SEDGWICK COUNTY, Kan. —

Cattle all across Kansas struggle to survive the continuing heat and humidity.

Tuesday, officials with Kansas Department of Health and Environment told Eyewitness News that 2300 cattle have died since late last week, in about 10 feedlots spanning from the Salina area to the Dodge City area.

The biggest problem is the humidity, not the heat.

Ken Powell, an environmental scientist with KDHE, says the deaths are overwhelming feedlots. They’re following state regulations to get rid of cattle carcasses by burying them.

——————-

Livestock owners blame the heat for killing hundreds of head of cattle in Kansas over the weekend.

The largest report came from the Ottawa County Feeders in Bennington. The owner said his cattle wouldn’t eat because it was too hot.

The owner says his business is a custom yard; which means the cattle belonged to his customers.

For the next month, no humans want to be outside in a Kansas summer.

“When the humidity gets high, that makes our heat worse,” said Joe Hite as he stood near his Angus cattle. His cattle don’t have that option. And with that Angus black hair, it’s even hotter. “So the black cattle do absorb heat moreso,” said Hite.

The Vice President of the Kansas Angus Association does the best he can. Hite keeps his cattle in a grassy and shaded Sedgwick County pasture. “If they can get underneath shade with the wind blowing on them and stuff,” he explained. “They can usually handle heat a lot better.”

His 8 year son Tanner helps in the best way he can. “We get some soap and water from the garden hose and we wash them.”

Now some cattle are more heat tolerant, and will stay out in the sun and heat more. For those who aren’t, the heat can kill them. One feedlot – which doesn’t have trees – recorded 18 cattle deaths this weekend, another 12, and so on. And that can be a very costly investment to lose. For some, it’s $2,500.

“Anytime you have a death loss, it’s going to cost you money,” said Hite. “That’s one thing you don’t want to do.”

Up the road and across the county line, Doug Entz does what he can. He ticked off two important points. “Try to make sure there’s no wind block from the south. It’s important they keep a breeze going, that keeps the heat index manageable. Access to plenty of water.”

He continued, “”It’s important to keep them cool, and help them get through this time frame.”

And that time frame continues through late August. So until then, expect to see a lot of farmers keeping an eye on their cattle, for the cash they bring in.
Cattle don’t eat when it’s too hot, and that’s the main reason they die. The lot owner in Ottawa County says it is adding an ingredient to the cattle feed – to keep the animals eating, and keep them alive.

The issue that is not being exposed here in the concentration of gas. This is another reason rural agriculture must be returned to the process. The combination of CAFO production, methane, heat, and the USDA’s interference in rural agriculture going back to the early 1900 has lead to Corporate Agriculture, due to greed and corruption , rather than the family farming operation that can produce , anti biotic free, steroid free animal protien.

A former member of Congress says for current members of the House and Senate to uphold their oath of office that includes the defense of the United States against enemies “foreign and domestic,” they need to be filing impeachment charges against Barack Obama.

Former U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colo., joined what has become a growing surge of those recommending the ultimate solution for a president they believe not only has disagreeable policies, but is participating in actions that damage the nation.

Tancredo wrote in a opinion piece in the Washington Times that, “Mr. Obama’s refusal to live up to his own oath of office – which includes the duty to defend the United States against foreign invasion – requires senators and representatives to live up to their oaths. Members of Congress must defend our nation against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Today, that means bringing impeachment charges against Mr. Obama.”

The ultimate guide to Obama’s radical agenda – and how to stop it!

Tancredo is not the first to raise the idea of impeachment against Obama, who has implemented legislation and policies effectively nationalizing financial institutions, automobile companies, health care and many other previously private interests.

In fact, he was not even the only person on this particular day. Times columnist Jeffrey T. Kuhner, who also is president of the Edmund Burke Institute, wrote at the same time, “President Obama has engaged in numerous high crimes and misdemeanors. The Democratic majority in Congress is in peril as Americans reject his agenda. Yet more must be done: Mr. Obama should be impeached.”

Kuhner continued, “He is slowly – piece by painful piece – erecting a socialist dictatorship. We are not there – yet. But he is putting America on that dangerous path. He is undermining our constitutional system of checks and balances; subverting democratic procedures and the rule of law; presiding over a corrupt, gangster regime; and assaulting the very pillars of traditional capitalism. Like Venezuela’s leftist strongman, Hugo Chavez, Mr. Obama is bent on imposing a revolution from above – one that is polarizing America along racial, political and ideological lines. Mr. Obama is the most divisive president since Richard Nixon. His policies are Balkanizing the country. It’s time for him to go.”

Tancredo’s arguments aren’t complicated. During his brief presidential run in 2008 he focused on the border security issue of the United States, and he still is concerned that the failure to secure the U.S. boundary – especially with Mexico – will lead to tragic consequences at the hands of border-crossing terrorists.

Tancredo appeared on Fox News today to defend his position from skeptics, saying Obama’s responsibility is to protect and defend the Constitution and the United States, not “fundamentally transform” them.

“Our president is an enemy of our Constitution, and, as such, he is a danger to our safety, our security and our personal freedoms,” Tancredo warns, affirming his belief that Obama is more dangerous for the United States than al-Qaida.

“He is more dangerous simply because he is inside,” he said. “Few people took him seriously about fundamentally transforming America. That is what he is all about. That is what he has set about doing. He is a committed ideologue. When you have someone like that in the White House, it is a scary proposition.”

He cited the president’s lack of action to adequately secure the border with Mexico.

“He’s putting his country in danger,” Tancredo said. “The country the Founders put together, that’s what’s in jeopardy.”

“Barack Obama is one of the most powerful presidents this nation has seen in generations. He is powerful because he is supported by large majorities in Congress, but, more importantly, because he does not feel constrained by the rule of law. Whether he is putting up the weakest possible defense of the Defense of Marriage Act despite the Justice Department’s legal obligation to support existing law; disenfranchising Chrysler and GM bondholders in order to transfer billions of investor dollars to his supporters in the United Auto Workers; or implementing yet a third offshore oil-drilling moratorium even after two federal courts have thrown out two previous moratoriums, President Obama is determined to see things done his way regardless of obstacles,” Tancredo wrote in his op-ed.

“To Mr. Obama, the rule of law is a mere inconvenience to be ignored, overcome or ‘transcended’ through international agreements or ‘norms.’”

Tancredo wrote that the “dedicated Marxist who lives in the White House” holds power over budgets, the judiciary, national defense and health care. As such, “his regime and his program are not just about changing public policy in the conventional sense. When one considers the combination of his stop-at-nothing attitude, his contempt for limited government, his appointment of judges who want to create law rather than interpret it – all of these make this president today’s single greatest threat to the great experiment in freedom that is our republic.

“Yes, Mr. Obama is a more serious threat to America than al-Qaida. We know that Osama bin Laden and followers want to kill us, but at least they are an outside force against whom we can offer our best defense. But when a dedicated enemy of the Constitution is working from the inside, we face a far more dangerous threat. Mr. Obama can accomplish with the stroke of his pen what bin Laden cannot accomplish with bombs and insurgents.”

Tancredo, who served five terms representing Colorado and now is chairman of the Rocky Mountain Foundation, was joined by Kuhner, who accused Obama of abusing his office and violating his oath.

Kuhner cited Obama’s demand that all Americans buy health insurance.

“The federal government does not have the right to coerce every citizen to purchase a good or service. This is not in the Constitution, and it represents an unprecedented expansion of power,” he wrote. “Yet Obamacare’s most pernicious aspect is its federal funding of abortion. Pro-lifers are now compelled to have their tax dollars used to subsidize insurance plans that allow for the murder of unborn children. This is more than state-sanctioned infanticide. It violates the conscience rights of religious citizens.”

