to stop, question and arrest people in order to enforce immigration law. He based his legal advice on a hotly contested 2002 Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) memo issued during Ashcroft’s tenure. Several legal scholars contend the opinion is flawed. “Legally, it is highly suspect because there’s a long tradition on the other side of the opinion, ” said attorney Muzaffar Chishti, director of the Migration Policy Institute (MPI), referring to a series of OLC memos from 1989 to 1996 that state the contrary. “Secondly, if there was an inherent authority to enforce immigration law, then there would be no need for Congress in 1996 to enact what’s now known as 287(g). If they had it, why would you need it?” Chishti said that Congress has historically assumed that it has plenary power on immigration enforcement. “It doesn’t mean that states can’t play a role, but that role is highly limited,” he said. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the enforcement arm of Homeland Security, has distanced itself from Arpaio’s new plans in a recent statement, which stated in part: “Sheriff Arpaio’s efforts to conduct immigration enforcement actions do not derive from any ICE-delegated federal authority. ICE has no engagement in MCSO’s [Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office] operations outside of our standard procedures of responding to a local law enforcement agency’s request for assistance.” Arpaio’s critics say his latest announcement is in keeping with the aggressive tactics employed by his deputies. “There’s nothing new in this,” said Jorge Mendez, a local community activist. “Those who were trained under 287(g) and those who weren’t were questioning people anyway.” “You’re opening Pandora’s box,” said Omar Jadwat, a staff attorney at the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Immigrants’ Rights Project. He said Arpaio’s action is sending a message to police officers on the streets that they have broad power to detain and arrest solely on suspicion that people are illegally in the country. “When you have local cops getting some short video training and making decisions about someone’s immigration status, it is hugely dangerous because it is a complex and difficult area of the law,” he said. Legal advisor Kobach is known for litigation involving immigrants. Kobach filed suit in Kansas, California and Nebraska challenging those state’s policies of offering in-state tuition rates to undocumented students. He also represented Hazelton, Penn., when its harsh anti-immigrant policies were challenged in court. Kobach, a law professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, is now running for secretary of state in Kansas. Kobach has also worked with the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR). FAIR was identified by the Southern Poverty Law Center as a hate group financially supported by the Pioneer Fund, a group with an alleged white supremacist agenda. “We find it absolutely outrageous that Sheriff Arpaio has chosen an individual with an obvious bias, who works on behalf of an anti-immigrant group to conduct training on immigration law and ethnic profiling,” said Bill Straus, Arizona Anti-Defamation League regional director. “Those claims are absolutely false,” said Kobach, in his defense. “The Southern Poverty Law Center engages in slander against people that oppose illegal immigration. They fail to mention that many of the people I defend in court are Hispanic. They happen to be Hispanics that believe the laws need to be enforced.” This is not the only controversy Arpaio is embroiled in. A federal grand jury is investigating allegations of abuse of power by his office unrelated to his immigration enforcement. His agency is also the subject of a federal Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation of civil rights violations. His office could also face judicial sanctions for destruction of evidence in connection with an ACLU lawsuit that alleges his deputies engaged in racial profiling during his immigration sweeps. “This is going to magnify what he has been doing during the sweeps,” said Shana Higa, a criminal defense attorney who has been monitoring Arpaio’s immigration sweeps in Latino neighborhoods for the last two years. Higa believes this has made some Latinos afraid report crimes to the police, making them more vulnerable to criminals. Despite criticism about his tactics and associations, Arpaio continues to defend his policies saying that since 2007 his deputies have detained 30,000 undocumented immigrants, often for something as simple as a traffic stop, and turned them over to immigration. In fact, the great majority of those arrests could be attributed to other law-enforcement agencies in Maricopa County, including the Phoenix and Scottsdale police departments. But Arpaio is trying to go further, according to legal experts. “The difference is that it looks like they claim they have the right on their own to hold someone up without the ICE detainer,” said Chishti. “What will be challenged is that they can’t just hold people on the basis of an immigration suspicion.” If Arpaio’s deputies could do that, the Arizona state legislature wouldn’t be trying to pass a local law that allows police to arrest undocumented immigrants, said Alessandra Soller Meetze , director of the Arizona ACLU. Over the past year since Beck started his show on Fox . There have been troubling signs that said at least to me. That there were certain issues that plagued American that he would not go near. And he would try to criticize those Americans that had the courage to ask those tough questions,..How many of you have heard Beck , put his nose in the camera and say “You must ask the tough questions” . Beck your a hypocrite, you cant condemn people for asking questions you dont want to touch. You see it aint all about you bubba.

