Mitt’s Plan to Create 12 Million New Jobs

Jobs Plan Introduction

Mitt Romney’s Plan for a Stronger Middle Class is a five-part proposal for turning around the economy and delivering more jobs and more take-home pay for American families. While President Obama continues looking to big government spending programs as the solution to the nation’s challenges, Mitt understands that it is hardworking Americans in the private sector who will achieve economic growth and job creation. His plan will end the middle class squeeze of declining incomes and rising prices, bring back prosperity, and create 12 million jobs during his first term.

Part one of Mitt’s plan is to achieve energy independence on this continent by 2020. America is blessed with extraordinary natural resources, and developing them will create millions of good jobs – not only in the energy industry, but also in industries like manufacturing that will benefit from more energy at lower prices. America’s economy will boom when the billions of dollars we send overseas for our oil are kept here at home instead.

Part two of the plan is trade that works for America. Mitt believes that trade can offer enormous opportunities for American businesses and workers, but only if they are given a level playing field on which they can compete and win. That is why he will work to open new markets for American goods and services, while also confronting nations like China that cheat on trade and steal American jobs.

Part three is to provide Americans with the skills to succeed through better public schools, better access to higher education, and better retraining programs that help to match unemployed workers with real-world job opportunities.

Part four is to cut the deficit, reducing the size of government and getting the national debt under control so that America remains a place where businesses want to open up shop and hire.

Finally, part five of Mitt’s plan is to champion small business. Small businesses are the engine of job creation in this country, but they will struggle to succeed if taxes and regulations are too burdensome or if a government in Washington does its best to stifle them. Mitt will pursue comprehensive tax reform that lowers tax rates for all Americans, and he will cut back on the red tape that drives up costs and discourages hiring.

This election presents a clear choice, and an important one: Will America once again be the best place in the world to start a business, hire a worker, or find a job? Or will it continue down the path that President Obama’s borrowing and taxing and spending has led? America is still waiting for its economic recovery and, as president, Mitt Romney will deliver it.

Is Mitt Romney the George Washington of our time? Here’s your sign!

The most important election in Americas life is in two weeks. It should be obvious by now , the direction that the current administration wants to see our county embark on.  Do Americans really want to see Islam , Muslims , Socialists, Communist, not to mention the economies of the middle east,Europe,Russia/Soviet Union become a reality here in America.  The recent uprisings in the middle east, without any doubt were spurred into life by the actions of this fella in the White House.  We just learned this past week that Cris Stephens the Ambassador to Libya was running weapons, which now we believe was the issue that got him killed. This federal government and current and past administrations have set the world on fire.   Its time for states to step up , and end the dominating centralized government , that exists in the District of Columbia.

However , we may have one shot , still in our arsenal.  Mitt Romney! I’m a major fan of Gary Johnson, but he has no chance whatsoever.  George Washington was a man of deep faith and conviction. He understood that America would stand as a beacon of freedom and liberty. America must find and install a man of deep faith and conviction or it will be destroyed.  God uses evil to send his warnings.  To give us signs that we must recognize or we will reap his judgement. But he also presents us with a path, our mission if we decide to accept it is to choose the right path.  The scriptures tell us of several instances where God warned he would destroy cities unless he could find a certain number of righteous men.  And when he did not , he destroyed them.  America we have been warned. The Harbingers have been defined. The prophecy is in motion.

Lets ponder some interesting questions. ” Was 9,11 a warning? Is the collapse of the economies all over the world a warning or a sign?  Is Obama a sign, a warning.  The turmoil in the middle east, is God sending signals , signs?  Are we witnessing prophecies and repeats of ancient Israel.

What lessons should we have learned from September 11th 2001. From time to time , I’ve recommended certain books for you to read, here’s another. Harbinger by Johnathan Cahn. Regardless of your chosen faith, please pay attention to these videos and then get the book. “

The question, is Mitt Romney the George Washington of our time.  I’m of the opinion that he is. Any other option will certainly send America into the ash heap of history.

The following was George Washington’s prayer the day of his inaugural :

Washington’s “Earnest Prayer”

The Prayer below was written by Washington at Newburgh, New York, at the close of the Revolutionary War on June 14, 1783. It was sent to the thirteen governors of the newly freed states in a “Circular Letter Addressed to the Governors of all the States on the Disbanding of the Army.”

Circular Letter Addressed to the Governors of all the States on the Disbanding of the Army, June 14, 1783

I have thus freely declared what I wished to make known, before I surrendered up my public trust to those who committed it to me. The task is now accomplished. I now bid adieu to your Excellency, as the chief magistrate of your State, at the same time I bid a last farewell to the cares of office and all the employments of public life.