He further cited Obama’s actions regarding the BP oil spill.

“There is a legal process for claims to be adjudicated, but Mr. Obama has behaved more like Mr. Chavez or Russia’s Vladimir Putin: He has bullied BP into setting up a $20 billion compensation fund administered by an Obama appointee. In other words, the assets of a private company are to be raided to serve a political agenda.”

He also wrote about the takeovers in the auto and financial industries, and the New Black Panther case.

“Under Mr. Obama, the Constitution has become a meaningless scrap of paper,” he said. “As president, he is supposed to respect the rule of law. Instead, his administration has dropped charges of voter intimidation against members of the New Black Panther Party. This was done even though their menacing behavior was caught on tape: men in military garb brandishing clubs and threatening whites at a polling site.”

Tancredo nearly two months ago broached the subject of impeachment, suggesting an “impeachment file.”

“I believe there is a growing body of evidence of impeachable offenses sufficient to warrant a formal impeachment resolution in the House, followed by a trial in the Senate,” he wrote at the time.

And the suggestion even has come from onlookers at a presidential appearance. CNN has documented when Obama made a surprise visit to a crowd on a shuttle bus, one onlooker shouted, “When are you going to quit. When are you going to be impeached?”

The issue even has appeared among online gamers, when Microsoft told an Xbox user the signon name “Impeach Obama” was not allowed because, “If you were President Obama, how would you feel if someone wanted to impeach you?”

Floyd and Mary Beth Brown, in a column on WND, discussed the ImpeachObamaCampaign.com that they launched.

They reported that many, instead of examining the evidence, attacked the messengers.

“We expected these attacks,” they reported. But they said the unresolved issues include:

“Obama repeatedly lies to the American people when he says we can keep our private insurance, knowing full well that his legislation will inevitably drive private insurers out of business.

“Gerald Walpin, inspector general of the Corporation for National and Community Service, investigated Kevin Johnson, a big buddy of the president, for misuse of funds from an AmeriCorps grant. Obama did not like Walpin’s investigation and findings, whereupon he vindictively fired Walpin to cover for his friend, Johnson. A subsequent investigation vindicated Walpin’s judgment in the matter.

“Barack Obama oversaw the effective takeover by government of banks, the largest insurance company (AIG), General Motors and Chrysler – the bulk of the U.S. auto industry – thus stripping bondholders, shareholders and others of their personal property.

“Barack Obama is actively pursuing cap-and-trade legislation. Instead of taxing the very air we breathe, it will instead, in a manner of speaking, tax the air we exhale, giving the government unprecedented control over the economy and American businesses. Those taxed businesses will then pass the fees onto the American people.

“Spending American citizens’ money, Barack Hussein Obama is running up our debt at an alarming rate. In just the nine months since Obama assumed office, our national debt has gone up by over a trillion dollars. To put that figure in perspective, it took George W. Bush eight years to add $4.8 trillion to the national debt.

“And, to add insult to injury, Obama is printing money like it’s going out of style. The effect will be hyperinflation, a crippling of our economy and, quite possibly, personal hardship on a scale that has not been experienced since the Great Depression.

“Barack Hussein Obama appointed countless “czars” to oversee everything from the closing of Guantanamo to the food we eat. These czars don’t have to be approved by the Senate. The czars have unprecedented power and report only to Obama. Members of both parties are disturbed by these extra-constitutional excrescences. Sen. Robert Byrd said: “The accumulation of power by White House staff can threaten the constitutional system of checks and balances.” Rep. Jack Kingston called the czars a “parallel government.”

“And finally, Obama consistently refuses to approve the release of his actual birth certificate, college transcripts and his medical records. Is he trying to hide something that will threaten his presidency?”

Retired U.S. Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely, a noted military leader who now is a presence on the Internet with his Stand Up For America and Veterans Defenders websites, told WND he would like Obama to resign.

Vallely, who served in Vietnam and retired in 1991 from the U.S. Army as deputy commanding general for the Pacific, said, “We now must call for the immediate resignation of Barry Soetero (AKA President Barack Hussein Obama) … based on incompetence, deceit, fraud, corruption, dishonesty and violation of the U.S. oath of office and the Constitution.”

“We can wait no longer for a traditional change of power and new government,” he has warned.

“‘We the People’ have had enough. Enough is enough. The Obama White House and identifiable members of Congress are now on a progressive socialist, treasonous death march and are bankrupting and weakening the country. We have watched them violate their sacred oath of office. ‘We, the People’ cannot wait for and solely rely on the next round of elections in November of this year. It is now and each day that these public servants must put the citizen’s interests above self-interest by resigning immediately,” he said.

Peter Ferrara, on the American Spectator website, also has predicted Obama’s resignation.

“I am now ready to predict that President Obama will not even make it [to 2012],” he wrote. “I predict that he will resign in discredited disgrace before the fall of 2012,” Ferrera said.

As many of you know I am a Candidate for Governor of Arizona. One of the issues I have been talking about for over a year now is the way we title property, real estate. I have been searching for years for documents that describe in detail every aspect of the Allodial Title System. For those of you that take the time to read our blog site you know that we have been promoting the idea of returning to the Allodial title system.

www.bruceolsen4gov.com

Well it seems that Im not the only one that is interested in the Allodial Title System. Because somebody some years ago, went to a lot of work to put together the docs that I received two weeks ago. Thanks to a fella that I met in Wilcox Arizona some months ago.
So, if anyone is interested in finding out how you can finally own your property. Send me an email at arizonasentinel@aol.com and I will forward the docs to you via email. For those of you in foreign countries that still have the ability to acquire real estate, this would be information you should be aware of.
If I become the next Governor of Arizona, you will see this title system come back to the state of Arizona. So Help Me God.! Several states such as Nevada adopted this system in 1998. However, very few people are even aware of it. Check with your state , Im betting the allodial title system is matter of law where you live. The Bankers , Mortgage Companies and Realtors do not want you to know about this. Well put me on the ninth floor of the Capitol and we are going fix it so you can truly own your home. Are you tired of Fee Simple, I sure as are!

Last Week In Review

Several years ago, on a flight from OKC to Wichita Kansas. I asked Bob Dole , why it was that whenever he was on Meet the Press. He would tell the viewers that they, that is Congress or the President , were going to balance the budget, end deficit spending, end the war in Viet Nam or where ever we might meddling in someone else’s business at the time. That they were going to accomplish those objectives outside the next election cycle. He told me flat-out that it was because the American people have no memory. He said that what ever we say on Sunday morning, by Friday they have forgotten what we said and it’s a whole new ball game.

Well apparently McCain is still operating under that same old theory. Because in the debate last Friday night he kept saying he never voted for amnesty. Good grief man you wrote the bill.

In my view there was one statesman in that debate, his name is Jim Deakin.

Thursday I had a chance to hear Dr. Frank Luntz. He was speaking to a group hosted by the Goldwater Institute. It was ironic because his speech was in large measure targeting candidates for office. And of course besides my self others were there as well. Towards the end of the speech . Frank asked the crowd if there were any questions. Earlier , at the table I was sitting at , the issue of Obama’s eligibility came up. So when the number of questions slowed down , I raised my hand. Frank acknowledged me and I asked the obvious . “Frank, in the next session of the Arizona legislature, the issue of certifying future presidents is going to be presented to the House Senate and the next Governor. Do you think that the other 38 states that have been following Arizona’s lead will follow suit.” He seemed shaken, then said do you mean the birther issue. And I responded in the affirmative. To the amazement of my table, the crowd did not like the question. As we heard “oh no’s and ah’s.” His answer was “no , we must vote him out in 2012” . Then later someone asked him who he thought could beat him (Obama) in 2012. Franks response was, “ I believe Obama will win in 2012” And again the crowd responded with oh no’s and ah’s.