He supposedly has this investigative staff that is out there everyday looking for the truth.  Is it Beck himself that is holding them back or does it go beyond the clowns dressing room.  I suspect its the later.  So far the only media, spokesperson that has up until recently spoken out has been Lou Dobbs and even he chose his words carefully.

Last week Glenn Beck interviewed Debra Medina, a Conservative Candidate for Governor in Texas. I listened to the entire interview.  One thing came shinning through.  Debra Medina was choosing by Fox or Beck to try to stifle her and her questions regarding 911. The same questions that millions of Americans including this candidate for Governor here in Arizona.  The interesting issue to me is that he did this interview from California,.  But while he was there he failed to interview the one true Conservative running for Governor in California,Chelene Nightingale.  Who has done more for state and national security in the last 6 years than all the other so called candidates combined.

I have never met or talked to Debra Medina, I have read her web site and policy statements.  She is the cream of the crop as far as I am concerned of candidates running for governor in 2010.  Any thinking American especially a Texan or former Okie , having lived thru Ruby Ridge,Waco,the Murrah building and then 911 knows in their gut. That what Americans have been told about all of these issues, fails the smell test.

Hundreds of my readers are from Texas. I know cause your hitting this site like crazy. You need to make it your business in Texas to send Medina to the Governors office.  The most important election 36 states have coming is their choice for Governor.  Because if we , that is the states are going to survive, it will take strong, constitutional governors to get it done, working together, changing the relationship between the states, and the people that work for us at the federal government.

I want to now go into a issue that I have been blathering about for years.  The relationship between mega banks ie Goldman Sachs,and others  and the Federal Reserve, and yes the FDIC.  You see, in the 1980, we had a collapse of commercial property mortgages,.  Even then , I had suspicions that the collapse was orchestrated by the fed,.. And here is how,. There was a period back then, where if you were wearing a suit, you could walk in and gather up a loan for commercial property, sort of like the Federal Farm Credit folks did to farmers in the late 70’s and early 80’s,. If you remember Willie would talk about this issue during his Farm Aid concerts. Well I was a lot younger then , but I was in business for my self, and during those two, financial crisis’s I recognized what the government and big banks were doing to make them selves billionaires off the backs of the tax payers.  Now a little side bar here,. There are several current legislators that receive this blog, so when I tell you we need legislation at the state level to fix  this you need to pay attention.

Anyway, this recent so called housing bubble crisis, is  more than a failure of underwriting,and pushy real estate agents, telling you they could get you qualified for a loan you weren’t qualified for. No it went much deeper than those on the street, they were simply puppets.  You see in the early and mid eighties , I recognized what the bankers were doing and figured out a way to play their game only on a much smaller scale.  You see the deals I got into were to small, there wasn’t enough long term mega bucks in it for them,.  So the little people like me took up the slack.

Today a friend sent me a video , that is just precious.  I promise you it will make your hair hurt, grab a pen and paper and calculator, follow the principal and you will see what I am talking about.