It remains, then, to be my final and only request that your Excellency will communicate these sentiments to your legislature at their next meeting, and that they may be considered the legacy of one, who has ardently wished, on all occasions, to be useful to his country, and who, even in the shade of retirement, will not fail to implore the divine benediction on it.

I now make it my earnest prayer that God would have you, and the State over which you preside, in his holy protection; that he would incline the hearts of the citizens to cultivate a spirit of subordination and obedience to government, to entertain a brotherly affection and love for one another, for their fellow-citizens of the United States at large, and particularly for brethren who have served in the field; and finally that he would most graciously be pleased to dispose us all to do justice, to love mercy, and to demean ourselves with that charity, humility, and pacific temper of mind, which were the characteristics of the Divine Author of our blessed religion, and without a humble imitation of whose example in these things, we can never hope to be a happy nation.

At his first inauguration, George Washington took the oath of office for the presidency on April 30, 1789. He was standing on the balcony of Federal Hall in New York City with his hand on an open Bible. After he finished taking the oath, the audience in attendance gave a thunderous ovation and bells of the various churches began ringing in his honor. After his oath of office was completed, he went to deliver his inaugural address to Congress.

April 30, 1789

Such being the impressions under which I have, in obedience to the public summons, repaired to the present station, it would be peculiarly improper to omit, in this first official act, my fervent supplications to that Almighty Being who rules over the universe, who presides in the councils of nations and whose providential aide can supply every human defect, that His benediction may consecrate to the liberties and happiness of the people of the United States a Government instituted by themselves for these essential purposes; and may enable every instrument employed in its administration to execute with success, the functions allotted to his charge.

In tendering this homage to the Great Author of every public and private good, I assure myself that it expresses your sentiments not less than my own; nor those of my fellow-citizens at large, less than either. No people can be bound to acknowledge and adore the Invisible Hand which conducts the affairs of men more than the people of the United States.

Every step by which they have advanced to the character of an independent nation seems to have been distinguished by some token of providential agency; and in the important revolution just accomplished in the system of their United government, the tranquil deliberations and voluntary consent of so many distinct communities, from which the event has resulted can not be compared with the means by which most governments have been established, without some return of pious gratitude, along with a humble anticipation of the future blessings which them past seem to presage.

These reflections, arising out of the present crisis, have forced themselves too strongly on my mind to be suppressed. You will join with me I trust in thinking, that there are none under the influence of which the proceedings of a new and free Government can more auspiciously commence.

We ought to be no less persuaded that the propitious smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right which Heaven itself has ordained; and since the preservation of sacred fire of liberty and the destiny of the republican model of government are justly considered as deeply, perhaps finally, staked of the experiment…

I shall take my present leave; but not without resorting once more to the Benign Parent of the Human Race, in humble supplication that, since He has been pleased to favor the American people with opportunities for deliberating in perfect tranquility, and dispositions for deciding with unparalleled unanimity on a form of government for the security of their union and the advancement of their happiness, so His divine blessings may be equally conspicuous in the enlarged views, the temperate consultations and the wise measures on which the success of this Government must depend.
America must return to its Christian Values ,  it must follow the guidelines of our founders.  The Harbinger that we are missing as a people is: Barrack Obama.

The Iowa Republican Straw Poll is happening today on the campus of Iowa State University in Ames. The 32-year old event is also a fundraiser for the Iowa Republican Party.

The straw poll traditionally takes place in August in years without an incumbent Republican president running for re-election. Iowa residents over the age of 18 years old can vote for one of the nine Republican candidates on the straw poll ballot.

Six of the candidates will speak at the event including Michele Bachmann, Herman Cain, Thaddeus McCotter, Ron Paul, Tim Pawlenty, and Rick Santorum. Newt Gingrich, Jon Huntsman and Mitt Romney will also appear on the ballot but aren’t expected to make remarks.

Also today, Gov. Rick Perry (R-TX) is in South Carolina to speak at the RedState conservative blogger convention in Charleston. Gov. Perry is widely expected to declare his candidacy for the GOP presidential nomination. Also participating in the event are South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley and Sen. Jim DeMint.

C‑SPAN.org and the C‑SPAN networks continue to follow the candidates and campaigns as we enter the 2012 election season. You can join in the conversation on C‑SPAN’s Campaign 2012 Facebook page. Or follow us on twitter.