I think its fair to say that this group , that came to see one of the leading political pollsters in the country were Republicans. After the speech I bought one of Franks books. When it came time for him to sign mine, I handed him my campaign card. He looked up and I said. “I was taking a poll, Frank” he grinned signed my book and I moved on.

Here’s the point and it demonstrates how out of touch many republicans are regarding this occupant in the White House. It was like half of them had drunk the Bill O’Rielly cool aid. Most of us know that Obama is not Constitutionally eligible to be President, let alone Commander-in-Chief of our armed forces. I’m a veteran, in my view the fact that we are setting a precedent by allowing a foreigner to sit in the most powerful office in the world. Is a slap in the face of every soldier, sailor, airman, marine, that has fought , and or died for my country. It disgraces every family that lost family members in the line of duty for our country.

In the 2012 presidential election. I believe Dr. Luntz is correct. There is no way there will be enough Constitutional Freedom Loving American voters. That will stand up against the Socialist regime that he has recruited at the colleges and Universities all across America. Not to mention the illegal aliens that the democrats will find a way to register to vote.

What is really sad, is that at the end of the day , the RNC and Republicans allowed it to happen.

The future of America , now lies in those 38 eight states that have shown their respect for the Constitution and Freedom. The Governors that are elected in 34 of those states will bear the task of rescuing our Freedoms and Liberties from the Socialist, and Marxist .

If the poll I took on Thursday is any indicator, half of the republicans wont be there to help.

Yesterday evening the Libertarian for Governor Debate took place in PHX at Channel 8. I think everyone will agree, I should have spent more time in makeup. But it is what it is. http://www.azpbs.org/horizon/index.php. After you’ve seen this , I would appreciate it if you would send it to all in your address book, regardless of where they live, for they may know Libertarians or Independents in Arizona. We must do everything we can to end the insanity of doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. Strong actions because an election is coming can be expected, but it has politics written all over it.

THE BORDER — ACCURATE, CANDID – — AND DISTURBING
—————————————–This is from a pilot in Prescott , Arizona that was there last week, & what he saw 1st hand……………..Very informative.

Good Morning All:
Last Thursday I was asked to fly Brady Beauchamp, a Republican candidate for US Congress (CD1 AZ) to Sierra Vista , AZ for a tour of the Arizona/Mexican border. I was invited to go on the tour and eagerly accepted. We spent 5 hours on the border fence. This tour was given by Border Patrol personnel at the “rubber meets the road” level, not higher headquarter staff or Public Information Officers level.

There were certain tactical information they were not allowed to share for security reasons and we could not photograph Border Patrol Officers (BPO) for their personal safety. I tried to insert several photos in this email but it overloaded the computer which spent all day yesterday trying to send the email so I’ve had to redo this report without the photos. I’ll send a second email with a few and reference them to this email. Hope this all works.

There are media rumors that the Border Patrol is sitting back 50-60 miles from the border fence at road check points and not on the “line”. This is ABSOLUTELY not the case. There are officers on the fence 24/7. The first line of defense, and best way to stop illegals is to catch them at the fence or within a mile after entering the US . There are several (at least 6) fence types in just the 50 miles or so that we saw. Most fences are built with a 5′ footing to discourage burrowing under the fence but the vertical part of the fences are all different, not a standard appearance, different shape metal, different spacing, different height. Some are vertical concrete filled steel posts, some are vertical columns with heavy wire mesh, and one style is solid steel plate put up by the National Guard some years ago using metal aircraft landing planking. Some fence styles are 10′, some 12′, some 15′. Each style fence was built by different contractors and there is nothing standard. ALL have some weaknesses, ALL were climbable or scalable using one technique or another…rope ladders, wooden ladders, etc.
The BPOs like to be able to see through the fence so there are no surprises hiding on the other side.

The cartels have even built big hydraulic operated truck ramps mounted on a big truck to lay hydraulic ramps up over and down the American side so they can drive vehicles over the wall. Their favorite trick is to cut the fence with welding equipment and put hinges on the “door” they cut so it can be used frequently. They cleverly use putty or clay colored to match the steel members to hide the cuts so their doors won’t be discovered and welded shut by us. The cartels operate with impunity on the Mexican side as the whole police and military force is paid off. It blew my mind to see blue flags waving in the breeze to mark the locations of blue 55 gal water barrels within a few yards of the fence (on the Mexican side) to show the illegals where to “top off” before assaulting the fence.

Every illegal who crosses is under the control and management of one of the drug cartels.

They pay $1000-2000 each for the “service” the cartel provides in getting through the fence and to a “safe” destination. Family members are detained by the cartel in Mexico until the payment made in full by sending $ back to Mexico. The BP is catching huge numbers of illegals but their effectiveness is limited by the number of agents available on the “line”. No one goes along or without the cartel blessing. Groups run from 5 to 20 or more and are “guided” by a cartel employee who bolts at the first sing of trouble as they are usually also known criminals.

Once a “catch” is made the Officer takes them to headquarters for identification, fingerprinting and paperwork. It sounds like there is about 25-30% of the Officers time is doing these administrative duties. Our hosts said if they had double the number of agents and about one “back office” staff for every 3 agents they could stop nearly every illegal. The men (I saw no female Officers) are VERY dedicated, concerned, serious red blooded Americans…every bit the commitment, dedication and focus of our military…except I think the military has better leadership and morale because of it.

What would REALLY help the cause would be to build a double fence, of standard design, parallel to the current fence and about 50-75′ apart and focus patrol in between. I suggested land mines and snipers stationed periodically but that didn’t sell. One of the better techniques they use is to drag tires behind their trucks next to the border fence to create a smooth trail in the dirt/dust. They then drive slowly along “tracking” the dust areas to detect a crossing. Using radios and other agents, they try to sandwich the intruders. They have other tactics and technological equipment in use which helps greatly but would not talk much about it.

There is one piece of equipment we viewed but could not “see” that is a real “force multiplier”. It’s a truck mounted, 1 million dollar system that can track humans a long way off. With several more of those the job would get more effective quickly. Every time the US changes tactics so do the cartels–it’s a real cat and mouse game. The BPO like having the drones but say they are not nearly as effective as helicopters for finding and staying over a group of illegals until ground personnel and capture them…they want lots more copters..

Then we came to the San Pedros river. The fence stops. The environmentalists will not allow a permanent fence to be built across the river (seasonally active stream and not the day we were there) because it’s a riparian estuary and environmentally sensitive. That area had been real active recently according to the BPO standing watch there. As we drove up he had been watching a Mexican spotter in the cottonwood trees across the border. He anticipated a group coming through any time now. In that area the “fence” is some large X beams welded in 15′ sections that my Toyota could drag out of the way.

A couple miles from there and going up the foothills for the mountains in that area, the fence quit….yes I said quit. That is US Forest Service land and “you can’t build your darned fence on our ground”. That is possibly going to change but still there is no fence there and the mountains are a “main highway” for drugs entering our country. As Pogo (cartoon character from many years ago) said “I have seen the enemy and he is us”. It is freaking unbelievable!!

This section of the border is divided into sectors of about 20-30 miles each. The BP estimates that about 100 illegals try to cross every day and 500 each night in each sector. Their personal estimates for illegal population in the US is 35-40 million, not the politically correct number the politicians and media use of 10-12 million.

From interview and experience with the illegals they say those entering do not wish to assimilate into our way of life. They are Mexican and only want to be Mexican. It reminds me of what we saw throughout Central and South American on our trip there. Every population center on that continent was being overrun by people migrating to the cities and overwhelming the infrastructure and economic support systems.