Now before you go,  remember, when we repealed The Glass Steagall act in 1999.  I don’t have time or space here but go study that legislation and what it was designed to do,. When we repealed it. It opened the flood gates for the corruption that we have now in the banking system,.. The Federal reserve should have never been given the authority to regulate interest rates.  It also opened the door for Banks , that is your bank down the street from becoming or owning  investment companies, that has SEC licensing to get in bed with Wall Street.  I promise you this , if I’m elected governor of Arizona we are going to address this issue in a tough and stand up way.  Your deposits should never leave your community bank period. I will be working on legislation with a number of other like minded Governors after 2010 to make certain that these types of shenanigans are not able to be put in place by the major banks, the federal government or foreign governments or banks.  You want to know why this federal government is 16 trillion dollars in debt,.  Folks like Hank Paulson, Al Gore, Bill Clinton , both Bush’s and Jimmy Carter are flying around have a great time in mega jets, cocktail parties with all the good people like this fella in the White House a yours and my expense, not to mention our kids and grand kids .

This week, Debra Medina, candidate for governor of Texas, a real conservative, guns, state sovereignty, a farm girl from Texas, not a phony Texan from back east like someone else we know, someone who spent his life hiding behind “mama” took on infamous Fox News/Rupert “Mr. Zionism” Murdoch’s moronic clown, Glenn Beck.  So, Beck, you are now rich, you are no longer a drunk, you joined the Mormons and you know how to buzz up idiots.  With qualifications like that, you should be Prime Minister of the Mormonistic Republic of Utah, not just a paid shill.

Conservatives feel they have to legitimize you by coming on your show.  It doesn’t take 5 minutes of investigative reporting to figure out who you work for, you are a stooge for Fox News.  Fox talks conservative but is the voice of the extremists who have hijacked the state of Israel and are now holding a good portion of the US government hostage.  Fox, Limbaugh, Beck and crazy apocalypse cult “Christian Zionists” still control enough of the Republican Party that candidates have to put up with treason or get squashed by a deluge of Israel/big oil/”pro-war” money, the profiteers who are living off the suffering of the world and the lives of Americas war dead.

Debra Media is a 9/11 “truther.”  A “truther” is someone who wants to know the truth and who believes they are being lied to.  I would call this kind of person “reality based.”

AFTER DETROIT, ISRAEL’S ROLE IN 9/11 NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT

There is no evidence Israel planned 9/11.  However, there is massive circumstantial evidence that Israel “may” have known in advance and played a role in planning 9/11 with broad cooperation from the Bush administration and key members of the military and intelligence community.  This is why we have investigations, real ones, and when we find our investigations are interfered with, why we have a crime called “obstruction of justice.”

Any “two bit” lawyer, even one like John Ashcroft could make a case against Israel on the “Crotch Bomber” in Detroit.  This case is a total walkover.  We know it wasn’t meant to kill many people, just one or two, maybe a few more but it did make billions in profits for companies tied to Israel and its friends, companies that make airport scanners.  The evidentiary trail leading to Israel on the Detroit bombing is clear as day.  Nobody will go down it or AIPAC, the organization that funds operations against the United States government and buys and sells American politicians, newspapers, TV networks and more, much more with impunity, will reach out and crush anyone who stands in the way.

Can we investigate AIPAC for “material support of terrorism” or their voice, Fox News, for the same?  No.  Can we get a real investigation of 9/11 because so many of the names involved in the Detroit bombing tie to 9/11 and we finally have real witnesses for this one?  No.

Now that we know how the hijackers got weapons on the planes, how they got past security and even how some of them were paid, 2 through a “rogue” FBI agent, we can do nothing.

Now that we know, told by the 9/11 Commission itself, that their report is worthless because it was based on false information and perjured testimony, we can do nothing.

Now that we have seen a small version of 9/11 played out with live witnesses and with the stamp “ISRAEL” all over it, we won’t put the pieces together because there is nobody in the US, nobody of “consequence:”

• there is not one major news organization in the United States that doesn’t have Israeli ownership and management
• no single individual has stood up to Israel without being “accidented” or having their reputation and finances destroyed or finding themselves arrested for a “crime”
• even with millions of Americans and hundreds of millions around the world clamouring for the truth, nobody says anything except, as it seems, Debra Medina

IRAQ, THE “SMOKING GUN”

With dozens of scandals, each getting 10 minutes of press, a game has been created.  Mel Gibson, in the film, Edge of Darkness, explains the process well.  The idea is to make things seem so complicated that nobody can look at anything.  Instead of asking how hijackers get thru Israeli security companies at every airport, we talk about “nano-thermite” or “melting termperatures.”  When supposed “science” went decades denying that cigarettes cause cancer, do you think denying obvious science around 9/11 is going to be hard?

In Detroit, we had a terrorist loaded onto a plane, walked right thru an Israeli security company, an airline security, passport control and every international law and convention, not to mention security protocol imaginable, right in front of extremely credible witnesses and still nothing is done.

Then there is Iraq.  The British tried an investigation, a planned “cover-up” and even that failed.  It because so obvious that Bush and Blair put out a purchase order for phony intelligence that supported an illegal and disasterous war.  Who was the supplier, other than the CIA and MI-5/6?  The majority of the lies were arranged thru Israel, with a trail as wide and clear as an autobahn on Sunday morning.

Some Americans and many around the world think Israel does bad things because gangsters who may actually be running the United States need competent and skilled criminal organizations and our own CIA and FBI are simply too stupid to be trusted.  I can’t say that this is true but is as likely true as anything on a Fox channel other than sports scores.

Bush and his puppet Blair went after Iraq and, as a minor consequence, killed America.  No big loss, not to them.  They made tons of money  Blair is swimming in it now.  Check.

CRIMES

It isn’t just Israel.  They simply have become the supplier of bribe money, lies, terrorist planning, “hit squads” and anything else people will pay for.  If not them, we would have to use the Mafia unless, of course, they run that too, as historical research is now making a powerful case for.

The real problem is people above the law, American politicians, some Israeli leaders, Tony Blair and his gang and we only hang Saddam.  He needed to hit the noose with tons of company, most of them from Washington DC, perhaps from other countries, but if you could make a deck of cards with 52 Iraqis wanted for crimes, you could print a phone book out of Washington, London and Tel Aviv.

Think of how much less traffic there would be on the beltway?

Germans and Japanese called the war crimes trials after WW2, “victor’s justice.”  Little has changed.

TEXAS AND ONE WOMAN SIMPLY SAYING SOMETHING SANE IN A WORLD GONE NUTS

Is Debra Medina a great leader, an American of vision?  We haven’t seen that but we saw her ask questions.  Was she pandering to the disaffected by asking for the Obama birth certificate when George Bush and John McCain have their very “colorful” personal records, military, criminal, driving even school records buried 5 stories below the capital under armed guard?  If we put the three of them together, what do we get?  Traitor and collaborator during wartime, drunk and addict, deserter from the military and someone suspected of being born in Kenya?  Which is worse?  Next time I get a “truther” I want to hear a request for the transcripts of the McCain propaganda broadcasts, the Bush cocaine convictions and then the Obama birth certificate.  If you love truth, learn to love all of it or none of it at all.

Honesty and morality shouldn’t be relative.

Do I give her credit, Debra Medina for asking about 9/11?  Yes.  Is it that she doesn’t know the rest, know what is necessary to live in a free country?  Should we support candidates for public office who are ignorant of even the most basic facts?  We have to admit we have set our standards low.  Either we elect total idiots or they are smart people and talk to us like we are total idiots.  Either way, they talk like total idiots.  How do we tell the difference?