Sound a bit different than what you hear from Washington or the media? It is…but remember this is from the “troops on the line” not the beaurocrats or their willing accomplices, the media. I’ll close with the impressions I gathered and have considered for a couple days.

The trip was both incredible and incredulous. Once again our nation has put brave, loyal, dedicated defenders of our way of life in harms way and not given them the support, mentally or physically, to do the job and do it right. Under the present conditions it is “no win”. The politicians and press do not have the intestinal fortitude to follow the will of the American people. The majority of Americans want our borders protected and politicians will NOT support getting it done. The current strategy reminds me , chillingly, of Viet Nam . I know I was there for two tours and flew 350 combat missions.

We lack the political will, shun and don’t support the troops, not doing what is right…all in the name of politics. Our President, our senators, our head of Homeland Security have never seen what I saw or talked to the real warriors on the line. Shame on them…Washington is too comfortable and/or they are too important to take the time….what a disgrace.

Other than that I don’t have an opinion. Feel free to spread this email to your friends and family of America!\\

A Republican senator from Louisiana, David Vitter, is suggesting the dispute over Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president be resolved in court.

“I support conservative legal organizations and others who would bring that to court,” the Associated Press reported a video of the event revealed him saying.

Vitter becomes just the latest high-profile leader, and the first U.S. senator, to take such a strong stand on the issue.

It’s also significant that the AP, which has stated publicly that the president’s “birth certificate” has been made public even though the image of the document posted online actually is a “certification of live birth,” which under Hawaiian procedures was available to those not born in the state, reported on Vitter’s comments.

Want to help find out the real answers? Join others is supporting the national billboard campaign that asks the simple question, “Where’s the birth certificate?”

Vitter was responding to a constituent who on Sunday at a town hall meeting in Metairie, La., asked about Obama’s “refusal to produce” a “birth certificate.”

The AP reported the crowd applauded the question, and Vitter said he doesn’t have personal “standing” for litigation.

But he said he supports those groups that are bringing the question to court.

“I think that is the valid and most possibly effective grounds to do it,” he said.

He said “first and foremost” Americans need to “fight the Obama agenda at the ballot box starting this fall.”

Vitter said, according to the AP report, that the matters of the nation are too important to be diverted by distractions.

He’s just the latest leader to raise such questions. Others include:

U.S. Rep. Steve King

U.S. Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, appears to have suggested he’s not entirely satisfied that all the questions about President Obama’s eligibility have been answered fully.

The issue came up as he talked about the national debt in a recent address in Congress, televised by C-SPAN and posted on YouTube:

The congressman referred to the estimated $44,000 that each child born in the United States owes at the moment of birth as his or her part of the federal debt.

“We worry about them carrying a student-loan debt … maybe $40,000 in student loans,” he said. “We’ll, I’d be happy to take that $40,000 loan and a guarantee of a college degree and think that child could pay that off.”

But for the $44,000 in federal debt obligations, all the individual gets is access to citizenship in the United States of America, he said.

“Little baby with ink on their foot, stamped right there on the birth certificate – there’s one in this country we haven’t seen,” he said. “But the footprints on those we have seen. Those little babies owe Uncle Sam $44,000.”

U.S. Rep. Bob Inglis, R-S.C.

Rep. Bob Inglis, R-S.C., said Obama was born “not in Hawaii.” He gave the answer during a tongue-in-cheek “interview” on the satirical Colbert Nation show.

Inglis was being grilled about whether he was a conservative.

“Are you conservative enough for the 4th District?” Stephen Colbert asked.

“I sure hope so,” Inglis responded.

Inglis noted he had been endorsed by the National Rifle Association and the Christian Coalition.

Then Colbert said, “Complete this sentence. ‘Barack Obama was born in …’”

“Oh,” said Inglis, “Not Hawaii.”

Champaign, Ill., mayor Gerald Schweighart

A few weeks earlier, the mayor of Champaign, Ill., Gerald Schweighart, said Obama should produce his birth certificate.

The mayor was asked about Obama and responded he doesn’t think he’s “American.”

“If you are not willing to produce an original birth certificate, then you’ve got something to hide,” he said. “If he doesn’t have something to hide, produce it.”

Others raising questions are Tennessee state Senate speaker Ron Ramsey, Hawaii state Sen. Will Espero, Oklahoma state Rep. Mike Ritze, U.S. Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., and many others with similar questions.

Ramsey said, “I don’t know whether President Obama is a citizen of the United States or not. I don’t know what the whole deal is there.”

But Ramsey also said he doesn’t believe citizens are concerned about Obama’s citizenship status.

“But I’m going to tell you something,” he said. “When you walk out on the street down here, people don’t really care about this issue.”

There also have been efforts to raise the question of Obama’s eligibility at the state and national levels. Several state legislatures are working on proposals that would require presidential candidates to submit proof of their eligibility. Among the states where election qualification or eligibility requirements are being considered or developed include Oklahoma, Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Virginia and New York.

Hawaii state Sen. Will Espero

Hawaii state Sen. Will Espero, a Democrat, has suggested that legislation could be adopted to release Obama’s birth records and satisfy critics.

While Espero said he believes Obama was born in Hawaii, he explained, “My decision to file the legislation was primarily a result of the fuss over President Obama’s birth records and the lingering questions,” Espero said.

Oklahoma state Rep. Mike Ritze

Oklahoma state Rep. Mike Ritze sponsored a proposal to demand eligibility documentation from candidates for political office, including the president. Ritze, who says he regularly gets questions from his constituents about Obama’s eligibility, said an “ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” on the issues of candidate qualifications and eligibility.

U.S. Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla.

In March 2009, Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., proposed H.R. 1503, known as the Presidential Eligibility Act. It is still pending in a House committee and has nearly a dozen co-sponsors, including Reps. Dan Burton, R-Ind.; Ted Poe, R-Texas; Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn.; John Campbell, R-Calif.; John R. Carter, R-Texas; John Culberson, R-Texas; Bob Goodlatte, R-Va.; Randy Neugebauer, R-Texas; Trent Franks, R-Ariz.; Louie Gohmert, R-Texas; and Kenny Marchant, R-Texas.

The measure seeks to “amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for election to the office of President to include with the committee’s statement of organization a copy of the candidate’s birth certificate … to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution.”

Arizona state Sen. Sylvia Allen

Arizona state Sen. Sylvia Allen, R-Snowflake, said the controversy over Obama and his birth certificate has raised questions.

“It just makes sense and will stop any controversy in the future to just show you are a natural born citizen,” she told the Arizona Capitol Times.

Arizona state Rep. Judy Burges

Arizona state Rep. Judy Burges, R-Skull Valley, told WND she has been getting questions from other states about H. 2442, a proposal she sponsored to require future presidential candidates to show they are qualified under the U.S. Constitution’s demand for a “natural born citizen.” The bill is co-sponsored by some three dozen lawmakers who also want state officials to independently verify the accuracy of documentation.

U.S. Rep. Nathan Deal, R-Ga.

Rep. Nathan Deal, R-Ga., sent a Dec. 10 letter to the White House formally requesting that President Obama address questions about his place of birth – and thus, whether he is qualified to be president. Deal, who is running for governor, said several months ago he would ask Obama to prove his eligibility.

“I have looked at the documentation that is publicly available, and it leaves many things to be desired,” Deal said in November.

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin

Even Sarah Palin, former vice-presidential candidate and best-selling author, affirmed that questions about Barack Obama’s eligibility for office are legitimate.

“I think it’s a fair question, just like I think past association and past voting records – all of that is fair game,” Palin said. “The McCain-Palin campaign didn’t do a good enough job in that area.”