Why should things be different for her.  She asked one hard question when hundreds of others did less.  Give her credit and hope she learns more.____________________________________________________________________________

Disclaimer: I am a committed Tea Party Candidate, however I am not party to the high jacking of the Tea Party movement by the Republican Party. I received the below heads up this morning from the Goldwater Institute this morning ,. It demonstrates the idiocy of government and agencies that legislatures develop.  Here we are , as a state broke, 2.5 billion dollars in debt and its climbing to 3.4  by summer. And we have a state agency spending millions promoting the state agency.  Good God Almighty where is the sanity, please someone tell me.  Here we are as a nation foreclosing on 300 thousand mortgages every month for the past 11 months and its expected that there are 10 million more on their way to the tank,..  And  1.4 trillion dollars in commercial paper bankruptcy  is just around the corner.  What folks need to pay attention to is , that when these commercial properties fail, there are always jobs tied to those properties.  A question that I sometimes am asked is why are these commercial properties failing.  Well its not complicated.  First you had the issue of easy and cheap money, stated loans, and many of these commercial buildings came about because of the phony housing bubble economy. And that came about due to the Community ReInvestment Act, (Jimmy Carter) .  Look around you the next time you go into town, and look for buildings that are closed, that used to be Mortgages offices, or Real Estate Offices that were build in the last 15 years,.. There are thousands of them and over the next 5 years those buildings will be going up on the auction block.  Twenty years ago, those of us in the commercial property business would be looking at those properties to purchase at 40-50 cents on the dollar.  But today, no way, not when you consider who is in the White House, not when you consider that , legislators in the house and senate are corrupt and working to bring Marxism front and center.  Not when you consider that governments federal , state, county ,and city, are working every day to tax,fee, permit,regulate,and mandate parking spaces, asphalt.  private properties, small business, light ,medium,and heavy manufacturing. If I had to put up with all this nonsense today, Id shoot myself.   I was down in Phoenix and Tucson last week campaigning,.. I saw building after building, closed up , boarded up.  Why, well we can look no further than the mirror. Because we have elected these people, and those people buy into the notion that bureaucratic, regulatory agencies funded by taxpayer dollars are  some how necessary. And look where it has gotten us.  We are not only broke, we are bankrupt. We have hired all these over educated suits, with no experience in the business world, to manage budgets, balance checkbooks and destroy the American economy. So who is at fault in all of this,. Its ours , and it is up to us to fix it.  Spending money you don’t have is stupid.  Here’s a little thought that is just as stupid as what these government agencies are doing.  Lets all go to Wally World and buy a Monopoly Game,.. Open the box in the store, and try to pay for the game with the paper money inside the box.  Tell me the difference between what the government is doing and what I just suggested.

If we are going to fix our fiscal problems, the first order of business is stop spending money, stop borrowing money to pay for government, federal ,state, county,city,.  The next order of business depending on the size of debt. In the case of Arizona it is to deep in debt and has too many liabilities, state and federal to work its way out. So the only option is to put the state in bankruptcy.  That is the only way we will ever unravel these , idiotic government employee labor union contracts and retirement , pension, funded by taxpayers.We in American have driven so many industries , business’s, and jobs out of this country,. There is no way we are ever going to grow our way out of debt.   We must have across the boards burr haircuts.  I listen to all this nonsense about solar panels, and it makes my hair hurt.

If we make it to 2010 ,  it is going to be up to the governors to stop the madness,.. Gov. Cris Cristi in New Jersey is demonstrating  what the future Governors are going to be dealing with.  Government employee parasites, wanting to be spoon fed by taxpayers.

There is one other way, Americans can fix this problem with governments.  Stop Sending Money to Washington DC.

Remember, the states created the federal government, not the other way around.

That is in addition to the $2.9 million the agency will spend to print and distribute voter education pamphlets and to host candidate debates. Spending so much money on a public relations campaign to tout the state agency is a waste, said Lori Daniels, the lone member of the five-person commission to vote against the spending plan. Daniels said the expenditure is particularly excessive as the state struggles to close a shortfall of around $1.5 billion in the current fiscal year. “I think we should have a bare-bones budget this year because that’s exactly what the state is doing,” said Daniels. Commissioners “are spending more on the PR and advertising than is required by law. Right now, I feel like the state is in such a crunch that we just need to tighten our belts as much as we possibly can.