Former House majority leader Tom DeLay

In October, former House majority leader Tom DeLay offered his views on Obama’s birth, saying, “Why wouldn’t the president of the United States show the American people his birth certificate? You have to show a birth certificate to play Little League baseball. It’s a question that should be answered. It’s in the Constitution that you have to be a natural born citizen of the United States to be president.”

U.S. Rep. Roy Blunt, R-Mo.

Asked whether he believes Obama is eligible to be president, U.S. Rep. Roy Blunt, R-Mo., said, “What I don’t know is why the president cannot produce a birth certificate. I don’t know anyone else who can’t produce one. I think that’s a legitimate question.”

U.S. Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz.

U.S. Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz., said he believes Obama was born in the U.S., but he also said he thinks the president is trying to hide something:

“I believe he’s a natural born citizen of the United States. Therefore, even if he acts un-American and seems to go against American interests, he’s still an American-born citizen,” he said. “All that being said, probably Barack Obama could solve this problem and make the birthers back off by simply showing … his long-form birth certificate.”

Because that isn’t happening, “There’s some other issue there.”

“I don’t know what it is that he doesn’t want people to see the birth certificate. I don’t think it has to do with his natural-born citizenship,” Franks continued. “He’s spent an awful lot of money to keep people from seeing the birth certificate. … I think it has to do with something else.”

Feminist icon Camille Paglia

Even feminist icon Camille Paglia, a Salon.com columnist who earlier wrote about the ambiguities of President Barack Obama’s birth certificate, told a National Public Radio audience that those who have questions about his eligibility actually have a point. “Yes, there were ambiguities about Obama’s birth certificate that have never been satisfactorily resolved. And the embargo on Obama’s educational records remains troubling,” she wrote.

New Hampshire State Rep. Laurence Rappaport

In September, New Hampshire State Rep. Laurence Rappaport, R-Colebrook, said he was tired of telling his constituents that he’s not sure of Obama’s eligibility to serve as president. He met with New Hampshire’s secretary of state, William Gardner, who oversees the state’s elections, to demand answers.

“Regardless of where he was born, is he a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution? I don’t know the answer to that,” Rappaport said. “My understanding is that … a natural born citizen had to be someone with two American parents. If that’s true, his father was a Kenyan and therefore a British subject at the time. Then there’s the issue: If he was born out of the country, was his mother old enough at the time to confer citizenship?

“I expect somebody to come up with the legal answers to this,” Rappaport told WND, “and so far that hasn’t happened.”

Former Rep. J.D. Hayworth, R-Ariz.

In his Jan. 26 appearance on “Hardball,” former Rep. J.D. Hayworth was asked by Chris Matthews, “Are you as far right as the birthers? Are you one of those who believes that the president should have to prove that he’s a citizen of the United States and not an illegal immigrant? Are you that far right?”

Hayworth replied, “Well, gosh, we all had to bring our birth certificates to show we were who we said we were, and we were the age we said we were, to play football in youth sports. Shouldn’t we know exactly that anyone who wants to run for public office is a natural-born citizen of the United States, and is who they say they are?”

“Should the governor of Hawaii produce evidence that the president is one of us, an American?” Matthews asked. “Do you think that’s a worthy pastime for the governor of Hawaii right now?”

“No, I … Look, I’m just saying the president should come forward with the information, that’s all,” said Hayworth. “Why should we depend on the governor of Hawaii?”

A video of the interview follows:

Prominent commentators

A prominent array of commentators, including Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage, Mark Levin, Lou Dobbs, Peter Boyles and WND’s Chuck Norris and Pat Boone have all said unequivocally and publicly that the Obama eligibility issue is legitimate and worthy.

Longtime New York radio talker Lynn Samuels did the same. “We don’t even know where he was born,” she said. “I absolutely believe he was not born in this country.”

WND has reported on multiple legal challenges to Obama’s status as a “natural born citizen.” The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”

Some of the lawsuits question whether Obama was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama’s American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Other challenges have focused on Obama’s citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

Further, others question his citizenship by virtue of his attendance in Indonesian schools during his childhood and question on what passport did he travel to Pakistan three decades ago.

Adding fuel to the fire is Obama’s persistent refusal to release documents that could provide answers and his appointment of lawyers to defend against all requests for his documentation.

While his supporters cite an online version of a “Certification of Live Birth” from Hawaii as his birth verification, critics point out such documents actually were issued for children not born in the state.

Are you looking for a place to put your cash. If obama, geitner, and bernanke, want to keep the American economy in the tank by keeping investors cash out of American banks. Maybe its time to start investing in economies, in countries with leaders that are loyal to their respective country. Baby boomer retires are sitting on tons of cash. It’s estimated that there is 3.4 trillion dollars sitting on the sidelines. Obama, bernanke, and geitner are doing everything they can to keep job growth in the tank. These countries around the world have woke up to the treasonous actions of the U.S. leadership, in the executive , legislative, and judicial branches. They have said, as we saw during the G-20 summit, ” you can destroy your economy, but we are through listening to the Americans that run around in Air Force ONE.

Here’s the point. We have an election coming. All of these issues are important. Voters have got to pay attention to what this administration is up to. If they(the voters) screw up this election. Obama will be unstoppable. Our country will never recover from what he , bernanke, geitner , house, senate, and the supreme court will do this country.

I’ve said this time after time. States , their governors in 2011 are going to have to stand up , and stand down the federal government.

So here’s the question. Is it time to move overseas. We are losing 450 thousand jobs per week. That is 1.6 million plus per month. Will we not only lose cash to countries abroad will we lose our work force as well. Americans have always been the most productive workforce in the world. Is it time to invest in countries that want to grow their economy. Will we see Americans drop their U.S. Citizen ship for freedom and liberty in a foreign land? Incentives and entrapenuralism will rule the day. My research has determined that we have already lost over 500 multi millionaires. Will America become a third world economy?

Imagine what would happen to the U.S. if half or more of the Fortune 500 , packed up and left , closed their U.S. operations, terminated their Corporation federal ID number. Is there a plan by foreign countries to lure U.S. Corporations to their lands. Look, lets face it, our states, and this nation are no longer business friendly.

I get emails all the time from folks that are fed up. Love this country, but are fed up with the B.S.

What would I do if I were one of the countries listed below. I would say to myself. The America we once knew is falling apart. We should take advantage of this. Where do we start.

We raise Interest Rates. We will attract billions of American dollars, that we can reinvest in our country. Developing thousands of small business’s .

Folks we are running out of time. There is no confidence in the American economy. thanks to decades of failed government policies.

Analysts expect the Bank of Korea to raise rates again this year. Korea’s central bank has unexpectedly raised interest rates for the first time since the onset of the global financial crisis.

The Bank of Korea increased the rate from a record low of 2% to 2.25%.

It also forecast continued economic recovery, despite sluggish growth in many overseas economies, and warned of increasing inflationary pressures.

South Korea is following other economies such as Australia and Malaysia in raising rates.

Most developed economies, however, have yet to raise rates. On Thursday, the UK kept its interest rate at a record low of 0.5%, while the European Central Bank also held the eurozone rate at 1%.

RATES HAVE RISEN RECENTLY IN:

Unlike many Asian economies, they are not yet confident enough of a sustained economic recovery to raise the cost of borrowing.

The Bank of Korea’s rate rise is its first since August 2008.

The Bank has forecast that the South Korean economy, the third largest in Asia, will expand this year at its fastest rate since 2006.

On Thursday, the International Monetary Fund said the global economic recovery would be stronger than previously thought, largely driven by Asian economies.

Further hikes

“Domestic economic activity is expected to continue on an upward track, even with the presence of overseas risks,” said The Bank of Korea.

Analysts were equally upbeat.

“It appears that policymakers across Asia are reasonably confident about the economic outlook, despite concerns about the potential impact of euro area weakness and a near-term dip in growth from the fast pace set earlier this year,” said Brian Jackson at the Royal Bank Canada in Hong Kong.

“We forecast the Bank of Korea to hike rates another 0.5% by the end of the year.”

Several of you wrote and said ok, we understand what you believe , so what specifically would you do to jump-start the economy. First lets examine my view on how things (economies) work. I’ve been in sales all my life. Well since I was nine years old selling Grit, Flower Seeds, Farm Journal and Ladies Home Journal, which was my best seller. Then moving on to grain, and livestock off the farm. Then to selling myself, my abilities if you will to the Navy. Then to General Aviation aircraft, maintenance, and refurbish for more years than I care to remember, commercial real estate, land development, and finally an auto dealership and finance company. The truth is we are all in sales in one form or another. We are all trying to get someone to pay for what we are best at. In another words our marketabilities are based on “Incentives”. ” The Incentive Factor”

The Economy works in much the same way. Incentive is the driving force in an economy. Why should I do this or that, what will be the end result. Think for example what obama is doing today to the economy, what is his incentive, what is his ultimate goal? Scares the hell out of me.

The Economy is an ebb and flow, much like the tide, comes in at night, goes out in the morning. The Economy is constantly moving. Like the Market. The Market , just like Wall Street, has its highs and lows. When you’re in sales , you are buying as the tide goes out and selling as the tide comes in. For example, in the aircraft sales business, we looked for down turns in the market place , when the economy was dragging along or in a noticeable downturn for a variety of reasons. Mostly driven by national or geo political policy, including tax policy. Or some particular issue in one of the many market sectors.

An example of outside forces driving down a market. You may remember when Dan Rather came out and said that the Chevy Camaro was dangerous and that no one should buy them. The market then went in the tank on the Camaro at the auto auctions, I bought as many as I could, but believe me I was not the only dealer that recognized an opportunity. Real Estate is much the same way. In 86 when Reagan changed the depreciation terms on commercial property, the banks panicked, RTC forced thousands of loans to be called. Again there was a terrific opportunity for some while a financial disaster for someone else. The market , economy makes winners and losers. I was fortunate I grew up , watching some years on the farm were winners, while others were losers. The trick was to be prepared for both. That meant either having available cash or credit to invest or cover unexpected expenses. Be Prepared.

So what would I do as Governor. First Governors in 2010 are going to have to work together to remove the Federal Government from their state economic drivers. Those drivers are Agriculture, Natural Resources, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail and wholesale sales. One driver that can not be overlooked is state tax policy. State Tax like Federal tax policy can either have a positive impact on an economy or a negative impact. How does tax policy impact ” The Incentive Factor”. In Arizona recently the Legislature and the Governor managed to pass Prop 100, a sales tax by a vote of the people, well lets be honest the people who voted for it were the same people who expected those dollars to come to them. Whoops , how did that work out for ya? That legislation along with current tax policy and state management of fiscal short-term and long-term spending, does and will have a negative affect on ” The Incentive Factor” . Passing Prop 100 , while at the same time, we have a federal government that is completely unpredictable, and in fact working in many areas to undermine “The Incentive Factor” by overwhelming the nation with spending deficit debt. And of course he’s doing so intentionally to destroy an economy, and the marketplace.

Second , the Governor and the Legislature should immediately move to reduce the size and scope of government. State contracts with all unions should be suspended. Every agency should undergo an audit. Many agencies should be eliminated, and some should be consolidated. All employees on their second or third retirement plan should be terminated. Property taxes on primary residences with no mortgages should be eliminated. (That would in no time at all put home owners in the 800 thousand or so units in Arizona that have been foreclosed , or are going to be). And as the word got out around the country, people (baby boomers) from around the nation and the world would flock to Arizona to buy up those homes. Will it happen, yes under my watch, but no under anyone else’s because they are obligated to parties, groups and unions. I have no such ties or commitments.

Third we should immediately repeal Prop 100 and the state income tax. Let say I’m a business , I’m reaching my pre golden years and I’m wanting to move to a warmer climate. California is out for obvious reasons, debt, illegals, gangs, state government that is out of whack. Arizona , business taxes, home invasions, property taxes, income taxes, illegal aliens supported by tax dollars, drug cartels and open border advocates both in the Television media, and print , a mayor along with other political leaders that are failing to follow the laws of the land. Ask your self, are you going to move your business and your employees into a war zone. No. New Mexico is out , for many of the same reasons. So your left with Nevada and Texas, . And when you think about it, not bad choices. Both states are tax positive and are both working hard to attract new business, thru fiscal, and public policies. Do they have issues, yes but nothing compared to C,A& NM.

As Governor , we would take immediate actions to remove the forest service and blm from our lands and promote the industries that would obviously result from same through tax policy . We would immediately stop the transfer of state land or private property to the federal government , related to the Resolution Mine issue. The federal government has its duties and obligations as set forth in the Constitution. Out side of that, it should stay out-of-state business.

Fourth , we can not continue to fund the federal government from state coffers. We must stop investing tax payer dollars in U.S treasuries and bonds. We must terminate all taxpayer investments in Wall Street, and Federal Insured Mortgage Backed securities (junk bonds). If we have surplus dollars down the road and we will have if we follow the above mentioned moves. We must invest those dollars here in Arizona. If we produce it($) here its stays here.

Fifth , the economics of education and health care are killing most of the state budgets around the country. No where in the Constitution are there guarantees of an education or health care. If we want the cost of those two issues to come down , remove the government from the picture. These fiscal , financial sink holes must be completely overhauled. Subsidies to Colleges and Universities from taxpayer dollars must stop immediately. Issue Point,” Obama has taken over the student loan industry, he put 30,000 people out of work. While adding 60 thousand government workers to the taxpayers debt load. The Universities and Colleges had barely seen the ink dry on the Executive Order , when they all announced a 17-30% tuition hike. DUH! This action by obama not only negatively affected ” The Incentive Factor” here in the state it has affected it nationally as well.

Obama and Governor Brewer recently have been hyping a Solar panel factory to be built-in Phoenix with money from the bailout funds. Ten million or so to be forwarded to this company. Here is what will happen to that money. The same thing happened in Mass, several years ago , and yes it was a solar panel company. This company will receive the money, set up shop, produce their first panel. yes it will be more efficient than any other on the market. (maybe) . On a friday they will see their first panel roll off the assembly line, on monday a Chinese agent working here in America at one of 300 owned Chinese companies , will buy one of those panels, ship it to Shanghai and by Wednesday they are producing the same panel for 25% of the cost to produce it here in Phoenix. The company will then be offered to relocate in China or be forced out of business by a manufacture in China, they file bankruptcy, they then move, and the end result is the American taxpayer paid for the R&D. And a foreign country reaps the rewards. We must create long-term sustainable private enterprise jobs that can not be outsourced,. To do that we must do what Utah is already doing , take back our land. You can not outsource a job, cutting down a tree in the forest. You can not outsource a job, moving a tractor up and down a cotton or corn field. Our country is going to go thru a retro fit. We either embrace it or we will fail. We must produce, not just consume.

Sixth: Health care, our personal health and its cost are going thru the roof. The federal government, nor does the state , have any business in health care, and certainly does not and will not have the tax revenue to fund it. So we must look at every issue affecting our health. The number one factor driving our health is our food and water sources and production. How many times have we heard our mothers say , you are what you eat? We must completely overhaul our sources and availability of food and water. We must remove the federal governments involvement in this issue, they are directly responsible for the contamination that exists today in our food and water supply.

Seventh. We must secure our border with Mexico. We must, know who they are, where they came from, whats in their pocket, whats on their mind, what are their intentions, whats in their blood stream, and we must know when they are leaving , and see to it that they do . College students that over stay their visa, should be deported. We must redevelop a state militia, otherwise known as the Arizona Rangers. Not the non-profit we have today but a unit of Traditional Arizona Rangers.

Eighth. Unemployment is are record highs. That is not going to change unless we get government out-of-the-way. The housing bubble and tech bubble are over. Twenty percent increases in housing prices per year are never coming back,. A Stud is not worth $4.00 its true worth is about 98 cents. Government employee jobs are not worth more than private sector jobs. It sucks folks but these are the facts. Bankruptcies are at record levels and are going to be for several quarters going forward. Commercial properties are failing now more than ever, we over built just like we did in the eighties. Residential housing will never be what it was in 04,5,6 and 7.

In summary, we must decide , that we are going to attack the problem head on, recognize where we are and what’s really important. Our families, our communities , our state and our nation must move on. We must recognize that the federal government is corrupt and beyond repair. “If its going to be its up to me” That must be our motto going forward. Well that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

John Wayne once said : Life is tough, it’s even tougher if your stupid”. Lets stop being stupid. Lets create the ” The Incentive Factor”

The views expressed in the following videos, are the same as my own. It will work best if you copy an paste to your browser. Or you can place your cursor over the link, let the small page open ,then click on the page. Enjoy.

First lets look at what it means to be a Libertarian:,http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1eSQvkbQbR8&NR=1&feature=fvwp

Thomas Sowell , the legalization of Drugs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WO4tIrjBDkk&feature=related

William F. Buckley , the legalization of Drugs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3OH6SDGqcM&feature=watch_response

Milton Friedman , the legalization of Drugs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ca8Z__o52sk&feature=related

Now lets move on to Economics.  Im a believer in the free enterprise of society. I , if I could would remove all fees and business taxes placed on business.  Having said that ,  if said business was engaged in a way that caused harm  to others or the public at large, then the courts would be the agent of remedy.  Working the economics thru the tools of government only ads a burden on the whole of society, creating massive buearacracies that really amount to no more than state sponsored welfare.  Im a life long admirer of Milton Friedman.  Enjoy ;

Milton Friedman on Greed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RWsx1X8PV_A&feature=related

And finally my hero from Britian, PM Margerate Thathcher, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rv5t6rC6yvg&feature=related

So at the end of the day, how do we take our country back? An Inspriational speech by Al Pacino. excuse the someof the language please.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WO4tIrjBDkk&feature=related As Americans of these 50 states we must work as a team to save our Country.

Why Cloward-Piven Will Eat Itself

By Hoss Varad

Long considered a tool for fomenting socialist revolution in America, the “Cloward-Piven Strategy” was a sociopolitical theory developed by left-wing ivory tower-dwellers Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven. I’m sure the foil hat-wearing adherents of this line of thinking will complain here about my oversimplification of the plan and general lack of nuance, but basically, it seeks to undermine the (American) government by overloading said government with dependents needing welfare.

Apparently, this will force the government into recognizing that there are a lot of dependents out there (artificially created, no doubt), which would inevitably lead to the United States’ government establishing a guaranteed national income or some such poppycock. You see, folks? This is what happens when you let sociologists from the Ivy League be taken seriously.

Sadly, many in the Democratic Party have adopted this strategy as a way to build their base and solidify their political power, believing that Cloward and Piven knew what the hell they were talking about and that, by some miracle, crashing the national economy by using welfare and other government payout programs as a tool would bring about even larger government.

This seems a clear-cut case of throwing the logical conclusion to the four breezes so we can focus on our much-wanted outcome: a socialist fantasy-land for all the little boys and girls everywhere across the land.

Now, I may not be an Ivy League professor or even a lowly graduate, but it seems to me that bloating government and overloading already burdened bureaucracies would totally crash them. As in: they’re over. Kaput. No existen más.

If the demands on the state are so great that they force a breakdown of the existing bureaucracies, basically bankrupting the government, how in blazes is it then possible to further increase the size of government to provide everyone the same pay every year? It isn’t.

First, adding people to the welfare rolls deletes the numbers of gainfully employed citizens, reducing revenues and increasing government costs. Second, with these new people now dependent on government, they are less likely to seek gainful employment (since getting money for free is fun and all). This will establish a larger permanent welfare class. Third, there will soon arise a situation where those who remain gainfully employed cannot work hard enough or long enough to generate the revenues needed to provide for the ever-increasing number of takers.

This cycle continues until all meaningful revenues dry up and the system essentially chokes on its own largesse and dies. Then, Cloward and Piven would have us believe, a new, bigger government/bureaucracy/candy store of others’ labors will arise to make sure everything is fair for everyone forever. This leaves unresolved the question: Now that the government is broke and the productive sector is broke and/or gone, who’s going to finance this?

No one. We have just entered a state of sociopolitical and economic upheaval. It will not, however, render a large, omni-providential state that will be able to assure everyone’s equitable financial well-being in perpetuity. In fact, it won’t even get off the ground.

What will likely happen instead is a brief state of chaos wherein the dependent drones of the government trudge zombie-like to collect their “benefits” and “entitlements.” Then, seeing that those goodies can no longer be had, they probably turn like a spider monkey on their masters, who promised them these things would keep on coming. Then, desperate, some of these folks might move out into the suburbs and rural areas to pillage and plunder for those things they “need.” After a few nasty encounters with the well-armed populace, this activity will shortly be curtailed, and some semblance of order will be restored in some areas.

This is what some might call a WTSHTF scenario (I’m not good with acronyms, but I think it means something bad), or an anarchy state whereby small regions will band together for common defense. Whether it be a rudimentary (albeit modern) version of feudalism or ancient Greek-style polis or small geographic regions that unite for survival — it matters not. Small government will be achieved. And that would be the antithesis of what Cloward and Piven want.

In short, overloading the state will destroy the state, not make it bigger and better. Of course, once I get my degree from Yale, I may think differently. I’ll keep you posted.

During the past nine months that has preceded the next election cycle. We, that is those of us that are running for office , but that are outside the two-party system lookalikes. Have noticed that many individuals that have organized meet ups, tea parties, and so-called town halls wind up promoting the same old blather candidates of the past. Many of those that are, for example, ramroding the so-called Tea Party events, are nothing more than Republican ego hacks, rushing in to control the agenda, to make certain, that things remain the same. That true Citizen Government , would have no chance at the polls.

These event leaders, talk great, quote famous folks of the past, use the Constitution, but when it comes right down to it, they’re promoting more of the same. And the

of politics as usual” . Some are frustrated because they want to completely replace the political landscape, but their voices are muted. shillsI’ve had several readers of this blog , email me with comments like, ” These people are just

Many have said, they hear candidates talk about one or two issues of the day. Speak in generalities with no specific solutions or they use left or right-wing media, or party approved solutions as their own remedy. Or they spend half their time bad mouthing another opponent. When at the end of the day both are just two wings of the same bird. With no constructive remedies outside of the common or popular talking points.

In our case here in Arizona. Five years from now we will be in far worse shape than we are today. In fact let me predict now that unemployment in Arizona will be 25-30 percent. Our state debt will double if not triple. In fact my position is we will all be completely dependent to the Federal government for public welfare and subsistence. Because we failed to seize this moment in time to take back our country.

I m running for Governor here in Arizona. I was recently asked to drive 7.5 to 8 hours. To speak to a group for 3 minutes. These events are not for the voters, they are for the egos of those that put them on. It’s not only an insult to the office that the candidate is seeking its an insult to the voters that attend these meetings. Today , if you really want to get your message out there, the internet is the way to go. It by passes all the nonsense.

A friend of mine recently drove 7 hours to attend an event. This is a Candidate for the United States Senate. But he was told no, sit down and shut up. Another friend of mine that was running for the Governorship had his signatures stolen. No doubt by a Republican running for the same office.

Thousands of you that receive this blog. Now need to continue doing what your doing. Do your own research, contact the candidate personally via email, phone or snail mail. Then speak up tell and these political hacks to either present the complete picture of get out of the way. They wont though because they want the power.
They want their 15 minutes of fame. So it’s up to each and every one of you , its your duty to know that we do have options. We have candidates out there that are not interested in careers in politics. Not looking for how it can benefit their back pockets. That are giving up their personal professional and private lives, to help turn our country around. And then go home. They understand the issues and know that the remedies are outside mainstream political has bins and frequent political flyers.

In short ” Insanity Rules the Day” or we get serious.

In its second major ruling on gun rights in three years, the Supreme Court Monday extended the federally protected right to keep and bear arms to all 50 states. The decision will be hailed by gun rights advocates and comes over the opposition of gun control groups, the city of Chicago and four justices.

Justice Samuel Alito wrote for the five justice majority saying “the right to keep and bear arms must be regarded as a substantive guarantee, not a prohibition that could be ignored so long as the States legislated in an evenhanded manner.”

The ruling builds upon the Court’s 2008 decision in D.C. v. Heller that invalidated the handgun ban in the nation’s capital. More importantly, that decision held that the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms was a right the Founders specifically delegated to individuals. The justices affirmed that decision and extended its reach to the 50 states. Today’s ruling also invalidates Chicago’s handgun ban.

Backgrounder:

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court appears poised to issue a ruling that will expand to the states the high court’s historic 2008 ruling that individuals have a federally protected right to keep and bear arms, following an hour-long argument Tuesday. If so, the decision would mark another hallmark victory for gun rights advocates and likely strike down Chicago’s handgun ban that is similar to the Washington D.C. law already invalidated by the justices.

Tuesday’s lively arguments featured lawyer Alan Gura, the same man who argued and won D.C. v. Heller in 2008. He now represents Otis McDonald who believes Chicago’s handgun ban doesn’t allow him to adequately protect himself. Gura argued the Heller decision which only applied to Washington D.C. and other areas of federal control should equally apply to Chicago and the rest of the country.

“In 1868, our nation made a promise to the McDonald family that they and their descendants would henceforth be American citizens, and with American citizenship came the guarantee enshrined in our Constitution that no State could make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of American citizenship,” Gura told the Court.

He argued the language of the Constitution’s 14th Amendment forces the states to protect the rights guaranteed by the Second Amendment. The Bill of Rights, which was adopted in the late 18th Century, was then commonly viewed as only offering protections from the federal government.

It wasn’t until after the Civil War that the Supreme Court in a piecemeal fashion began to apply–or incorporate–parts of the Bill of Rights to the states. It has used the 14th Amendment’s Due Process Clause to incorporate most of the Constitution’s first amendments but has not yet done so for the Second Amendment. Gura argued that another part of the 14th Amendment would be a better vehicle for the justices to make their ruling but there didn’t appear to be enough support from the bench on that front.

Chief Justice John Roberts was the most vocal advocate of using the Due Process Clause to extend the Second Amendment rights to the states. “I don’t see how you can read — I don’t see how you can read Heller and not take away from it the notion that the Second Amendment…was extremely important to the framers in their view of what liberty meant.”

The discussion over “liberty” was a major philosophical theme of the arguments. Gura and National Rifle Association lawyer Paul Clement argued that the rights articulated in the Second Amendment are fundamental freedoms and would exist to all Americans even if there was no law specifically saying so.

James Feldman, lawyer for the City of Chicago, defended his city’s handgun ban and argued why the Heller decision’s Second Amendment guarantee doesn’t comport with the view that it represents a vital protection of liberty that needs to be expanded to the states.

“[T]he right it protects is not implicit in the concept of ordered liberty,” Feldman said. “States and local governments have been the primary locus of firearms regulation in this country for the last 220 years. Firearms unlike anything else that is the subject of a provision of the Bill of Rights are designed to injure and kill.”

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg dissented in Heller and wondered why the right to bear arms was necessary to extend to the states. “[I]f the notion is that these are principles that any free society would adopt, well, a lot of free societies have rejected the right to keep and bear arms.”

Later in the arguments Roberts disputed that notion. “I do think the focus is our system of ordered liberty, not any abstract system of ordered liberty. You can say Japan is a free country, but it doesn’t have the right to trial by — by jury.”

Roberts was part of the five member majority in Heller and there’s a good chance Tuesday’s case will result in a similar 5-4 outcome. All of the members of the Heller majority are still on the Court and at least one of them would have to rule against extending the Second Amendment protection in order for the opposing side to prevail

The weather in the gulf points to a possible formation of a tropical/ maybe a hurricane. While Americans in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi,Alabama and Florida are saying OH NO! Obama, white house staff, sierra club, national wildlife federation, nature conservacy, are all sitting around, as most suspect, saying Yes! Yes! Yes!, bring it on. By stopping those that wanted to help clean up the oil before it ever reached the beach. Obama and friends will go down in history as the administration and friends of the administration that drove the nail in the Gulf and U.S. Economy. That were directly responsible for the environmental destruction in the gulf states due to intentionally preventing timely actions.

I received word this morning that evacuation plans are in the works. I wonder if obama sent sieu down to help with the evacuations. Surely , we all know those are jobs only union members can do.

Every issue facing America today , is being made worse by this president, his administration, and every agency with in the federal government . In November 2010, if we make it that long. We must make certain that we elect 34 strong anti obama, and federal government Governors. Those newly elected Governors will be charged with sluffing off , this president, his administration and every agency of the federal government. In my view , its over.

One of my readers the other day sent me a personal email. She said, Bruce maybe we have this border thing all wrong. What if , she said, we let these drug cartels move freely about the country. Where is the attraction for all these drugs? She went on to say, it must be the colleges and universities especially here in Arizona. So why not just let them go directly to those institutions, deliver their drugs , let them leave and go get some more. She said , lets face it , it was those Universities teaching their anti Americanism and their students that elected obama in the first place. (She obviously left out government employees). She said lets, let them blow their brains, and heart valves, and good ridence. Is she on to something? You decided.

She got me to thinking. Something I sometimes do way to much of. Why not , these kids that want this dope are opposed to my country anyway. They are so much smarter than the baby boomers, that paid the taxes that built these schools and universities. Maybe she is on to something. Now we all know that not all these kids are doing drugs. But it must be a large percentage given the tonnage that is coming across our borders.

I’ve been reading a book titled ” Storm over Range Lands ” by Wayne Hage. I’m going to finish it today. But what I have learned so far is that we live in a East vs. West country. The east coast so called elites, then (1860- 2010) just like today, want livestock and humans off the land west of the 100th meridian. Years ago 2002, the forest service did everything they could to allow the Rodeo/Chediski fire to destroy much of the White mountains. They wanted humans to leave the area and if the fire hadn’t died of its own accord, they would have succeeded. In this book it is obvious that the forest service , under the influence of the sierra club, going back to the early 1900′s had one agenda. Clear the west of livestock and humans. They even had a phrase years ago that went like this ” Animals free by 93″ . It appears that now the southeastern states are their next target.

Here is my point. Until states all across this country, ban together and force this federal government back to its chartered constitutional duties and nothing more. We will continue to live in tyranny such as we are seeing today. If there is any doubt that the in action in the gulf by this government is not tyranny , then we are all dumber than a box of rocks.

The link below illustrates without any doubt, where the problem exists.
